Is the government completely broken the treasonous Democrats?
How Did the Alleged Ukraine Call Whistleblower End Up in the Mueller Report?
Eric Ciamarella, the CIA analyst identified as the likely whistleblower behind the Democrats’ partisan impeachment inquiry, was cited in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on nonexistent collusion between Donald Trump and Russia. In fact, the Mueller report cites Ciaramella’s May 2017 email summaries of a meeting between Trump and Russian officials — summaries leaked to a New York Times reporter. After citing Ciaramella’s emails, the report quotes the Times story.
Story continues below advertisementThe Democrats launched their impeachment inquiry based in part on the report of an anonymous whistleblower who warned about a July 25, 2019, phone call between Trump and the president of Ukraine. Democrats emphasized the whistleblower even after Trump released a transcript of the call.
While Trump and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) have called for the unmasking of the whistleblower, Democrats have insisted that anonymity is vital for his protection. Some details have leaked, however: the whistleblower is reportedly a former and current CIA analyst with connections to former Vice President Joe Biden. RealClearInvestigations’ Paul Sperry did some sleuthing and claimed to have identified the whistleblower as Ciaramella. Ciaramella was Biden’s guest at a State Department banquet in October 2016.
The whistleblower also met with Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) before filing his report. His lawyer, Mark Zaid, celebrated a “coup” against Trump and predicted his impeachment in 2017.
As The Washington Examiner‘s Jerry Dunleavy reported, Ciaramella appears in a footnote on Page 71 of Mueller’s 448-page report. Mueller cited two emails from Ciaramella to then-Chief of Staff John Kelly and other administration officials describing the details of a meeting between Trump and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Trump met with them the day after he fired FBI Director James Comey.
“The meeting had been planned on May 2, 2017, during a telephone call between the President and Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the meeting date was confirmed on May 5, 2017, the same day the President dictated ideas for the Comey termination letter to [Trump aide] Stephen Miller,” the Mueller report reads, citing Ciaramella’s emails in a footnote.
The Mueller report went on to quote from a New York Times article published on May 19, 2017. That article cited an “American official” who leaked to reporters a “document summarizing the meeting.”
“I just fired the head of the FBI. He was crazy, a real nut job,” the article quoted Trump as saying. “I faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off … I’m not under investigation.”
Then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein justified Comey’s firing by criticizing his handling of the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails, but Trump later suggested he had fired Comey due to the Trump-Russia investigation. After Comey’s firing, he leaked information from some of his memos to the media in order to prompt the appointment of a special counsel.
The Mueller report noted that “the White House did not dispute the account” of the meeting with Russian officials, but released a statement defending Trump’s firing of Comey.
“By grandstanding and politicizing the investigation into Russia’s actions, James Comey created unnecessary pressure on our ability to engage and negotiate with Russia,” then-White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said at the time. “The investigation would have always continued, and obviously, the termination of Comey would not have ended it. Once again, the real story is that our national security has been undermined by the leaking of private and highly classified conversations.”
If Ciaramella is the whistleblower behind the partisan impeachment inquiry, it stands to reason he may have leaked his emails to the media.

The LAW has not changed on impeachment. Even in a normal court the above is NOT EVIDENCE and certainly should not be considered as “EVIDENCE”.. The LAW also does not allow for a fake whistle blower to be anonymous . By LAW a whistle blower is only protected from retribution and harassment. Defending yourself is also NOT OBSTRUCTION! This is just a railroad job.

“Also, Ciaramella huddled for ‘guidance’ with the staff of House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, including former colleagues also held over from the Obama era whom Schiff’s office had recently recruited from the NSC,” the NSC official said.

” the NSC official added. Almost everything Ciaramella alleged in his complaint has been proven to be totally false.
Eric filed a complaint about a call that they never heard, and Democrats want Trump impeached over a call that they also never heard.
The Office of Intelligence Community Inspector General launched an internal investigation after the complaint and found that Ciaramella had a “political bias” in favor of one of Trump’s rivals in the 2020 presidential election.
We now know that person is Joe Biden, meaning Ciaramella is literally a major support of Biden’s 2020 campaign to defeat Trump. Democrats impeachment plan has backfired on her in spectacular fashion, and this whistleblower is nothing more than a LOW LEVEL left-wing hack trying to take down the president.

Your post confirms that of which the everyday citizen must become aware. The Democrats and its tail-wagging evildoers believe they are above the law, the Constitution. Mueller typifies a betrayer of the President and the Republic. He is no more than an employed agent of the Democratic Party. Mueller continues his endeavor of usurping the President and, more so, to have him branded a criminal. Ironically, it is he and his employer, the Democrats who are the criminals and betrayers of the country and its citizens. He is tantamount to the direction that the Republic is heading, a totalitarian state the likes of which the Liberal, Democrats have always revered.
He, the Democratic/Nazis, will do anything to steal power, they are the Neo-Brownshirts, perhaps Neo-Bolshevists. The Democrats will take upon any draconian mantle to regain the White House. They and Mueller are no more than political compost of decaying rot.

Fox’s Trump impeachment poll isn’t ‘fair and balanced.’ It’s fake news

Fox News has made a hard turn to the Left in recent years. Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch are relegated to the Fox News Wikipedia page, while the new bosses are the next generation of Murdochs — woke, liberal, and no fans of either President Trump or his supporters.

Fox’s news shows are peppered with liberals, from Juan Williams and the recently departed Shepard Smith to Donna Brazile and Chris Hahn. The evening and weekend opinion show hosts are still solidly conservative, but that number is dwindling. Fox is still better than CNN, for example, with no conservative voices, after firing Jeffrey Lord for the high crime of defending Trump on the Orange Man Bad network.
As the impeachment scheme falls apart, with no actual wrongdoing by the president, no bribes or extortion, no pay-to-play, no collusion, or anything else which Trump is accused of, but which Joe Biden actually did, the media have gone into overdrive to push the “everyone hates Trump and wants him thrown from office” mantra.

Don’t forget a recent addition to the Fox Corporation board, pushing the network farther in the NeverTrump direction. Former House speaker Paul Ryan thinks his new job as a board member of Fox Corporation will finally allow him to “do something” about President Donald Trump, according to a report in Vanity Fair.
(Let’s not forget about Biden’s Chief of Staff joining the FOX Board of Directors too.)
The Fox poll was conducted by Braun Research, “a privately held marketing and public opinion research firm” founded by Amanda Braun. Ms. Braun is a lesbian; is deputy organizing director and training director for “For Our Future,” a progressive political action committee; was a regional organizing director for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign; and attended Hillary’s alma mater, Wellesley College. In other words, a solid liberal.
Of all the pollsters out there, Fox News found one far to the left for its anti-Trump poll.
Next is the methodology. Fox’s sample of registered, not likely, voters was 48 percent Democrat, 40 percent Republican, and only 12 percent independent. Is that a fair representation of the U.S. electorate? Hardly.
Gallup, as of a month ago, provides an answer. The electorate identifies at 29 percent Republican and 31 percent Democrat, virtually an even split. But a whopping 38 percent are independent, far from the 12 percent in the Braun/Fox poll.
Aside from oversampling Democrats, which is a consistent pattern in impeachment polls, undersampling independents skews the results. The Wall Street Journal reports that only 42 percent of independents favor impeachment. If the Braun/Fox poll surveyed voters based on Gallup’s party affiliation above, support for impeachment would be below 50 percent.
Another sketchy poll is the recent PBS/NPR/Marist poll. By a 52-to-43-percent margin, their poll finds support for starting an impeachment inquiry. Results are evenly split on removal from office. But what are the premises for impeachment? In the accompanying article, PBS asserts:
The House launched an impeachment inquiry against Trump in September following a July phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, where Trump asked the Ukrainian leader to dig up incriminating information on the family of former Vice President Joe Biden, who could be Trump’s political rival during the 2020 presidential election.
(Biden was being looked at for this as far back as 2015! What stopped it, was the terminal illness of Beau, his other son. Since when should an illness STOP and investigation of QUID PRO QUO? Trump will be harassed for the rest of his life and I’d bet even on his death bed. Two tiered justice at work again..)
Wrong and wrong. The House has not voted [as of Oct. 14, the day this article originally ran —ed.] to begin any impeachment inquiry. Instead, Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff have deemed it so without a House vote and are conducting their witch hunt in secret via Shifty Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee. And second, Trump did not ask the Ukrainian leader to dig up dirt on Biden.
He asked about Crowdstrike, which claimed that Russia had hacked the DNC servers, initiating the Mueller Russia collusion hoax. Biden was mentioned much later in the call: “Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that.” Is that digging up political dirt or investigating corruption by a former high-ranking U.S. official, something Trump is bound to do by his oath of office and a treaty with Ukraine?
For comparison, look at Rasmussen, the most accurate pollster for the 2016 election. In its daily presidential tracking poll, Trump is at 49 total approval on October 11 compared to Obama at 44 percent exactly eight years ago. Rasmussen surveys likely voters, a more accurate sample than registered voters, many of whom don’t vote.

Last night Dershowitz, who has argued more cases in front of the US Supreme Court than all 535 members of Congress combined, confirmed that “outing” the whistleblower” is absolutely not a crime. Threatening or harassing a whistleblower is.
Leftists love using secret witnesses to accuse people of crimes without any criminal statutes to back up the charges. This sort of intimidation is straight out of the Communist playbook. Lenin & Stalin would have loved Schiff.

Shittyschiff will also CONTROL what witnesses the GOP is allowed to present to defend Trump. How’s that for control?
Can you imagine this happening in a typical court setting, let alone something as important as an IMPEACHMENT that affects the entire country etc.? None of this would be allowed in a typical courtroom setting. Only allowing the DEFENSE to call the shots on PROSECUTION witnesses and PROSECTION questions is absurd. It’s not as though, ShittyShiff is an impartial and honest “judge” of anything.
