No, mass shootings are not a “white man’s” problem.
Around the same time that the media was focused on the mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton, 60 people were shot in Chicago over the weekend. 24 of those people were shot in four hours.
Baltimore reached its 200th murder victim of the year during its “Ceasefire Weekend”.
4 people were killed in 4 days in Kansas City. 6 men were shot in Philly during the filming of a rap video.
Even in Toronto, 15 people were wounded in shootings over the weekend. Over 350 people have been shot this year in the Canadian city which has gun control, no NRA, and none of the usual excuses.
This tide of violence has received less media coverage because it challenges the false claim that, as a CNN op-ed once put it, mass shootings are a “white man’s problem.”
“I would say our country should be more fearful of white men across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country,” Rep. Ilhan Omar claimed on Al Jazeera.
“We have to stop demonizing people and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men,” Don Lemon had previously claimed on CNN.
“White Men Have Committed More Mass Shootings Than Any Other Group,” Newsweek had argued.
The perception that mass shootings are a “white man’s problem” lingers around the country because white mass shooters tend to get more publicity. And, the twisted young male who goes on a public shooting spree fits a certain kind of media narrative. But when we actually study the mass shootings that took place in 2019, it’s clear that Patrick Crusius and Connor Betts are not the norm, but aberrations.
Mass shooters have no particular ideology. Crusius and Betts were opposites ideologically. (Though both cared deeply about the environment.) Nor are mass shooters a white problem or a black problem. Over the same bloody weekend, William Patrick Williams, who is African-American, appeared in court after being arrested by the FBI for planning to shoot up a Texas hotel with an AK-47 rifle.
Looking at the data from the Mass Shooting Tracker, widely utilized by the media, as of this writing, of the 72 mass shooters, perpetrators in shootings that killed or wounded 4 or more people, whose race is known, 21 were white, 37 were black, 8 were Latino, and 6 were members of other groups.
51% of mass shooters in 2019 were black, 29% were white, and 11% were Latino.
Three mass shooters were Asian, two were American Indian and one was Arab.
These numbers are if anything vastly understated. As many as half of the mass shootings that took place in 2019 thus far remain unsolved, but they often took place in black areas and claimed black victims.

Since when has truth mattered to Marxists, muslims, the MSM or most globalist politicians? They will drown everyone in their “Big Lies” and the truth will always be swept away. Now that almost all books etc. printed now are digitally composed, censorship takes seconds only” a line here, a paragraph there and it can be so subtle as deleting one word can change the meaning of an entire page.

Seriously, Dan Roley … This past week there were TWENTY-TWO mass shootings.
A “mass shooting” is defined as four, or more, people shot (wounded or killed). Triples don’t count. Moreover, if it’s gang related or a portion of another crime (ie: bank robbery where firearms are discharged) they don’t count.
This week past, there were TWENTY-TWO mass shootings.
1. Two were committed by European descent
2. Three were committed by Hispanic descent
2. SEVENTEEN were committed by African descent
We’ve heard about two of them. What about the OTHER TWENTY MASS SHOOTINGS?

You can always change the definition until it fits your narrative. Eg, recall that “racism” can not be applied to black people by their own definition. Plenty of terms have been co-opted and redefined for advantage.
4 or more people shot, not including the shooters, should count. It does not matter if it was gang related, a family murder, or part of some other crime. And don’t omit terrorist acts either. Ok, police and military actions don’t count unless they were rogue acts. The only “bullet event” I’d consider not counting is when a victim has to defend himself against multiple assailants.

The so-called truth employed the Leftist-Marxist is aptly known as the Big-Lie. All totalitarian regimes and aspirant regimes utilize this propaganda tactic to dupe the proletariat, the volk or Tom and Mary America. The latter of whom are bombarded continuously by the MSM’s and Democratic-Nazi-Islamic Party fake-news, invalid information regarding mass-shootings in America. Hence, deeming all white males as psychopathic, potential mass-murderers, rapists, and every other perversity generated by these Leftist propagandists. The stigmatization of every American Caucasian continues by labeling all as white supremacists. Racists bent on the eradication of those diverse of their religion, ethnicity, or politics en-masse.
It takes a courageous woman like Pamela Geller to stand-up to the Leftist-Fascist bigots propagating such racist and civil disaccord. Unfortunately, those of the Leftist extreme which is the entirety of the Liberal subversives, the Democratic-Fascist-Islamic Party and their copious, tagalong, true believers. The finger-pointing at President Trump for these mass-shootings is indicative of autocratic, totalitarian objective of this seditionist Party. The photograph of the El Paso shooter entering the store shows him with an AK-47s with ONE 30 round clip.
How does one man kill 20 people and wound another 30 people with a
single magazine that only holds 30 rounds? The surveillance photo shows
no chest rig, no battle belt and no spare magazines.
If there’s only one shooter, why did so many eyewitnesses report multiple shooters at the scene?

Honestly it’s really a sad phenomena. I’m fully pro-gun rights but not if people can get away with mass slaughter like this. Just imagine you’re going about your day, shopping and some freak with an ideology or mental illness decides to kill innocents for no reason.
The trouble with screening crazies is that you might get 99% but that 1% could get a gun and then kill a bunch of innocents. I’m also not for banning guns esp now since we are at war with Islam and sooner or later it will become a hot war so we’ll need to be well armed. I guess the only real answer for now is for everyone to be armed to take out the bad guys.

So clearly this isn’t a “white man” problem, if we’re bringing in race, then really blacks are largely to blame but that is troubling data for Democrats who like to paint blacks as perma-victims and of course they won’t talk about it.

In the past two years alone, approximately FOUR THOUSAND Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens. Add to that, same time frame, OVER thirty thousand rapes committed by illegal aliens. The Commiecrats croon about “Diversity is our Strength” when, in fact, it is a violation of natural law leading to chaos and violence. If the Muslims were not invading the west there would have been no Christchurch and if there was not an invasion of the US by hordes of Central American I doubt this horrific event in el Paso would have occurred. The Commiecrats having stirred the pot of racial and societal discord now cynically hope to sit back and reap the political benefits.I think they will be proven very, very wrong as the civil war they promote rapidly approaches.

One point not brought out in this is that most Muslims, even though many have brown skin, are classified as White! Iranians, Arabs, Fakestinians, etc are all classified as Caucasian = White. I would love to see these statistics with the “White” category broken down into Jews/Christians versus Muslims.

I believe the best defense is a strong offence. Begin teaching gun safety in schools. Insist that everyone can safely hit what they aim at. Encourage everyone to carry a weapon. Potential criminals will always think twice before committing a crime if they believe there is a good chance their potential victims are armed, dangerous, and they themselves could be killed in the attempt. The potential risk must out way the potential gain. Try to imagine you are a potential mass shooter contemplating walking into a large store full of possibly hundreds of armed and trained mothers, fathers, grandparents, and young people. Would you think twice?
