This is who Federal Judge Anthony Trenga is taking his orders from: the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas terror funding case — so named by the Justice Department. During that case, a captured internal document of the Muslim Brotherhood was released, naming CAIR’s parent organization, the Islamic Association for Palestine, as one of its allied groups, and explaining that the mission of Brotherhood groups in the U.S. was “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and Allah’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

Federal Judge Anthony Trenga, a George W. Bush appointee ruled on Wednesday that the US government’s watchlist of over 1 million people violates the Constitutional rights of those placed on the list.
Terror-tied CAIR [Counsel (sic) on American Islamic Relations] filed the lawsuit in 2016 challenging the constitutionality of the US government’s terror watchlist which currently has over 1 million people in a database the FBI has labeled “known or suspected terrorists.”
CAIR is an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terror funding case in US history, and they are now trying to force the US government to dissolve a list of people deemed to be dangerous terrorists.
The Washington Times reported:
A federal judge has ruled that the government’s watchlist of more than 1 million people identified as “known or suspected terrorists” violates the constitutional rights of those placed on it.
The ruling Wednesday from Judge Anthony Trenga grants a summary judgment to nearly two dozen Muslim U.S. citizens who challenged the watchlist with the help of a Muslim civil-rights group, the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
But the judge is seeking additional legal briefs before deciding what remedy to impose.

The watchlist, also known as the Terrorist Screening Database, is maintained by the FBI and shared with a variety of federal agencies. Customs officers have access to the list to check people coming into the country at border crossings, and aviation officials use the database to help form the government’s no-fly list.

One left-wing or internationalist judge has the power to suspend – at least temporarily – an executive order from the President of the United States because he does not fit the terrorist/left wing narrative. Even if the matter/outcome is eventually voted favorable to the presidential order by SCOTUS, valuable time has been forever lost to implement the order while chaos reigns.

Technically this “list” includes the no-fly list which includes you and me. They are now falling back on the please let me fly I.D. You don’t have it? Well you can’t fly. Therefore the U.S. Government is restricting your travel. Matter of time before you need it to board a bus or a train. Matter of time before you need it to cross a states border. Big Brother Baby.

I think that is what it will come down to, hence the need to disarm us. The second amendment was put in place for citizens to protect themselves from government TYRANNY. Isn’t that what we see happening? How does a citizen protect themselves from government tyranny if they are unarmed? Ask Venezuela and the UK how well that has worked out being unarmed? What mortifies me about this judicial decision is that it
fails to accept that the belief system that is Islam intends to overthrow and
substitute the inane beliefs that constitute Islam in lieu of our American
Constitution, and that carefully defending ourselves from this very dangerous
belief system and it radicals within is in our national best interests. I have not read the opinion, but I suspect it
is limited to U.S. citizens only; at least that is my hope. It is strange that
we cannot recognize that all the divisiveness that is now overwhelming this
country can, in great measure be tied into the influx of Islam into this
country over the last 20 plus years. The reality is that this belief system is
the anti-thesis’s of everything that is great about the American systems, and
our leaders fail to accept that reality.

Either way there is pattern of something sinister going on. John Roberts was also appointed by GWB in 2005 and absolutely HATES Trump. I forget which FBI guy it was … but one of them slithered away after the ridiculous Russia farce investigation was over to head the FBI in a powerful capacity in Virginia. Virginia is also the state that has Governor Ralph Northam, who has no problem with infanticide and the horrors of “blackface” etc. and nothing happened to him. So we have The #1 official, Governor Northam, and the #3 official, Attorney General Mark Herring, have admitted to wearing blackface. The #2 official, Lt. Gov Fairfax, who is black, is accused of rape and nothing is happening to any of them. Imagine if this had been someone like Jim Jordan or Allen West or any respectable Republican – they’d be nearly tarred and feathered and run out of town in disgrace!

it is time we take a look at our federal courts. justice is supposed to be blind and judges aren’t supposed to be biased. if judges are unable to judge without being politcal, then the offenders should be impeached and the lifetime appointments should be replaced by short term limits.

What is really ironic is that while those on the terror watch list have been given a pass, those of us who have done nothing wrong are being searched at airports routinely without probable cause. What about our rights in the 4th Amendment protecting us from unreasonable search and seizure? The government has to have a reason based upon your actions or statements to search you and take your stuff. Whatever rule is being applied to nullify this terror watch list should also be applied to every other person who travels by air.

One item the judge did not consider: Does Islam follow our Constitution or not…? No, they don’t. To them, there is no other law than those Islam gives them.However, Islam will use the statutes from our Constitution in our courts to get what they want.

“The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia ruled that the federal government’s Terrorist Screening Database program, commonly referred to as the terrorist “watchlist,” does not provide “constitutionally adequate” process for Americans included in the database. “The court has not struck the entire terror watch list but appears to have ordered procedures to keep American names off of it that have no evidence or basis for being on the list. Once more we are handed evidence , no one man should be given a job for life where he is not accountable to the people he rules over and does not face term limits or being elected ‘by the people’.
We put ‘lawyers’ into these position by elected ‘lawyer-politicians’ who vote the most popular among their ‘peers’, who they went to the same law universities, belonged to the same frat groups and socialize at the same country clubs – all speculating on ‘whom’ will grant them the most successful/profitable decisions for their clients – the law and truth of an issued bedamned.

I guess that judge does not fly much. How many muslim refugees has he taken under his roof? The elites do not have to deal with the every day consequences of their actions. Nancy Pelosi is for open borders yet she did not like it much when a few immigrants jumped over HER WALL and camped out in her front yard.

People are placed on this list without any due process whatsoever and at the whim of some government bureaucrat.Perhaps, they will use a list prepared by the SPLC? Or a list prepared by McCabe, Comey or Bruce Ohr at the FBI? A final opinion has not been issued but at first reading it may be a first salvo in rolling back the unconstitutional actions taken after 9/11 and the so-called Patriot Act. As for CAIR, even a broken clock is correct twice a day.

Sad to say but now we have too many people wearing the black robes that should not even be in a court room (except as a defendant) as they pose an immediate threat to America. It sure seems as if patriotism is dead in America, doesn’t it??? What in hell has happened to America? I almost cannot recognize her anymore!! Glad that I am 88 and will not be here to see her final throes!! God, please, please Bless the Country that I love and served for 8 years during the Korean War Era and after.
