Star impeachment witness has connections with Ukrainian think tank funded by SOROS and gas company at the center of corruption allegations against the Bidens

Democrat corruption is so deep, and so twisted that they carry on as if it somehow acceptable because, well. it’s them. Blatant, brazen – like the mafia.

Star impeachment witness has connections with Ukrainian think tank funded by Burisma

By Chris Ford | The BL October 23, 2019:

The star witness in the Democrats impeachment inquiry who testified on Tuesday, Oct. 22, has a direct relationship to a Ukrainian think tank that is funded by Burisma—the gas company at the center of corruption allegations against the Bidens.

Bill Taylor, the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, who testified at the inquiry, writes Ukraine policy pieces for the Atlantic Council think tank, and analysis articles for the Council, Burisma gas company is one of its major financial backers, Breitbart reported.

The Atlantic Council is also funded by George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, Google, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund Inc., and the U.S. State Department.

Taylor, in his opening statement on Tuesday to the House Intelligence, Oversight, and Foreign Affairs committees said he worked for a “small Ukrainian nongovernmental organization” without mentioning its name.

“In the intervening ten years, I have stayed engaged with Ukraine, visiting frequently since 2013 as a board member of a small Ukrainian nongovernmental organization supporting good governance and reform,” he said.

For the past nine years, Taylor has held a position as a senior adviser to the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) that has co-hosted events with the Atlantic Council and has participated in events co-hosted jointly by the Atlantic Council and Burisma, reported Breitbart.

Another adviser to the USUBC, David Kramer, worked for Sen. John McCain. He was pivotal in disseminating the anti-Trump dossier to the Obama administration and MSM. Taylor attended events and initiatives run by Kramer.

Breitbart News reported the itinerary for a trip to Ukraine in August organized by the Burisma-funded Atlantic Council for 10 congressional aides revealed that Thomas Eager, a staffer on Chairman Adam Schiff’s House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, had a meeting with Taylor during the trip.

The post-travel disclosure form documenting the Ukraine trip was signed by Schiff. It details that Eager’s visit was paid for by the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center.

The “whistleblower” officially filed his complaint on Aug. 12, and the preplanned trip to Ukraine began 12 days after the so-called whistleblower complaint.

A spokesman for Schiff, Patrick Boland, was quoted on Oct. 2, saying, “At no point did the committee review or receive the complaint in advance.”

During his testimony on Tuesday, Taylor conceded that there was no quid pro quo by President Trump.

“Ambassador Sondland said that he had talked to President Zelenskiy and Mr. Yermak [Zeleskiy’s his point man for international negotiations] and told them that, although this was not a quid pro quo, if President Zelenskiy did not ‘clear things up’ in public, we could be at a ‘stalemate.’ I understood ‘stalemate to mean that Ukraine would not receive the much-needed military assistance,”
