Queens Woman Sentenced to 15 Years’ Imprisonment for Teaching and Distributing Information About Weapons of Mass Destruction

Asia Siddiqui and Her Co-Defendant Planned to Build Explosive or Destructive Devices Similar to those Used in Prior U.S.-Based Terrorist Attacks
Story continues below advertisementEarlier today, at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn, New York, Asia Siddiqui was sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment by United States District Judge Sterling Johnson Jr. for her role in planning to build a bomb for use in a terrorist attack in the United States. Siddiqui and her co-defendant, Noelle Velentzas, pleaded guilty on Aug. 23, 2019, to a charge of teaching or distributing information pertaining to the making and use of an explosive, destructive device, or weapon of mass destruction in furtherance of a planned federal crime of violence. Velentzas is awaiting sentencing.
“With the sentence imposed by the court, Siddiqui has been held accountable for her crimes. Inspired by radical Islam, Siddiqui and her co-defendant researched and taught each other how to construct bombs to be used on American soil against law enforcement and military targets,” said Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers. “They were thwarted by the excellent work of the agents, analysts and prosecutors who are responsible for this investigation and prosecution. For this, we are grateful.”
“Lives were saved when the defendants’ plot to detonate a bomb in a terrorist attack was thwarted by the tireless efforts of law enforcement,” said U.S. Attorney Richard P. Donoghue for the Eastern District of New York. “This is precisely the reason why countering terrorism remains the highest priority of the Department of Justice, and working with the FBI, the NYPD and our Joint Terrorism Task Force partners, we will continue to do everything possible to stay steps ahead of aspiring terrorists and their evil plans to harm Americans.”
“Asia Siddiqui and co-defendant Noelle Velentzas were more than prepared to kill Americans and fellow New Yorkers. Thanks to the dedicated work of the FBI’s JTTF in New York and our many law enforcement partners, they never succeeded. Today, Siddiqui’s fate has been sealed as we await one final sentencing that will decisively bring this case to a close,” said FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge William F. Sweeney.
“Today’s sentencing is a strong and timely reminder that the NYPD and its partners in law enforcement will never stop pursuing those who, if undetected, would plan and execute acts of terrorism in the United States,” said NYPD Commissioner Dermot F. Shea. “I want to thank the members of the Department of Justice, the FBI and the NYPD for their work each and every day and on this investigation.”
Between approximately 2013 and 2015, Siddiqui and Velentzas planned to build a bomb for use in a terrorist attack in the United States. In furtherance of their plan, the defendants taught each other chemistry and electrical skills related to creating explosives and building detonating devices, conducted research on how to make plastic explosives and how to build a car bomb, and shopped for and acquired materials to be used in an explosive device. They discussed similar devices used in past terrorist incidents like the Boston Marathon bombing, Oklahoma City bombing, and 1993 World Trade Center attack and researched potential targets of an attack, focusing on law enforcement and military-related targets.
Siddiqui’s interest in violent terrorist-related activities was reflected in her written submissions to a radical jihadist magazine edited by Samir Khan — a now- deceased prominent figure and member of the designated foreign terrorist organization al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP). In a poem called “Take Me to the Lands Where the Eyes Are Cooled,” Siddiqui wrote that she “taste[s] the Truth through fists and slit throats” and that there is “[n]o excuse to sit back and wait – for the skies rain martyrdom.”
When the defendants were arrested, law enforcement officers seized propane gas tanks, soldering tools, car bomb instructions, jihadist literature, machetes and several knives from their residences.
The government’s case is being handled by the Office’s National Security & Cybercrime Section. Assistant United States Attorneys Craig R. Heeren, Jennifer M. Sasso, Michael T. Keilty, Josh Hafetz and Jonathan E. Algor are in charge of the prosecution, with assistance provided by Trial Attorney Jennifer Burke of the National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section.

Notice this is a MUSLIM.
It is not considered a “hate crime” or extra “hate punishment” punishment applied.

Imagine if there had been one or more f’ing muslums on the jury? Or if the judge or prosecutor was f’ing muslum?
In Pennsylvania, in the Zombie Muhammad incident a f’ing muslum judge dismissed all charges against a f’ing fellow muslum for tackling a brave atheist who had attired and style himself the Zombie Muhammad at a Halloween parade and there were more than a few witnesses — incl. the men who dragged the f’ing muslum vermin off of the atheist man.

That is what we are working up to. Muslims can do whatever they want to Jews, Christians, white people or what ever infidel they hate with no repercussions. We also need to IMPEACH more of these judges….I don’t know why that isn’t happening either.
We are slowly losing the justice in our justice system. We are giving up our freedom to accommodate Islam and Sharia Law through “hate crimes” and “hate punishment”.
Something like this is perfectly acceptable to our new “justice” system. Imagine doing this to the Quarn with Satan on the cover with flames around it. That would be an automatic “hate crime” with “hate punishment ” and not viewed as “protected speech”.
UNIVERSITY DISPLAYS ‘UNHOLY BIBLE’ ARTWORK
DEPICTING JESUS WITH SATANIC FACE

The University of Southern Maine has displayed student-created artwork entitled Unholy Bible: Very Revised Standard Edition, which cut up the Holy Scriptures to look like flames and pasted a Satanic image over the face of Christ. After receiving complaints from Christian students, the university says the display is protected speech.

Riley Harris, a sophomore at the university, was instructed to take a book of some kind and ‘repurpose it’ for something new. He decided to cut up a Bible, color its pages red, and put a pop-up satanic-Christ figure. The artwork was then put on display in a community building where church groups meet.
The Casco Bay Church of Christ happens to meet in the building where the artwork is displayed, and several complained to the college.
Charlie Flynn, a worshipper who gathers at the university facility said, “This is someone’s sacred text being desecrated, destroyed and displayed in a public place. I couldn’t help but feel no one’s sacred text should be treated that way. I think it’s very inappropriate and repugnant.”

A former Pace University student faces hate-crime charges for taking paperback copies of the Koran from the campus library on two occasions last fall and disposing of the Muslim holy book in toilets. Stanislav Shmulevich, a Ukrainian immigrant, was arraigned Sunday in New York Criminal Court on two charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree as a hate crime. ... University officials filed a vandalism complaint with police after the first incident on Oct. 12, when a copy of the Koran was found in a public toilet at the Manhattan campus that was covered in feces. A second copy of the Koran was found in a toilet Nov. 21. When questioned by police, Mr. Shmulevich, 23, admitted to committing said acts and that he committed the acts out of anger toward a group of Muslim students with whom he had had a recent disagreement, the criminal complaint said.
“We reported it initially as an act of vandalism, then the police hate-crime unit came over and decided to pursue it as a hate crime,” said Chris Corey, Pace University spokesman, adding that he was “not at liberty” to discuss the investigation or how Mr. Shmulevich was implicated.
It gets better. The radical Islamist front group CAIR got involved and started pressuring the school and the student got charged with “hate crimes”. A spokesman for the university said that they were never contacted by CAIR. He lied –

Everyone knows that ‘We the People’ are the only ones capable of hate-crimes, especially we whites. Another slap-on-the-wrist for a Muslima out to murder and maim innocent Americans. There’s no doubt; she will likely not serve her complete sentence, even if she does, justice did not prevail. If anyone were even to smite a Muslim, one would get significant time as for Islamophobia.
Liberalism is in disconnect mode, detached from the grave, hateful realities that face Americans. The overlords have relegated ‘We the People’ to second-class status.

“Hate crimes” and “hate punishment” are just another vehicle to usher in Sharia Law without saying it. We need to get rid of “hate crime” and “hate punishment” and get back to objective crime and punishment. If we advocate this hate crap we are contributing to destroying our own justice system.
