It’s open season on Jewish college students. The pro-Palestinian students at Oberlin College are brazenly advocating for a Palestinian terrorist organization who seek to murder Israelis. America’s Jewish organizations refuse to take any significant action against the anti-Israel Left on college campuses, because know that would get them ostracized from the anti-Semitic Democrat Party. Instead, they spend millions of dollars on attack ads against the pro-Jewish President Trump. Horrible cowards! One day a Jewish student is going to get killed on a college campus.

Oberlin College Students Erect Memorial to Palestinian Islamic Jihad Terrorists

Anti-Zionist students at Oberlin College in Ohio erected a memorial last week commemorating the death of multiple Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorists.
Oberlin Students for a Free Palestine shared in a Facebook post on Thursday that it had installed a display in “commemoration of the 34 Palestinians killed by Israeli rocket fire this last week” in Wilder Bowl, a central outdoor space on campus where students often congregate.
A sign explaining the display stated, “Last week, Israel unleashed violent airstrikes on the Gaza Strip to assassinate Bahaa Abu al-Atta and his wife on Tuesday, November 12th. In the process, killing 34 unarmed Palestinian civilians, including 8 children.”
“Oberlin Students for a Free Palestine and Oberlin Jewish Voice for Peace have created this installation to commemorate the lives of these 34 Palestinians who died at the hands of Zionist Settler Colonialism,” it continued. “We list the names and ages of those who were lost on each black flag.”
The allegation does not accord with casualty tolls shared by international observers and the involved parties, including those in the Gaza Strip, which largely acknowledge that a majority of fatalities were members of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, an Iranian-backed terrorist organization that is blacklisted by the United States, European Union, and others. The group, which aims to replace Israel with an Islamic Palestinian state, has taken responsibility for suicide bombings and other attacks targeting Israeli civilians.

Funny, these “students” couldn’t care less if al-Atta and his thugs had succeeded in intentionally murdering hundreds of Jews. No problemo. Just a matter of whose ox is being gored.
The IDF does sometimes kill innocents, but never intentionally. There is no antiseptic war. These people make the goons on this site appear benign by comparison. BTW, I don’t know that al-Atta’s wife exactly qualifies as an innocent bystander.

Please, Achmed, you might not want to upset her too much. The last time she ‘went off’ because of a similar comment sent to her, she spent four months in solitary at the state mental hospital, eating only peanut butter, white bread and institution tap water. If she does ‘go’ again, she may not ‘come back’ this time. Of course, that would also mean we would have no more laughs here.

Employers use increasingly sophisticated means to weed out potential troublemakers. One is obviously the college reputation but others include social media presence and, in the future, facial recognition tied to arrest records.

If you filter for any element beyond degree, appropriate field or appropriate degree, you lose that shield against EOEE lawsuits.
There are only three shields per Griggs v Duke Power.
The aforementioned degree, government license reasonably required for the job, and experience at that job (pretty much almost that exact job as freshwater underwater engineering inspection was not close enough for a saltwater underwater engineering inspections company during a government lawsuit)

Per black-robed USSC demigods the only four possible answers to inadequate numbers of protected minorities on staff are
1) Sufficient numbers of minority applicants do not have appropriate necessary government licensing.
2) Sufficient numbers of minority applicants do not have reasonably applicable college degrees.
3) Sufficient numbers of minority applicants do not have experience at that particular job when that was a hiring requirement.
4) Racism in direct violation of Equal Opportunity Employment criteria.
I believe it was Griggs vs Duke Power where the Supreme Court held there were only those 4 answers if insufficient numbers were hired. THERE COULD BE NO OTHER ANSWERS
“Disparate Impact” was just the code words for what the USSC had already shoved down our throats.

If I’m the hiring official and I hire whomever I don’t have to tell everyone why I chose A, B or C. And the SCOTUS nor the courts have nothing to say about who I hire and why they fit my company. I remember Atlanta having a request for applicants about 8 years back and their work force is about 90+% black/minority and I remember there was a quote from the city saying whites need not apply or something to that affect. And I don’t count the ignorant libturd dumocraps as a minority.

America has become a land of lost souls, I conclude after
reading this article. Not only that, but they are people who do not understand
what the reality is, as it concerns the warlike conduct that exists in the Middle
East. Rather than call them Palestinians, let me refer to those that they are
attempting to memorialize as people of Arab culture. That culture follows a
belief system that promotes anti-Semitism, as well as anti all other belief system,
to the point that they have openly stated and that conduct is incorporated into their charters,
their intention to both destroy the nation of Israel and its people. Their intent is seen in their
conduct of the firing of rockets indiscriminately at Israel citizens, and in
continuous acts of terror on an almost daily basis. They justify that behavior
on their irreverent belief system (Islam) and their unjustified claim that
Israel is a colonist’s nation “occupying” their land. Islam, as a justification
for Jihad, is inane to begin with, and when a right thinking person examines the
claim of occupation, one should conclude that history establishes, as far back
as 1917, that subsequent to WWI, the Balfour Declaration, the League of
Nations, and the United Nations, after the fall of the Ottoman Empire, accepted
the creation of new nations in the area of the Middle east, creating many of
the nations that now inhabit that area. One of those nations was to be a Jewish homeland, Israel,
which was identified as including the so-called west bank, which had its
eastern border at the Jordan River, and due west to the Mediterranean Sea, to
be supervised by the U.K. These were the spoils of war, as the Ottoman Empire
being a loser therein suffered the consequences. Therefore, one should conclude
that memorializing the terrorists is the acts of FOOLS!

Trans Jordan was also created by the entities above, but it was intended to be west of the Jordan River, where Jordan is today. Jordan took over the areas that comprise Judea and Samaria after one of the early wars with Israel, but lost it to the Israeli’s after, I believe, the war of 1964. The area east of the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea was originally intended to be part of Israel. Israel relinquished Gaza in the hope it would work towards peace, which obviously never happened. I see the fools above as either Islamists or they have no knowledge of history.
