Man threatened to bomb Jersey City Jews just days after Kosher store attack: authorities

Story continues below advertisementA Jersey City man is accused of threatening to “bomb all of the Jews” in Jersey City less than a week after the deadly attack on a kosher grocery store in Greenville, according to court documents.
Darryl Jacobs, 47, allegedly made the threat during a Dec. 13 phone call with a county welfare worker and was arrested three days later. Police did not recover any explosives, but seized two cell phones, the criminal complaint states.
The defendant told the welfare employee, who did not know him, that he “was going to come down and bomb all the Jews in Jersey City,” according to the court document.

Jacobs appeared to be intoxicated during the call, authorities said.
Hudson County Superior Court Judge Sheila Venable ordered that he be detained throughout his prosecution during a Dec. 20 detention hearing. He faces a third-degree charge of making a terroristic threat.
Jacobs was among the 32 people arrested in a Hudson County Sheriff’s Office sweep.
The Dec. 10 shooting that targeted JC Kosher Supermarket and ended with six dead, including the two shooters is being investigated as an anti-Semitic hate crime. Jersey City police Detective Joseph Seals was gunned down by the shooters in Bayview Cemetery that day before they went to the market to carry out their attack.

4 years agoThe silence from the Democrats, their appendages the MSM, the Sarsour gaggle, and others is deafening. It comes as no surprise, as the Democrats are no less than an appendage of Neo-Islamism-Nazism. Traditional Liberalism is dead; it is now the antithesis of its past. No longer an edict of enlightenment but darkness since the hijacking by the radicalized Leftist-Nazi-Jihad. It mortifies to say, but perhaps, this Republic needs reminding of 9/11; maybe then, the citizens will wake up, more so, perhaps not.
If the Democratic-Nazis succeed in overthrowing Trump, antisemitism will become more emboldened and sanctioned by the Democrats and every Leftist hate-monger in the Republic.
4 years agoReply to Ziggy46Liberalism was always a facade that masked the true face of Leftists. Jews were drawn to it because they were rejected by WASP America and desperate to assimilate and fit in. Be careful what you wish for.
How ironic. Today, WASP America is fading away and Evangelical Christians have become more supportive of the State of Israel than secular Jews.

This is not a J ewish issue, it’s an infidel issue: To keep separating J ews out means not only dismissing Gentiles; but also setting the precedent for Muslims to gain “minority” protection. It’s a setup.
4 years agoReply to Grace JoyI do not dismiss your perspective, it is beyond valid, until I get a whiff of antisemitism from your corner. I may be absolutely off base. The Jews are the priority of Islamic hatred, that, however, does not dismiss that Gentiles are also a prime target. Your theory is plausible, a set-up for Muslim minority protection… you did spark some thought and debate within me, personally. I may not totally agree but your post stirs-up much thought.
4 years agoReply to Ziggy46I wish people would stop talking about “antiSemitism:” ALL Infidels are under attack; & to focus on one group, the only one with an escape, even, is to end up dismissing the others (the Gentiles). Also, J ews will demand more minority protection which can only translate into more protection for “minority” Muslims. Not to mention the fact that one of Islam’s greatest protections is when they’re given special protection against “backlash.” After the Sri Lanka attack, for ex., Muslims were given special hotlines to call if they felt endangered.

Yet all we hear from MSM is condemnation of White Supremacy and Donald Trump, who is pro-Jewish.4 years agoJews in NYC attacked daily. Shooting in Jersey City against Jews. Bomb threats against Jews. What is the common thread? The antisemites are black.
What happens when they meet black Jews? Do their little minds explode? Do they run to Farrakhan for guidance? Do they see the light and realise that what they do is wrong? Nope.
