This is the act of sharia state.Dr. Sarah Halimi, an orthodox Jew, was tortured and murdered in her Paris apartment in April by a devout Muslim invader with a prior record of harassment toward her. Because she knew and feared the intruder, who lived in her building, Halimi had formally requested that the public housing department move her to a new apartment. Nothing was done.

“My sister was terribly afraid of this man, he had called her a ‘dirty Jew,’ but she was afraid that filing a complaint would be dangerous for her,” her brother William Attal explained in an interview with French news agency AFP following the family’s decision last week to take the case to the public prosecutor.
Story continues below advertisementAttal said that the family’s goal was not to have the police condemned, but for Halimi’s murder to be legally tried as a hate crime. “Our struggle is for justice to recognize that this was an Islamist and antisemitic murder,” Attal declared.
The family was refused.
Halimi’s killer, 27 year-old Malian immigrant Kobili Traore, broke into her apartment on April 7 just after 4 a.m. As he subjected Halimi — a 66-year-old former kindergarten teacher — to a savage beating, neighbors alerted police after hearing her screams. Officers who arrived at the scene just before 5 a.m. heard Traore shouting “Allahu Akhbar!” and “I have killed Shaitan!” (Arabic for ‘Satan’). Fearing a terrorist attack was being planned, the officers called for backup. But by the time anti-terror units arrived, Traore had thrown Halimi’s fractured and bruised body out of the window of her third-floor apartment (more here).

Psychiatric experts say Kobili Traoré had smoked cannabis and may have been unaware of his actions
A French prosecutor has dropped charges against the killer of Jewish kindergarten teacher Sarah Halimi after experts ruled he had suffered a massive psychotic episode by smoking cannabis.
Ms Halimi, who was Orthodox, was killed after Kobili Traoré broke into her council flat in eastern Paris on April 4 2017.
Witnesses said the 65-year-old was beaten and called a “demon” by her attacker, who recited Koranic verses as he threw her off her balcony.
In an appeals court hearing on Wednesday Traoré admitted killing Ms Halimi, saying he was not aware of his actions on the night of the murder and did not recognise when he broke in.
“I felt persecuted. When I saw the Torah and a chandelier in her home I felt oppressed. I saw her face transforming,” he said.
But in a rare turn of events, French prosecutors were divided on how to proceed.
Local prosecutors in Paris initially argued that Kobili Traoré should be put on trial for his actions. But they were opposed by the more senior procureur général, which argued Traoré should be hospitalised.

Kobili TraoréThe different opinions come after separate panels of psychiatrists concluded Mr Traoré had suffered a psychotic episode after a massive use of cannabis, but disagreed over whether he was partially aware of his actions.
During an earlier hearing, Halimi family lawyer Gilles-William Goldnadel asked Traoré: “Do you think you should be tried? And get a sentence for what you have done?”
Traoré answered “yes”, but his lawyer Thomas Bidnic responded: “Since when does the accused decide if he should be tried?”
Witnesses told Wednesday’s hearing that shortly before Ms Halimi was thrown from the balcony Traoré shouted “a woman is trying to kill herself”.
Her family’s lawyers said it proved Traoré was already planning his defence.
Mr Bidnic said there were “no good solutions in the case”, adding: “This is Sarah Halimi’s tragedy, her family’s tragedy and this boy’s tragedy, although I’m not comparing the two. Sending him to hospital is not ideal nor sending him to prison.”
He said Traoré, who remains in a psychiatric hospital but is receiving limited amounts of medication, is “still a threat”.
Francis Szpiner, another Halimi family lawyer, said the case was setting a historic precedent: “You’re saying that people can walk free after carrying out criminal action just because they were allegedly not aware of the effects of drugs or other substances?
“Will this also apply to drunk drivers who kill children on the road?”
The court will rule on December 19 on whether Traoré should face trial.

Right on! I was with my 68 year old mother in 1987 in Paris, and the Islamic males were everywhere. As we exited the Eiffel Tower one day, we walked past over 100 of these beasts, so we crossed the street to avoid them on our walk back to our hotel (which was just across the Alma Bridge, very near the spot where Princess Diana was killed).
Though two French cops were standing only 50 feet away, a young Islamic male rushed us as if to snatch my camera bag or my mom’s purse. I immediately told her to hold onto it tightly, as I did mine, and we huddled closely together. Meanwhile, the intruder stood inches from my face and SCREAMED at me in Arabic … and as we slowly inched our way towards the bridge (over a block away), he kept it up the whole time. The cops completely ignored us.
I would have easily knocked him out (being an advance Shotokan karate student), but just across the street were at least 100 other Islamic males milling about on the sidewalk in the shade. So this nightmare kept up until we were 1/3rd up the Alma Bridge, and he finally backed off and slowly walked back, still screaming at us the whole time. If he wasn’t meaning to rob us, what the hell was he doing? Only God knows.
Rules learned: 1) stay out of France, especially Paris; 2) if confronted, don’t walk away from the cops, walk right up to their faces; 3) or, walk to a taxi and get in and get out of there! Problem is that under such a stressful circumstance, one thinks ONLY of self (and loved one’s) preservation, and one’s mind is TOTALLY in a self-defense mode.
Needless to say, we got the hell out of Paris the next day and we will never return.

This will set the precedent for Muslims to claim insanity after any murder or terrorist attack. The assumption is that no ‘sane’ Muslim would actually kill anyone for religious reasons, therefore they blame drugs/mental illness, the absolute perfect cop-out for any society that refuses to blame religious indoctrination.

Just about any muslim attack is considered a matter of mental illness. If you or I had done this, and claimed that smoking pot was the reason for our actions, the book would be thrown at us.
Pilot: I was smoking pot before I crashed the plane, killing the 93 passengers.
Court: Oh dear! You poor man (or woman, or whatever)! You suffered so much. Here, tickets to Disneyland for your pain.
He threatened her many time. He promised to kill her. His intentions were clear. His hatred for her for being a Jew was clear and well known. He acted out his intentions. Time for the thin excuse of sudden mental illness to be ignored in situations such as this.

This case proves how important it is that only people of the very highest quality stand for election, fully mindful of what is expected of them and what their obligations are when laws are framed.
What seems to be the issue here is which of his afflictions exerted the most influence upon his actions at the time of the attack, his dope smoking or his Islamic mandated hatred of a Jewish woman linked to the desire to honour his God by killing her.
When the political class creates a “legal loophole ” in the law in order to give a judge “wriggle room” when Islam is involved, careful drafting needs doing so that drugs or not, the influence of Islamic theology, as in this case, remains the deciding factor in his guilt.
Unless and until this situation is faced properly, it’s going to become increasingly hard to gain convictions in cases like this because of the political need to “avoid giving offence” to the increasing hostile demographic.

Spend some time around the area of Omaha Beach and the surrounding towns and farmlands. Do it on bicycle like I did and speak to the locals, and you’ll find that THOSE French LOVE Americans and always will. Many stories to tell too. It’s probably the ONLY safe place left in France.

The family of Sarah Halimi should launch a civil suit against the public housing department for refusing to move her to a new apartment even though she was getting death threats from the Muslim garbage.

The family should also sue the police department for damages and their incompetent officers who stood by as they could hear Sarah Halimi was brutally murdered.

I believe the vast majority of the 70+ muslums involved in blowing up two synagogues and killing 26 people on the same day in Istanbul, Turkey have already been released from prison — because that and this are exemplars of muslum “justice” in action.

Muslims are chronically smoking pot or hashish, or chewing qat, a cocaine-like psychoactive. So what! Does that excuse them of their violent pathology? Apparently in France, the answer is Yes. And now in the USA, weed is going legal, so our own youth and fellow citizens can follow in their footsteps.
