The chief rabbi is right. That is exactly what it is.
Dr. Sarah Halimi, an orthodox Jew, was tortured and murdered in her Paris apartment in April by a devout Muslim invader with a prior record of harassment toward her. Because she knew and feared the intruder, who lived in her building, Halimi had formally requested that the public housing department move her to a new apartment. Nothing was done.

“My sister was terribly afraid of this man, he had called her a ‘dirty Jew,’ but she was afraid that filing a complaint would be dangerous for her,” her brother William Attal explained in an interview with French news agency AFP following the family’s decision last week to take the case to the public prosecutor.
Attal said that the family’s goal was not to have the police condemned, but for Halimi’s murder to be legally tried as a hate crime. “Our struggle is for justice to recognize that this was an Islamist and antisemitic murder,” Attal declared.
The family was refused.
Halimi’s killer, 27 year-old Malian immigrant Kobili Traore, broke into her apartment on April 7 just after 4 a.m. As he subjected Halimi — a 66-year-old former kindergarten teacher — to a savage beating, neighbors alerted police after hearing her screams. Officers who arrived at the scene just before 5 a.m. heard Traore shouting “Allahu Akhbar!” and “I have killed Shaitan!” (Arabic for ‘Satan’). Fearing a terrorist attack was being planned, the officers called for backup. But by the time anti-terror units arrived, Traore had thrown Halimi’s fractured and bruised body out of the window of her third-floor apartment (more here).
France’s Chief Rabbi Fears Sarah Halimi Murder Trial Decision Amounts to ‘License to Kill Jews’

France’s chief rabbi has slammed the “tragic” and “grotesque” decision of Paris prosecutors to excuse from trial the alleged antisemitic murderer of Sarah Halimi — the 65-year-old Jewish woman viciously beaten and thrown out of the window of her own apartment in April 2017.
In an open letter to French Justice Minister Nicole Belloubet, Rabbi Haim Korsia argued that the decision not to try Halimi’s accused killer, Kobili Traore, on the grounds of criminal irresponsibility caused by his heavy cannabis intake marked “a grave breach of trust” for the country’s judicial system.
Korsia’s letter — published on Wednesday in the daily newspaper Le Figaro — urged the French judiciary to “heal the wounds” caused by the decision by “establishing the guilt of a suspect and by imposing a sentence commensurate with the seriousness of the acts committed.”
Traore — who lived in the same public housing project in eastern Paris as Halimi — broke into her apartment during the early morning hours of April 4, 2017.
Terrified neighbors who alerted police after hearing Halimi’s cries for help reported that Traore had shouted the words, “Allahu akhbar,” and, “Shaitan” (Arabic for “Satan”), as he rained kicks and punches on his victim, before picking up her bruised body and throwing her out of the window.
Police investigations later revealed that Halimi had told relatives that she was scared of Traore, who insulted her visiting daughter as a “dirty Jewess” a few weeks before the killing.
Prosecutors based their long-awaited decision on Dec. 19 on two psychiatric assessments of Traore that claimed his intake of cannabis had resulted in acute delirium, and that therefore he could not be held responsible for murdering Halimi — a crime he admitted to and apologized for during a preliminary hearing in November.
In his letter, Korsia encouraged Belloubet to explain “how deliberately taking considerable quantities of drugs exonerates an individual from responsibility?”
Korsia went on to point out that if it was correct that smoking cannabis “exacerbated his antisemitic impulses, it means these impulses already existed!”
The chief rabbi then asked: “Should it be inferred from this decision that every drug-addicted individual is licensed to kill Jews?”
In a separate interview this week with the French-language Israeli broadcaster i24 News, William Attal — Halimi’s brother — accused the French judiciary of having “humanized” her killer.
“They forgot that he [Traore] had lived as a delinquent for 10 years, that he was convicted 22 times on drugs charges,” Attal said.
Attal added that the rights of Halimi’s family had not been respected during the investigation into the murder.
“There was a serious miscarriage of justice, the investigation was nowhere near comprehensive enough,” Attal asserted.
“The examining magistrate refused all the requests for an investigation into the murder — all of them,” he emphasized.

The crime done under the influence should carry MORE weight. Aren’t drunk drivers punished more severely than non intoxicated vehicular crimes? Truth is that Frogs hate the Jews, and G-D is populating them with EXACTLY what they deserve. So enjoy child rape, random crime and murder, Mr and Mrs French Citizen. You earned it.

Funny how the muslum POS wasn’t so intoxicated he couldn’t climb across a balcony to gain entrance to Ms. Halimi’s flat or to think of doing that in the first place or to lie to the police about Ms. Halimi committing suicide by jumping off her third story balcony. None of this passes the smell test.

A sane person or government with honorable intentions would not have a hard choice to make between valuing it’s hard working, taxpaying citizens and importing demonized foreign parasites who choose to have a belief system that allows them to kill others. This has nothing to do with smoking marijuana. They may even do that to establish an excuse before they perform the violence they had already planned in their head.

France is paralyzed by the continued yellow vest protests and now a month-long transportation strike that has crippled the French economy or what is left of it. France under Macron has become a basket case. This appalling decision is beyond description. Potheads are usually sleepy and docile. Pot is a depressant and does not inspire violence. This is a pure endorsement of Jew-hate, nothing less, and a sop to the Muslims, encouragement of their violence. It is the end of the Rule of Law in France, and once they have eliminated the Jews they will focus their attention on the Christians. The Fifth Republic has failed. It needs to be replaced. The only institution left in France with any integrity is the Army. It should overthrow Macron, imprison the Leftist elite who have brought about this state of affairs and begin deportation of the Muslims. Perhaps it is time to restore the Monarchy. Democracy and Republicanism do not work in France any better than in the rest of the world.
