A despicable travesty. The Muslim man brutally murdered his defenseless and elderly Jewish neighbor while yelling Allah Akbar. Yet the judge believes that the killer is not criminally responsible because he smoked marijuana before hand. This shameful ruling by the judge is indicative of the islamization of France. Israel must help Jews flee France.
This is the act of sharia state. Dr. Sarah Halimi, an orthodox Jew, was tortured and murdered in her Paris apartment in April by a devout Muslim invader with a prior record of harassment toward her. Because she knew and feared the intruder, who lived in her building, Halimi had formally requested that the public housing department move her to a new apartment. Nothing was done.

A Muslim man who killed his Jewish neighbor in Paris while shouting about Allah is probably not criminally responsible for his actions because he had smoked marijuana beforehand, a French judge has ruled.
The preliminary ruling in the trial of Kobili Traore for the 2017 murder of Sarah Halimi came Friday from a judge of inquiry — a magistrate that in the French justice system is tasked with deciding whether indicted defendants should in fact stand trial, JTA reported Monday.
Halimi was murdered in 2017 after she was attacked by her Muslim neighbor while she was sleeping in her apartment. He stabbed her, yelled “Allahu Akbar,” and then threw her from the third story to her death.

For allah we know the f’ing judge IS a muslum! A muslum judge in Pennsylvania I believe dismissed all charges against a fellow f’ing muslum out of hand for insufficient evidence this despite the fact there were numerous witnesses to the f’ing muslum tackling an atheist and choking him for daring to dress up as Zombie Muhammad. The incident is known as the Zombie Muhammad incident.

From what I’ve read of this case the muslum involved wasn’t so stoned he didn’t think to lie to Fwench police about Sarah Halimi having committed suicide (i.e. by jumping from her third story balcony), then there’s the fact he didn’t break in through her front door but somehow climbed into her apartment unit through the balcony itself (which would also seem to invalidate his too intoxicated to know what he was doing defense). Can’t the prosecution appeal this judge’s decision? It’s interesting that the judge remains unnamed as well (could he be a f’ing muslum on the bench?).

This judge deserves, as said, decapitation, as his or her head is stuck in his or her favorite orifice. Beheading is the only hope to extricate this mindless, cowardly, a-hole’s head from its present butt-vice. A repugnant ruling that is utterly heinous but is not surprising. I am sure that the poor woman Jewishness played a sizeable role in this judges ruling; the Vichy Nazis still rule France. Muslims, now, are handed a carte blanche to murder Jews, as long as they toked some weed before doing so. France deserves no more than being turned into a parking lot. The Caliphate of the Republic of France is complete.

This case – the act of torture & senseless murder – already sickened me when I first read about it, but now this travesty of justice and the Sharia-compliant NON-justice system of France (frogs who need to be boiled in a pot – every last scumbag in the so-called “judicial” system!!) just infuriate and really sadden me!! I shudder to think if that has been MY mother!! What a tragedy for her surviving family members to carry with them to their graves!!
