Malaysia PM at Columbia: Why can’t I speak against Jews?
Mahathir Mohamad speaks at Ivy League university, says ‘free speech’ protects his right to be anti-Semitic.

The prime minister of Malaysia defended his past anti-Semitic statements and questioned the number of Jews killed during the Holocaust in a speech at Columbia University.
“I am exercising my right to free speech. Why is it that I can’t say something against the Jews, when a lot of people say nasty things about me, about Malaysia, and I didn’t protest, I didn’t demonstrate?” Mahathir Mohamad said Wednesday in response to a question from an audience member.
Mohamad, who was speaking at the college’s World Leaders Forum, has called Jews “hook-nosed,” said they “rule the world by proxy” and questioned the number of Jews killed in the Holocaust. He also has said that he is “glad to be labeled anti-Semitic.”
The 94-year-old leader returned last year as prime minister of the southeast Asian country after serving from 1981 to 2003.
In response to a question by a student who identified herself as a member of a campus pro-Israel group, Mohamad denied questioning how many Jews were killed in the Holocaust, but then went on to do so.
“Well, I have not disputed them, but I have said that ‘Who determined these numbers?’ If it is somebody who is in favor, you get one figure, if somebody who is against, you get another figure,” he said.
“So I accept that there was a Holocaust, that there were many Jews killed, and in fact at one time I was very sympathetic towards them during the war, when you were not around, but I was around at that time.”
At that point, the questioner interrupted him, saying her grandmother had been in the Holocaust. Mohamad declined to speak further about the topic.
Mohamad did express sympathy for other targeted minority groups, condemning Burma for its persecution of Rohingya Muslims and saying that the world failed to take action during the Cambodian genocide as more than 1 million people were killed.
The prime minister spoke for about 25 minutes about multilateralism and relations between Malaysia and its neighbors with moderator Lien-Hang Nguyen, an associate history professor at the university. Nguyen did not bring up Mohamad’s anti-Semitic statements.
But Vishakha Desai, a senior adviser to the Columbia president, Lee Bollinger, did bring them up in his introduction of the Malaysian leader. She also noted Malaysia’s decision earlier this year to ban Israeli athletes from participating in the 2019 World Para Swimming Championships. The International Paralympic Committee responded by stripping Malaysia of the right to host the event.
“Clearly such attitudes are absolutely contrary to what we stand for,” Desai said.
Desai also referenced a letter by Bollinger in which he defended Mohamad’s appearance on campus while also calling the leader’s remarks “abhorrent” and saying he was committed to ensuring the “safety and well-being” of Jewish students. Columbia had drawn criticism from the campus Hillel, pro-Israel groups and the Anti-Defamation League for inviting Mohamad.
About 300 people attended the event, according to university spokeswoman Caroline Adelman. Other speakers at the weeklong forum included Austrian Chancellor Brigitte Bierlein, Queen Mathilde of Belgium and Iraqi President Barham Salih.

Although I abhor those who are anti-Semitic, as I have never found any reasonable justification for that hate, and I am convinced that those believers are simply frustrated and lost souls, I have learned to recognize that the hate of those people has become a character of mankind that has now dominating historical origins. It is unlikely that those who hate those of Jewish persuasion will ever see a change towards tolerance and good neighborliness. Therefore, I have long stated that the mistake being made is our world’s failure to state affirmatively that those believers ought to be singled out as the lunes that they are, and a form of ostracization and castigation be directed at those lunes. As long as those lunes do not promote violence, I expect that what is available to us right thinking people is as I proposed hereinbefore.

It is unlikely that those who hate those of Jewish persuasion will ever see a change towards tolerance and good neighborliness
One thing I find intriguing is how different people from nominally the same background can react so differently to the hateful indoctrination they receive. Nonie Darwish, in her book Now They Call Me Infidel relates how she never quite felt comfortable with the hate and deception so prevalent in her environment. Given that her father was assassinated by Jooos, she might arguably have had a personal reason to hate.
A pregnant moment for her occurred as a young teen, when she had a Christian classmate over at her home in Cairo. The local mosque blared out a call to murder the Christians, and her friend’s look of fear registered with Nonie in a memorable way. But so many of her peers simply shrugged off such comments, or drank in the hate the imams preached.
What makes the difference between reactions of the many who, to varying degrees, support the imams’ hate, and those who come to a point in their lives where they react like Nonie did? How to nurture and promote the Nonies of this world? I wish I knew.

Ah gee, the muslum chumpanzee condemns “Burma for its ‘persecution’ of Rohingya Muslims”, where persecution is otherwise known as self-defense (because the f’ing Bangladeshi muslum parasites were raping and murdering Burmese buddhists and trying to carve out a muslum rump state). There are plenty of places that are looking for the followers of Islam. Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Jordan are good examples. If you don’t like your circumstance, change it. If you don’t like the West, leave.
We in the West did exactly what every other culture that is thriving today did, and some are STILL doing today; We carved out an existence and will defend it. If you don’t like what we built, go build your own, if you can. But be advised, try it here and you’ll raise the ire of the culture that destroyed europe, used Atomic weapons on Japan and that has the most modern and well trained military and civil militia (veterans) on the planet. You cannot expect people to pull up centuries worth of roots … the wealth earned by their forbears blood and sweat. Many of the Chinese arrived as early as the Thirteenth Century, with the majority coming in the early Nineteenth Century. When the Mongols invaded some of the malay islands, they didn’t have to wage war. They simply gave them jars and beads … TOO funny … the Great Khan giving them beads instead of arrows.
When the Dutch took malayland away from the Portugese, the Dutch hired almost all Chinese, for the construction of their buildings, as the indigenous malays couldn’t do a dayummed thing … too stupid and lazy.
Then, when the British established a dominancy, in many areas, that’s when the bulk of Chinese immigration commenced. Mining of tin was dominated by the Chinese, under the British as, once again, the indigs were too stupid and lazy to mine.
Even when the Japanese invaded, the majority of the anti-Japanese forces were Chinese … as the indigs were too lazy, stupid, and cowardly to put forth any resistance.
Give it some time. The PRC will take over malayland and set up moslem re-education camps. Poof … no more moslems.

I believe Intel and Western Digital have factories in Malaysiastain. I used to know a Western Digital rep. from there, he told me it is REQUIRED to hire a certain number of muslums at each plant across the board (i.e. assembly line to management) and this policy extends to hiring throughout Malaysia and even extends to university enrollments. Bumpitra, I believe is the word for this enforced affirmative action programme for muslums only.

Columbia must have many Jewish alumnae, and the Jews should just stop donating to the endless appeals the universities make for funds from their alumnae.
