Supreme court rules Trump can use Pentagon funds for border wall; Guatemala agrees to require migrants traveling through it to the U.S. to seek asylum there

Story continues below advertisementPresident Trump won two victories on his border agenda Friday, with the Supreme Court allowing the use of military funds to expand the barrier on the Mexican border while Guatemala agreed to serve as gatekeeper for asylum seekers trying to get to the U.S.
In a 5-4 decision, the justices of the U.S. high court said President Trump can shift about $2.5 billion in military funds to construct an additional 100 miles of wall at the U.S.-Mexico border in an effort to seal off the U.S. from illegal immigration.
In February, Mr. Trump had declared a national emergency in order to divert a total of $6.7 billion from military and other sources, without the approval of Congress, which had signaled willingness to give him far less. Lower courts had barred the transfer of some of the funds desired by the president, but the Supreme Court on Friday ordered those lower court rulings to be suspended.

Off point but Russia’s Navy just celebrated the release of a new warship which looks exactly like the American version. Perhaps another reason we need border security? Also we need to stop MIT and CAL TECH from educating foreign students who are probably all engaged in espionage.

One thing people in law enforcement including military organizations know is the law.
The military would have refused to help if it violated the law.
The judges that keep trying to mess this up are obviously ignorant of the law.
Judge school is obviously, both in this case as well as many, many others, not what it should be. Leftists are significantly learning disabled.

An article I read in The Times a few days ago made the point, correctly, that far too many policies and decisions made by the Trump administration are not being challenged, corrected or decided in the political arena in America but in Americas courts and that this is wrong.
The frustrated race baiters, assorted snowflakes and social justice warriors in America are still in the bate they’ve been nurturing since November 2016, it seems that throwing these kind of childish tantrum every few days is their selling point for being elected to the highest office in 2020.
My advice girls, put your bras back on, do up your shirts and for Pete’s sake, stop booing it.
