Jihad-President Erdogan bashes Israel, calls on Muslims to unite against the West

77

The call is always the same in whatever corner of the Muslim world, “unite against the West.” Why have we never heard a call for peace with Israel and/or the West? Because that is heresy, hypocrisy, an anathema to Islamic texts and teachings.

In a speech to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation……..

Erdogan bashes Israel, calls on Muslims to unite against the West

Ankara claimed it is the “lone voice” standing up for Palestinians today.

In a speech to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Turkey’s president Recep Tayyip Erdogan slammed Israel and called for Islamic unity among the “brothers and sisters” to confront the West and conspiracies against Islamic countries. Turkey’s ruler insinuated that Turkey was a victim of “terrorist attacks” because of its “principled stance” against “oppression in Jerusalem.”

Story continues below advertisement

By Seth Frantzman, JPost, December 9, 2019:

Ankara claimed it is the “lone voice” standing up for Palestinians today. Turkey has warm relations with Hamas. The Hamas member Saleh Arouri arrived in Turkey on Sunday. He has been accused of involvement in kidnapping, murder and other forms of terrorism in 2014. Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas also came to Turkey with Arouri and Moussa Abu Marzouk and others as part of a large delegation. Ankara has asked NATO to condemn terrorism but hosts Hamas.

Erdogan claimed that Israel was making the “situation in Jerusalem and Palestine” worse every day. He said that Israel doesn’t recognize justice, law, rights or humanity and that this “deepens the  crisis in the region against Muslims.” Turkey is seeking to champion Islamic countries aganst Israel, Ankara claimed. “We will never stop defending the rights of the Palestinians and standing in solidarity with all the oppressed.” Turkey is involved in an expanding military campaign and occupation of northern Syria that has caused more than 150,000 people to flee Afrin in 2018, and 200,000 to flee areas near Tel Abyad in recent months. Turkey doesn’t see those people as oppressed, according to the speech.

Turkey’s leader claimed that the country wants to “better protect children, women, elderly and disabled against western threats.” In this part of the speech he stressed conservative, far-right and family value themes, arguing that the West was attacking the concept of the family. “The more we protect our family structure,” Turkey’s leader said, indicating that

“We will never stop defending the rights of the Palestinians and standing in solidarity with all the oppressed,” he said.

Erdogan said that the imperialist approach of divide, disintegrate and rule continues in Islamic countries.

“The better we protect children, women, elderly and disabled against western threats, the more we protect our family structure,” he said, arguing that western imperialists were seeking to divide and rule the Islamic world, according  to Anadolu’s version of the speech. Erdogan also claimed that Muslims are one quarter of the world but are isolated and that Muslims must unite to push their political influence and “cultural prowess” to bring Islamic civilization to its “rightful place.”

Recently Erdogan inaugurated a mosque in the UK to showcase his devotion to these causes.
Hurriyet reported that Erdogan said Muslim countries should work together to fight poverty, but it was a challenge, “which means 350 million brothers and sisters are trying to hold onto life at the poverty level.” Erdogan then said that the wealthiest Muslim country, probably one of those that is in the Gulf, is 200 times richer than the poorest. He encouraged more Islamic charity. Turkey is a key ally of Qatar, a country that may need to give more charity than it has been. Qatar has been accused of exploiting workers and paying low wages to poor foreigners who come to work construction but lack basic rights in Doha.

Erdogan’s speech was a way for Ankara to cement itself as a global champion of Islamic causes. Recently Turkey has spoken out about Kashmir and Muslims in China and has also sought to rally countries around Jerusalem to oppose US President Donald Trump’s policies and Israel’s policies.

So far Turkey’s attempt to become a new global Islamic leader has not materialized. Turkey nevertheless tries to work with Malaysia, Pakistan and some other countries that are becoming more nationalist, far-right and conservative, seeking to create a front of political Islam, often linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas, as part of a larger agenda. Turkey’s current ruling party sees itself as an economic model for other countries and seeks to expand its power in Syria, Iraq, and other countries, while working with Iran and Russia.

When are all the apologists going to admit to themselves that we are essentially in a knock down, drag out fight with islam in general, an existential struggle with a foe that won’t end until the destruction of one, the other, or both happens?
It better be damned soon or the answer will become horrifyingly clear, soon.

You’re right. And when the balloon goes up is about when I expect the apologists to say ‘oops’. For them it’ll be too late, then. Like Hitler’s Brownshirts they will be the first to be lined up for the islamic versions of firing squads.
It’s going to be horrific and you’re right again, it doesn’t matter if the apologists wake up or not at this point.
Mine is an academic curiosity mostly, I don’t expect anything from the various quislings, cowards, and fools that think islamic ‘culture’ is the best thing evar. Their isn’t much of an upside to all this, but at least the gene pool will be somewhat improved when the smoke clears (I hope).

I AM and I can tell you that when attacked, I WILL RESPOND worse than when they attacked me, so the 2nd Amendment is MY 1ST AMENDMENT. However, if love does not conquer evil, then EVIL MUST BE WIPED OUT. Of course, it never will be COMPLETELY UNTIL JESUS COMES AGAIN and wipes the evil out Himself. But, followers pf Christ are to OCCUPY until He comes and I aim to do that while also protecting the greatest country in the world!

So, if Muslims want to TRY and fight and murder Americans, I say, BRING IT ON. Most of us, if not the majority of us, are ready and MUSLIMS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHO AMERICANS REALLY ARE. I guess they never read our history of comradeship when things get tough. WE ALL COME TOGETHER, all of us, when we are attacked.

OBAMA FOUND THAT OUT the easy way when some of his own turned on him, when Dems jumped to Independent, and if hindsight is 20/20, the world now knows that OBAMA IS AND WAS THE WORSE PRESIDENT AMERICA HAS EVEN HAD BESIDE WILSON AND CARTER.

Like the old adage, “I can fight with my family, but if you attack them, I WILL HUNT YOU DOWN AND WIPE YOU OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH” IS a good description for Americans.

MUSLIMS WOULD DO WELL NOT TO TEST THE RESOLVE OF AMERICANS.

I believe a Christian should rightly abhor violence, but I also believe that there is a time for action, a time to defend family and way of life. It would be hypocritical for a Christian to want or expect those in civilian or military forces to do the ‘dirty work’ so long as they don’t have to, yet would benefit from it. But it is an area to not be taken lightly.

As close as David was to God and as much as God was pleased with him, David’s ‘soldiering’, while not a barrier, was a defining actor in that relationship.
Even Jesus spoke of the potential for self-defense (Math 10:34, Luke 22:38), but also warned of the use of it (Math 26:52). It was clearly to be carefully considered before using it, and quite frankly the thought of killing someone even in self-defense, is disturbing and I would envy no one in such a situation.
However, my question, “Are you a follower of Christ”, was not about this, even though such things may well be a consideration in our futures. It was about where we are in God’s prophetic time table and if as a Christian, was he aware of that, because not only is it the answer to the things we currently see happening all around us, it is also incumbent on us to know His will and where all this is soon heading. It is definitely no longer ‘business as usual’ in any shape or form.

I agree with you that there is (in a long term sense), has been, and someday will again be armed conflict with Islam. This is inevitable with any group that teaches its members “there will be no true peace until we own the world,” and it frustrates heck out of me that Western leaders don’t take this threat as seriously today as they (correctly) did when it was the Soviets making it.

The longer term picture is neither especially encouraging nor discouraging. The Crusades were pretty much defensive in nature even though we lost. The Turks finished conquering the Byzantines in 1453 and kept pushing up into the Balkans for two more centuries afterward, ending in the siege of Vienna which was broken in 1683. Then we started pushing them south again — until WW1 when European Christians seem to have stopped paying attention. The Greeks got back most of the European part of their country (but not North Macedonia and nothing in Anatolia) and then stopped pushing back. So for the last century it has been strictly a political struggle with no active war by or against Islam.

I expect that to change again soon, and I predict some kind of union of Iran and Turkey to start things off. Thank goodness for the Hungarians and Poles who do remember, and don’t want to be overrun again; we have to hope that by the time it starts, the other Europeans feel similarly. The migrants’ behavior will help with that.

OT prophets, Ezekiel and Isaiah, who both lived about 2500yrs ago, prophecized of the “last days”. Countries back then were known by different names than today (mostly), and the nations of present day Turkey, Iran and Russia were foretold to form an alliance that would come against a newly reconstituted Israel in the end times, and that the hand of God would be seen to intervene in this battle.

Your “prediction” is already an entity. These 3 nations, in spite of Turkey’s ‘membership’ in NATO, have signed a mutual protection pact and have all spoken out against Israel, with Iran being the most vitriolic. Iran is also the front nation of this alliance and has pledged to lead the charge.

It is prophecies like this, highly detailed – time sensitive – accurate down to the exact letter, and in great number (over 20 major prophecies fulfilled and on the verge of fulfilling), that proclaim to anyone listening that the dynamics have changed. We see the evidence of this changing dynamic all around us, but because of our ignorance of scripture, we fail to see the true “why” behind it.

The judgement spoken of in scripture is no longer coming, it has already begun and it will continue to its completion in the end of this age. There is much ugliness and sorrow in the days ahead before the end comes, but there is much beauty and joy that follows it for those who are His.

Thanks to Obama, Turkey has a hardliner in there.
Just wait till he releases MILLIONS OF MUSLIMS into EUROPE!
He will do that. It is just a matter of time. The reason won’t matter to him.

Erdogan threatens to release 3.6 million refugees into Europe if it calls offensive an ‘occupation’

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday said that if Europe describes Turkey’s current military operation against Kurdish forces in Syria as an “occupation,” then he will release nearly 4 million refugees into the continent, CNN reports.

In a speech from Ankara, Erdogan said, “I will say this once again. If you try to label our current operation as an occupation, our job becomes easier, we will open the doors and send the 3.6 million refugees to you.”

The U.N. Security Council met Thursday to discuss a potential response to Turkey’s invasion of Syria.

I, too, would like to see a Muslim Protestant Reformation. But before it can happen, the police, at least in western countries, will need to infiltrate the Islamic community enough to be able to protect such “Protestants” from being killed for apostasy.

And given Muslims’ social cohesion, I don’t know how we do that. It’s the same problem as prosecuting Mafia. Maybe Giuliani knows how, he did prosecute Mafia.
