“The future belongs to those of us who believe in peace, justice, and human rights“ says Bernie Sanders, as he addresses a conference attended by supporters of the BDS Movement, ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Islamic Republic of Iran. In fact, Sanders was introduced by his campaign manager Faiz Shakir: a man who co-chaired an event that included a Hamas fundraiser.
What about the human rights of the Jewish people of Israel Bernie? What about the human rights of Christians living in Muslim majority countries Bernie? What about the human rights of women and LGBTQ individuals living in Muslim majority countries Bernie?
In his address to ISNA the depraved Sanders again exploited the Holocaust when condemning hate crimes against American Muslims. Has Sanders ever condemned the skyrocketing attacks against Jews in his native Brooklyn? Probably not.

Not only is Bernie Sanders a disgusting disgrace, but they don’t get any dumber. The fact that a leading presidential candidate would address such a conference should terrify every rational American. Bernie Sanders must never ever be elected POTUS.

Senator Bernie Sanders, one of the leading candidates seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, received a rousing welcome at a special event at the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) convention, where he was given a standing ovation and made his presidential pitch to Muslims of America.
Organisers said some 6,000 people attended the event on Saturday evening, which also saw fellow Democrat candidate Julian Castro address the close-to-capacity crowd at the George R Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
According to the organisers, some 30,000 people are expected to make their way through the doors of the convention for a series of religious, cultural and political events, activities and discussion scheduled for the three-day conference, which ends on Monday.

Sanders also said he would end Trump’s so-called Muslim ban that has devastated families. He called for hate crimes and violence targeted at the Muslim community to be called “domestic terrorism”.
“I like the issues he raised. I feel the same way about a lot of them,” 57-year-old Paul Isa from Houston told MEE.
“He made an effort to come here and talk and listen. He is showing his support for our community and he definitely has my vote.”

In the course of an interview last week in Ukraine, Ze’ev Kam, a reporter for Kan News, asked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the “elementary rights of the Jews to pray at the Temple Mount, their holiest site.” Netanyahu’s answer, which was published in “Sheva”, was,
“Don’t worry, it will happen, and before the arrival of the Messiah.”

“The right of the Jewish people to their holy place, the Temple Mount, is unquestionable,” Netanyahu wrote, “I believe that the right of prayer for Jews in this place should be arranged, and even more so that we should provide for the freedom of worship for all religions in Jerusalem.”
“It is clear that we should do this with the proper sensitivity,” Netanyahu wrote.
“I believe we can do this properly after we return to the leadership of the state.”

It is important to note that when Israel conquered the Temple Mount in 1967, there was one mosque. There are currently five locations on the Temple Mount that the Waqf designates as mosques and off-limits to non-Muslims.
The Jews are certainly reawakening to the Temple Mount. In 2009, 5,658 Jews ascended to the Temple Mount and had doubled by 2015. Just two years later, a total of 25,000 Jews visited the site.

“We completely condemn Israel’s violations of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque,” Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi wrote on Twitter. “The occupation [Israeli] authorities’ absurd actions and attempts to change the status quo in occupied Jerusalem will only lead to the conflict being exacerbated and the situation blowing up, threatening international peace and security. We call on the international community to assume its responsibilities and pressure Israel to stop its violations.”
It should be noted that no Jews approached the Al-Aqsa Mosque but Arab rhetoric has changed the term in recent years to include all of the Temple Mount.

Very informative post, Felix. My great grandfather was a Jew. I never got to meet him.
He married a mostly Native American woman and they had 9 kids in Kentucky.
As a Christian I support Israel 100 %.
Because America was founded on Judaeo/Christian principles….we are a prime target for the “MEs”….evidenced by 9/11.
