Pelosi Plans Formal Impeachment Inquiry of Trump

Speaker Nancy Pelosi planned a meeting Tuesday afternoon to discuss strategies with the six committee leaders investigating President Trump.

By Nicholas Fandos, The New York Times, September 24, 2019:

WASHINGTON — Speaker Nancy Pelosi plans to announce on Tuesday that the House will begin a formal impeachment inquiry of President Trump, Democrats close to her said, taking decisive action in response to startling allegations that the president sought to enlist a foreign power for his own political gain.

After months of caution, Ms. Pelosi has become convinced that Mr. Trump’s reported actions, and his administration’s refusal to share details about the matter with Congress, left the House no alternative but to move forward with an inquiry that has the potential to reshape his presidency and cleave an already divided nation just a year before he plans to stand for re-election. The people close to her confirmed her plans on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to disclose a decision that could still change.

At issue are allegations that Mr. Trump pressured the president of Ukraine to open a corruption investigation of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., a leading contender for the Democratic presidential nomination, and his son. The conversation is said to be part of a whistle-blower complaint that the Trump administration has withheld from Congress.

Mr. Trump said on Tuesday that he would authorize the release of a transcript of the conversation, but Democrats want the full whistle-blower complaint.

Ms. Pelosi is considering creating a special committee — reminiscent of the one created in 1973 to investigate the Watergate scandal — to look into the president’s dealings with Ukraine and to potentially lay the groundwork for articles of impeachment based on the findings, according to officials briefed on the discussions who spoke about them on condition of anonymity.

The decision to begin a formal impeachment inquiry does not necessarily mean that the House will ultimately vote to charge Mr. Trump with high crimes and misdemeanors — much less that the Republican-controlled Senate will vote to remove him. But Ms. Pelosi and her leadership would not initiate the process unless they were prepared to reach that outcome.

Ms. Pelosi was expected to announce the decision on Tuesday afternoon, after meeting privately with the leaders of six key committees involved in investigations of Mr. Trump and later with the full Democratic caucus. It unfolded amid a groundswell in favor of impeachment among Democrats that has intensified since late last week, with lawmakers from every corner of her caucus lining up in favor of using the House’s unique power to charge Mr. Trump if the allegations are proved true, or if his administration continues to stonewall attempts by Congress to investigate them.

The facts have established that Hillary Clinton, and her
Democratic party, paid for a scandalous report that went public and became the
basis for an inquiry that created incredible divisiveness for over two and one
half years. The unverified scandalous report was ultimately found to be without
substance. Hillary was charged with nothing, and it further appears that the
anti-Trumper’s used that false report to pressure the Trump administration to
its knees. Again the basis for the report was to use it as a weapon to
broadcast information that would adversely affect the opponent in the
presidential election. Now, once again, the Democrats are attempting to use an
alleged whistle blower report to besmirch the President concerning
conversations he had with Ukrainian authorities that may have involved an issue
of favoritism that might impact Biden, as a basis for another round of divisive
conduct that will only inflame the discord existing within this country.
Whatever happened to what is good for the goose is good for the gander? If
digging up “dirt” about an adversary in a political contest is an appropriate
practice, as that seems to be the case, why is these allegations justification
for impeachment inquiries? If Hillary faced no consequences, what justification
is there for this inquiry? People, we have lost our way. If impeachment is in order,
the entire democratic congress should be impeached as they have failed to
perform their elected function of legislating, and are allowing the loss of the
2016 election to be a basis for wrongful conduct, disguised as their so-called
constitutional duty to again wrongfully attack our elected President, who, I
might add, has done more for this country’s benefit than any leader over the
last 30 years. I am sick of it, and I hope our electorate sees these things the
same way, and removes the Democrat’s from control of the House.

But more than that, Dennis, the Obama administration “weaponized” our intel services against a candidate for POTUS. What they did was probably legal, even if it was an abuse of power. I suspect Trump’s conversation with the president of Ukraine at worst fall into the same category.

Though I expect that the transcript of the conversation may answer much of the concern here, and even if the so-called whistle blower may add info that might involve other info that might contain some commentary that involved the conduct of Biden’s and his kid, please do not
attempt to justify this impeachment inquiry by claiming that because he is now President, he is
precluded from inquiry, and that to do so will amount to impeachable conduct.
Nonsense! The ultimate conclusion, as reflected in the policies being promoted by the Democratic candidates is that the Democrats have lost their way!

And I “suspect” Obama weaponizing government to help Hillary get elected was absolutely illegal and the Democrat party is complicit and outright treasonous trying to help that sedition bring about a coup on Trump so they charge him with what they’re doing, while they openly brazenly audaciously threaten all of us with totalitarian socialism an extreme makeover takeover if they get elected. Where is our justice department? The only reason they keep on and it keeps getting worse is because Obama has never been called to task or Hillary. Evil triumphs when good people do nothing.

Could you talk to A.G. Barr about that?
It’s almost looking as bad as Sessions scolding the IRS for targeting The Tea Party for exams.
Nothing happened there either – they were sorry. All they want to do is protect the image of the institution, protect the player and keep the deep state alive.

Could this be a last ditch effort to shut off the Hunter Biden scandal media reporting that gained traction over the past few weeks? To bury the scandal, the deep state simply deflected the Biden family corruption by a clever maneuver weaponizing the House calling for impeachment over an alleged crime that was actually committed by the Obama-Biden administration.

Last year, Peter Schweizer exposed the Biden scandal in his book titled Secret Empires (chapter 4) so this information has been out there for nearly two years now. Biden’s business partner was John Kerry’s step son, Chris Heinz (of the Heinz food empire). All this while Kerry was Secretary of State. All you have to do is look at the political players exposed by Schweizer and realize how deeply the corrupt power goes. These politicians hate Trump because they are losing their grip on power and Trump is the one person who has the guts to shut off their faucet.

I agree; but a new possibility crossed my mind today. Biden is leading in the polls and might have become the nominee. The dems knew that the Biden scandal would surface sooner or later, and Trump would destroy him in a national debate. Since the Obama Machine and the far left socialists never wanted Biden to run in the first place, they could use this opportunity to besmirch Trump with the next phony scandal and throw Biden under the bus at the same time with MSM coverage. This would pave the way for Warren or whoever will carry out the socialist agenda to win in 2020, especially if they can limit Trump’s leverage to name calling…Pocahontas.

Neat, huh? Tucker Carlson alluded to this possibility tonight giving me confidence that my conclusion might not be so far out after all.

None of this benefits Americans
Democrats are tyrants who only work for their own benefit. They don’t care about us. Tyrant Socialists, Communists, Fascists, Islamists, Globalists and Democrats are all tyrants. Most of them unknowingly drifted into policies that benefit the tyrants, but make our lives worse. And we are finally starting to figure that out.

Russia farce 2.0 with no evidence and the “whistle blower” didn’t even hear the conversation.

Demo☭rats can’t win in 2020 so this is their way of getting Trump out.

Never mind that BIDEN is guilty of what they are accusing Trump of.

As Breitbart News reported earlier this year, Biden forced out former Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin as he was investigating an energy company called Burisma Holdings, which was paying Biden handsomely as a member of its board. The former vice president even boasted to the Council of Foreign Relations last year that he had threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid unless the prosecutor was fired. (He did not tell the audience about his son’s role.) Conservatives claim Biden obstructed justice to protect his son — who enriched himself using his father’s prestige.

Yes but Shokin was corrupt himself. I live in Ukraine and can assure you Shokin ran interference for the Oligarchs and then President Poroshenko, who despite protests from the West and Civil Watchdogs, kept Shokin for about a year before firing him which he deserved for failing to bring one single corruption case to trial. So Biden and Son need to be held accountable but Skokin was no angel.

Nadler’s Workaround – Pelosi’s Upcoming Impeachment Vote – Trump’s Response…
Posted on September 24, 2019
By sundance

For the past several weeks House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler has been trying to get the grand jury transcripts from the Mueller investigation in order to further advance his political goal of a presidential impeachment.

However, Nadler has been stymied because the official -legal- House impeachment process has not been followed. A DC district court judge knocked down Nadler’s attempts.

The full House of Representatives has never voted to impeach the president, which would be the first step that authorizes Nadler to begin an “impeachment inquiry.” Nadler needs that authorization in order to gain legal authority and access to Mueller’s investigative evidence that underpins the highly political Mueller report as it relates to obstruction.

Keep in mind… The Weissmann/Mueller and overall special counsel team investigative effort was always designed to construct the obstruction case. A minimal amount of time was spent on Trump-Russia collusion, because it did not exist. The primary team effort was to assemble evidence that could give the impression of Trump-Obstruction; according to their map, that obstruction angle would ultimately lead to impeachment.

It does not seem accidental that Chairman Nadler was rebuked by the DC judge in mid-August; and then subsequently Adam Schiff steps forth with a mysterious “whistleblower” report and a fake Trump-Ukraine narrative surfaces.

Indeed, as many have noted, the Trump-Ukraine narrative and subsequent impeachment discussion has almost identical fingerprints as the Trump-Russia impeachment narrative.

While the Full House vote would be framed around both the Trump-Russia obstruction case and the Trump-Ukraine influence case, it’s almost certain there is no “there” there with the Ukrainian angle for a successful run at impeachment.

Trump should have someone release the transcript of the phone call today to take the wind out their sails.

The sky is falling has always been a good reason for creating fear in people. Once you understand that socialism as well as islam are based on fear, then you expose the game. Unfortunately, far to many people are driven by fear and look for security in false promises.

I think it was Jefferson or Franklin who said something to the effect that those who will give up essential liberty for security will eventually have neither. That is where we are today – scared children and thoughtless adults demanding security and willing to throw away there liberty for the illusion of security. And, by the way, slavery is a form of security.

They’ve convinced themselves the new Ukraine “conspiracy theory” is the golden opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. It will, they hope, place the nail in Biden’s coffin, clearing the way for Warren to win the nomination, and weaken Trump.
Makes no sense. Biden’s, warts and all, was the only candidate with a shot at beating Trump. Trump vs Warren? I have two words for the Democrats: Michael Dukakis.

INVESTIGATE MAXINE WATERS and HER Russian BUSINESS DEALINGS!

Maxine Waters Has Her Own Russian Connections Laid Bare By Internet Sleuths
BY TIFFANI GREY
ON MAY 17, 2017 AT 4:55PM

Congresswoman Maxine Waters, D-Calif., is one of the Democrats’ most outspoken talking heads, frequently calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment and citing his alleged “collusion with Russia.” However, her bombastic speeches and calls to action have often been found baseless. In fact, a recently uncovered Russian connection was linked directly to Waters herself.

Got News uncovered a 2015 disclosure statement from Waters which “details her family’s investments in BlackRock’s Russia-connected Global Allocation and Balanced funds.”

This is intriguing considering that as of late, Waters has used her 15 minutes of fame to bash Trump and even went as far as to tweet “Follow the Money,” in order to further her claim of collusion with Russia and Trump campaign officials.

Well, some internet sleuths did follow the money — but it didn’t lead to Trump, it led right back to Waters.

According to RedFlag News, Waters “held $200,000 in Russia-linked retirement accounts.”

In addition to the insane amount of money that Waters had tied up in these Russian accounts, Water’s BlackRock fund revealed another surprising twist.

So who is the one really tied up with Russia? Waters’ own statement shows a personal financial connection to the Kremlin to the tune of $200,000, while her fund has millions of dollars worth of obligations to the Russian Federation.

Sure have that right!!!!!

Saul Alinsky’s 12 Rules for Radicals

Here is the complete list from Alinsky.

* RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)

* RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)

* RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)

* RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage.)

* RULE 5: “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. (Pretty crude, rude and mean, huh? They want to create anger and fear.)

* RULE 6: “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones. (Radical activists, in this sense, are no different that any other human being. We all avoid “un-fun” activities, and but we revel at and enjoy the ones that work and bring results.)

* RULE 7: “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news. (Even radical activists get bored. So to keep them excited and involved, organizers are constantly coming up with new tactics.)

* RULE 8: “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new. (Attack, attack, attack from all sides, never giving the reeling organization a chance to rest, regroup, recover and re-strategize.)

* RULE 9: “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist. (Perception is reality. Large organizations always prepare a worst-case scenario, something that may be furthest from the activists’ minds. The upshot is that the organization will expend enormous time and energy, creating in its own collective mind the direst of conclusions. The possibilities can easily poison the mind and result in demoralization.)

* RULE 10: “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog. (Unions used this tactic. Peaceful [albeit loud] demonstrations during the heyday of unions in the early to mid-20th Century incurred management’s wrath, often in the form of violence that eventually brought public sympathy to their side.)

* RULE 11: “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem. (Old saw: If you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem. Activist organizations have an agenda, and their strategy is to hold a place at the table, to be given a forum to wield their power. So, they have to have a compromise solution.)

* RULE 12: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions. (This is cruel, but very effective. Direct, personalized criticism and ridicule works.)

Keep these rules handy!

Joe Biden and his family and associates are at the heart of massive fraud. It is the duty of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States, Donald Trump, to investigate these crimes. That the Commiecrats are using a perfectly legal and appropriate inquiry by the President as grounds for impeachment is the height of absurdity and a full-fledge adoption of the Marxist tactic of accusing your opponent of the very crimes you are the committing. The Dog Fart Media will push this absurd theme 24/7/365, and may well get away with it. Too much is at stake right now. There have been decades of corruption and hundreds of billions of wealth stolen from the American people. They are desperate to cover it up and will stop at nothing, including physical as well as character assassination.

The conspiracy to replace Trump is treason and like the UK it will only cease when the traitors are dead or running scared. This includes not only the politicians but the bureaucrats. We need to weed out every single one. I don’t care about anyone politics until it controls what they do with their job and leftist bureaucrats have had all non socialist western governments at their mercy for decades. Public service unions are virtually communist ones.

Pelosi is a nefarious woman whose sole intent from day one was to usurp the President. She and her Democratic/Fascist Party are utterly unscrupulous and, needless to say, treasonous. They do not give a damn whether there are facts for impeachment or the negative cause and effect on the Republic. It comes down to hijacking power by any malevolent means.

Nor is it solely the Democrats rat-like vermin disseminating falsehoods, outlandish fake-news; the oligarchic Globalists, the autocratic EU plays a part in this conspiracy to cause the downfall of President Trump but the entirety of the Constitutional Republic. One should take advantage of one’s freedoms, liberties, Constitutional or Democratic Rights while they last. Before these Rights nullification by the Democrats and its multiple, odious appendages

Trump’s conversation with the Ukraine president is of his raison d’être purpose to root out the endemic vast corruption of the Democrat Pourty, in the person most flagrantly of Biden, Clinton, obama.

These anti-Americans are so bereft of ideas have nothing left to throw but the kitchen sink…
Their entire cadre of scamming schemes is entirely bankrupt- now knowing Trump will triumph…

In my little town, with about 8 or 10 names in our 9/11 Memorial at the center of the “five-light” town, there was guy–at light 1–on the sidewalk, with hotdog-stand-like, cart and umbrella, asking for DONATIONS to a website that is opposed to impeachment.

I wanted to put my name down on, whatever, but they were asking for DONATION amounts for the cause.

The guy gave me a flier. I didn’t give him a dime

Let’s be clear, President Trump does NOT have money problems. CAN’T we all agree on that one point?
—————-edit————————-

I told the guy that, when there are articles of impeachment written and presented, then I’ll pay more close attention, possibly worry.
