Pursuant to that, two more drafts with edited language to ensure passage were still blocked by both the AG and Federal Judge in Hawaii. So, two non-elected judges by voters were able to dictate our national immigration policy. Meanwhile, thousands have continued to pour in while Congress has done nothing so don’t blame Trump.

For now though, our domestic consumption still exceeds our production by about 7 million bbl/day, with much of the deficit coming from Canada.

I’m with you on this as long as the National Security Declaration invokes the correct Statue, already on the books but ignored since the late 1950s, that specifically bars Moslems from immigration to the USA.
I’d give them a 90 days notice to be out of the country or face arrest, confiscation of all property and goods [including real property] over a specified value [traveling money] and incarceration pending trial for violation of the immigration laws and whatever else can be made to stick.
The value of all confiscated properties, to include Mosques and all their appurtenances to be used first to defray the cost of operation of the program of expulsion and after that to pay down the National Debt, the funds to be used for no other purpose without a separate standalone bill being passed through Congress and signed into law by the POTUS.
