KANGAROO COURT: House Democrats Approves Articles of Impeachment Against Trump in Purely Party Line Political Vote

Judiciary Committee approves articles of impeachment against Trump, GOP slams ‘kangaroo court’

House Judiciary Committee approves impeachment articles against President Trump along party lines

Two articles of impeachment against President Trump move to the full House for a vote.

The House Judiciary Committee on Friday voted to adopt two articles of impeachment against President Trump – capping a contentious three-day session that Republicans panned as a “kangaroo court” and teeing up a historic floor vote right before the holiday break.

The committee adopted both articles, alleging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, on a party-line vote of 23-17. A final roll call in the full House is expected next week, which could trigger a Senate trial in the new year just as presidential primaries are set to get underway.

REPUBLICANS ERUPT AS NADLER SUDDENLY POSTPONES IMPEACHMENT VOTE NEAR MIDNIGHT

“Today is a solemn and sad day,” Chairman Jerry Nadler, D-N.Y., told reporters after the vote. “For the third time in a little over a century and a half, the House Judiciary Committee has voted articles of impeachment against the president — for abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. The House will act expeditiously.”

After the vote, the White House released a scathing statement, dismissing the inquiry as a “charade.”

“This desperate charade of an impeachment inquiry in the House Judiciary Committee has reached its shameful end,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said. “The President looks forward to receiving in the Senate the fair treatment and due process which continues to be disgracefully denied to him by the House.”

The committee vote was preceded by fireworks on Thursday night, when Nadler infuriated Republicans by wrapping up the hearing just before midnight and postponing the votes until the morning — saying he wanted members on both sides of the aisle “to think about what has happened over these last two days, and to search their consciences before we cast their final votes.”

That led to Republicans decrying what they called a “bush-league stunt” by Nadler to make sure the vote would be carried on daytime television.

“Mr. Chairman, there was no consulting with the ranking member on your schedule for tomorrow — you just blew up schedules for everyone?” Rep. Doug Collins, R-Ga., said. “You chose not to consult the ranking member on a scheduling issue of this magnitude? This is the kangaroo court we’re talking about.”

So if Trump were impeached, he still gets his day in court right? He’s not guilty just because a bunch of corrupt, craven Dem0rats say he is? If he gets his day in court can he request a jury trial by citizens rather than corrupt, Dem0rat apparatchiks?

Isn’t impeachment like an indictment? How can the senate prosecute someone?

I wonder if this means we can actually hang some of the traitors of the left? I say this as IF they have the nerve to go ahead with this farce then they have removed their elected seat parachutes and should now be open to the full attack of the law themselves. I so hope to see the traitors of the west everywhere receive exactly what they deserve.

Yep. On 11/9/16 the ACLU’ front page of website had Trumps pic and said ‘See You in Court’.

“Should President-elect Donald Trump attempt to implement his unconstitutional campaign promises, we’ll see him in court.

The ACLU is not about civil liberties and the Sierra Club is Not about the environment..

These are political platforms hijacked by the Alinsky Left.

ACLU Lawyer Omar Jadwat, arguing against President Trump’s travel ban before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals , admitted that the same exact travel ban “could be” constitutional if it were enacted by Hillary Clinton.

Ah, the travel ban. Yes, that was Judge Theodore Chuang, which was on the Harvard Law Review together with Obama. Also, he’s the same judge that ruled on 4 Uranium One U1 prosecutions that were led by Mueller’s FBI. These csses were ‘disappeared’ and hidden from CFIUS. Interestingly, the FBI agent assigned to these cases was Andrew McCabe. Also, the prosecutors were Rod Rosenstein and Andrew Weissman. Probably just a coincidence… You know, life is funny that way..

If it weren’t so tragic, it would be utterly laughable. These people are not only fulfilling Lincoln’s warning of America destroying herself from within, they are destroying lives as well, and it includes all Rhinos too.

Out of them all, Trump stands against the rot that has redefined the nation. I’m not saying he’s perfect or even that I agree with everything he does, but I sure know he’s heads and tails above everything the Dems. have offered for decades.

Thomas Jefferson said: “America could never be destroyed from without, only from within.”
He wasn’t wrong.

And, I do agree with everything he does and what he says….I like that he talks like a “real man” and not some effete Harrrvvvard fop. (Barry comes to mind.)

We need to start exposing the young men to movies from the 40s through the 50s so they can see what real men looked and sounded like. I miss them.

They weren’t soyboys with too cute haircuts, half the sperm of their fathers (it contributes to our low birth rate), and running around screaming “toxic masculinity”.

God help us if America is ever attacked…..Grandpas and Grandmas would have to protect our country.

….and PETA is not about cruelty to animals….they’ve all be co-opted by the Globalists….

Alan Dershowitz said on Fox News that he used to sit on the Board of the ACLU….he is quite upset of what they have turned into….and, he’s a Democrat that is horrified at what the Dimms are doing to President Trump….see…there are some moderate Democrats…

PETA killed almost 90 per cent of dogs and cats placed in the care of the shelter at its Virginia headquarters.

That’s why I don’t have anything to do with them. They talk out of both sides of their mouths and they use the plight of animals to enrich themselves in lawsuits.

….and Al Green has also promised to keep doing it…..he said, “there is no limit to how many times a President can be impeached.”

Oh, I think there is, Al….at some point your moderates are going to jump ship.

As infuriating as this whole thing is….. look at the bright side…..they have galvanized the Conservatives, lost some of their Democrats, and have stopped doing the country’s business….They have handed us -President Trump – the next election on a platter with a bow on it.

Merry Christmas to all those TDS Trumpers……thank you for the best gift of all….A SECOND TERM FOR THE GREATEST PRESIDENT OF MY LIFETIME.

….OH, AND DON’T BE SURPRISED AT ALL THE COAL IN YOUR STOCKINGs. SANTA IS NOT HAPPY WITH YOU POLTROONS.

If the Constitution dictates that a president cannot be impeached unless the vote is bipartisan, then this whole impeachment vote is unconstitutional and void. And those democrates who keep preaching that they are defending the Constitution are lying and they are the ones not living up to their oath. And the US is a Republic.
