New Poll Numbers Show Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis Is Insanely Popular

Joe diGenova compares whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to Lincoln assassin: “This is a political assassination. This is a decapitation of a president. This is regicide.”

This witch hunt is not about removing President Trump from office. It’s about destroying President Trump’s character, so that he cannot be re-elected in 2020. Can the Senate Republicans be any more incompetent in fighting for President Trump? For the Constitution? For  rule of law? Absolutely disgraceful. Where the hell is the IG report from Michael Horowitz?

‘Decapitation’: Joe diGenova compares alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella to Lincoln assassin

By Washington Examiner, November 10, 2019:

Former U.S. Attorney John diGenova accused alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella of committing a “political assassination,” comparing him to former President Abraham Lincoln’s assassin John Wilkes Booth.

Speaking with Mary Walter and Vince Coglianese on their Washington, D.C.-based radio show Mornings on the Mall, diGenova discussed House Democrats’ impeachment proceedings before turning his attention to the anonymous person who filed the complaint that launched it all.

“This is a political assassination. This is a decapitation of a president. This is regicide,” he began. “This has nothing to do with the lawful processes of the U.S. Constitution. Exhibit A: They don’t want us to identify the key person who made the accusation that started the impeachment process, the guy, Eric Ciaramella.”

DiGenova then agreed, “Okay, we won’t identify him” and instead compared him to John Wilkes Booth.

“The whistleblower slash anonymous informant, his name is as follows: John Wilkes Booth. That’s the name of the informant,” he said. “He worked at the CIA, and he is part of a political assassination. It’s now underway, and all of the listeners should realize that that’s what this is about. This is a fraud on the Constitution and a fraud on the American people.”

He went on to accuse Democrats of being “complicit with the media on this regicide.”
