De Niro Tells ‘View:’ ‘Low Life’ Trump, Worse Than Any Character I’ve Played

Story continues below advertisementActor Robert De Niro, never one to hide his contempt for President Donald Trump, said Monday that impeachment will be a stain on his presidency, “one that he deeply deserves.”
Appearing on ABC’s “The View,” De Niro reiterated to co-host Joy Behar something he told The New York Times in an interview published last week — that he would never be able to play the role of Trump in a film because the president has no redeemable qualities.
“He has to pay the consequences.”

De Niro described Trump as worse than even the most deranged characters he has played on screen, including the psychopathic taxi driver Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver, the 1976 Martin Scorcese film for which De Niro won a best-actor Oscar.
“He has no idea what his purpose in life as the president should be,” De Niro told Behar. “He’s a lowlife.”
In the same interview with the Times, De Niro was even more contemptuous of the president.
“The president is supposed to set an example of trying to do the right thing,” he said. “Not be a nasty little b****. Because that’s what he is. He’s a petulant little punk.”

He is an irrational, sick liberal. Like DeBlazio he was raised by a bunch of women.
His father left his mother for a man. His father was a homosexual and saw little of him.
He also married a black woman that clearly wears the pants. She cleaned him out financially and forced him back to work for grade B movies. She recently divorced him and cleaned him out again.

My Mom used to always remind me that when anyone says anything , especially negative things, “always consider the source of the comment.” She was a reasonably intelligent person, and her advise rings true today when considering the comments that seem to come out of those who appear on the View. De Niro is certainly a “famous” face, but aside from that what makes what he says pertinent, rational and noteworthy. Has he contributed anything to society? Is he a great sculpture? Has he engineered anything that benefited society? Does he have the intellect to consider himself a sage whose every word should be heard as gospel. I believe the answers to these question are all in the negative. Has he returned his income from acting back to the government as Trump has done? Has he ever thought it necessary to face off with the nations out there that have taken advantage of this country over the years? Does he have the first understanding of international trade or national security. Again the answer is likely none. His contributions to this country is acting out roles. While I can appreciate he has entertained us, why should we feel compelled to consider any of his opinions as earth shaking. That is another negative. The fools will always speak out, we, on the other hand need to consider the source, and immediately recognize that their commentary is not worth anything!
