Muslim jihadists kill 54 soldiers in terrorist attack on remote outpost in Mali

The Malian government says at least 54 people are dead following a jihadist attack on the army in the north.
The revised death toll from government spokesman Yaya Sangare came a day after the military initially announced at least 15 dead following Friday’s attack in the Menaka region.
The new violence is expected to further raise tensions in the capital, Bamako, where military families have already protested in the streets.

Friday’s violence took place a month after 41 soldiers were killed and 20 others went missing during two attacks on Malian soldiers taking part in a regional counterterrorism force.

Islam CANNOT, HAS NOT, WILL NOT, coexist with the civilized world. It is antithetical to civilization.
The problem is too many leftist allow this death cult to masquerade as a religion and use our own laws against us.
It’s growth resembles cancer and islam’s effect on civilization is like cancer and the only way to remove cancer is total elimination. You cannot leave any cells capable of multiplying.

Sounds like an ambush – not a terrorist attack. To get a body count that large, the jihadists had to either attack with overwhelming force or the Malian troops were so unready, they couldn’t fight back. These are troops the French have invested a lot of time, treasure and training upon getting them combat ready. Yet another example of ‘valiant Muslim allies’ that we must forever train because they’re never, never, never ready to stand on their own. The ‘cowardly Muslim extremists’ always are though.

Are the French police finally using guns? It was horrible looking at the French Muslim policeman pleading for his life. He was unarmed and didn’t have a chance.
The Muslim terrorist shot him at point blank range. The idea that criminals will disarm is laughable!

Felix, the national police on the field is very often holding guns.
The municipale police (existing in some cities) may not have guns unless the Mayor granted them guns.
Fortunately the islam supremacist killed (by an intern policeman) was not a field agent but a computer technician so he didn’t have a gun and he bought a couple of knifes before he was back to the office near Notre-Dame to slaughter 4 policemen and policewomen

Yes, French trained. Mali has been a French project since 2014. By the way, there’s nothing wrong with ‘French training’. There IS something wrong with wasting money on people who cannot be trained. Time and time again, Mohammedan forces that we have trained demonstrate that they have understood what we are trying to impart through repeating it in a classroom environment and in a field exercise. Yet, when the live rounds start flying, they go back to what they were doing before. Or, they hold up as long as we are there but they fall apart as soon as we leave which means, if getting a National Army and police up and running is our whole goal and strategy, then we can never leave.

Yes, trainers need decent , motivated and smart recruits to build a fighting force. Maybe that’s why Mali never tried to conquer the world. IDK

@ttp420; I differ slightly with your comment. America HAS taught many country groups to fight well.
The one BIG problem is; America taught the wrong group how to fight. Also America, through Bush(s), Clinton, 0bama and HilLIARy outfitted many of these groups with weapons!

not even nearly. But then, again, the afghan troops do not represent a cohesive country, just a geographical location. And still they fight better than the french army. They don’t readily surrender.

Drive around the streets of Kuwait and you won’t see these women. They are behind closed doors, deprived of their basic rights, unable to leave and at risk of being sold to the highest bidder.
But pick up a smartphone and you can scroll through thousands of their pictures, categorized by race, and available to buy for a few thousand dollars.
An undercover investigation by BBC News Arabic has found that domestic workers are being illegally bought and sold online in a booming black market.
Some of the trade has been carried out on Facebook-owned Instagram, where posts have been promoted via algorithm-boosted hashtags, and sales negotiated via private messages.
Other listings have been promoted in apps approved and provided by Google Play and Apple’s App Store, as well as the e-commerce platforms’ own websites.
“What they are doing is promoting an online slave market,” said Urmila Bhoola, the UN special rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery.
“If Google, Apple, Facebook or any other companies are hosting apps like these, they have to be held accountable.”
After being alerted to the issue, Facebook said it had banned one of the hashtags involved.
Google and Apple said they were working with app developers to prevent illegal activity.
The illegal sales are a clear breach of the US tech firms’ rules for app developers and users.
However, the BBC has found there are many related listings still active on Instagram, and other apps available via Apple and Google….
Posing as a couple newly arrived in Kuwait, the BBC Arabic undercover team spoke to 57 app users and visited more than a dozen people who were trying to sell them their domestic worker via a popular commodity app called 4Sale.
The sellers almost all advocated confiscating the women’s passports, confining them to the house, denying them any time off and giving them little or no access to a phone.
The 4Sale app allowed you to filter by race, with different price brackets clearly on offer, according to category.
“African worker, clean and smiley,” said one listing. Another: “Nepalese who dares to ask for a day off.”
When speaking to the sellers, the undercover team frequently heard racist language.
“Indians are the dirtiest,” said one, describing a woman being advertised.

The team were urged by app users, who acted as if they were the “owners” of these women, to deny them other basic human rights, such as giving them a “day or a minute or a second” off.
One man, a policeman, looking to offload his worker said: “Trust me she’s very nice, she laughs and has a smiley face. Even if you keep her up till 5 am she won’t complain.”
He told the BBC team how domestic workers were used as a commodity.
“You will find someone buying a maid for 600 KD ($2,000), and selling her on for 1,000 KD ($3,300),”
he said.
He suggested how the BBC team should treat her: “The passport, don’t give it to her. You’re her sponsor. Why would you give her her passport?”…
Google said it was “deeply troubled by the allegations”.
“We have asked BBC to share additional details so we can conduct a more in-depth investigation,” it added. “We are working to ensure that the app developers put in place the necessary safeguards to prevent individuals from conducting this activity on their online marketplaces.”
Apple said it “strictly prohibited” the promotion of human trafficking and child exploitation in apps made available on its marketplace….
Yeah, sure you do. The only thing Google and Apple “strictly prohibit” is opposition to jihad terror and Sharia oppression, and to the Left’s agenda.

the story is lacking totally in pertinent facts. Typically arms are stored when in camp. Were the missing muslims?? Were there fences or walls and guarded gates?? Will anyone face punishment for failures??
