Harebrained Geraldo Rivera Attacks American Hero Pete Hegseth’s for Defense of Trump Tweets: ‘What the Hell?’

It is not a surprise that Geraldo Rivera would again use his platform on Fox News to attack American’s who confront jihad supporters and Israel-haters. Rivera is a jihad apologist, and has consistently defended the conduct of Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, the Palestinians, and the murdering Mullahs in Iran on the various Fox News shows.

Rivera referred to President Trump’s “go back” tweets as “unforgivable” and called the conduct of the folks at the Trump rally in North Carolina as un-American. Has Rivera condemned Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib for their vicious anti-Semitic and anti-American statements? Has Rivera condemned AOC for comparing American detention centers to concentration camps? Very likely not.

Fox News is making a mistake by providing Rivera with a platform, since Rivera makes the segments that he participates in unwatchable. Recently President Trump criticized Fox News for adding a number of Leftists to their shows. Rivera represents the kind of garbage reporting that Trump was referencing.

Geraldo Rivera Rips Pete Hegseth’s Defense of ‘Unforgivable’ Trump Tweets: ‘What the Hell?’

The Puerto Rican Fox News correspondent says he has had “10 street fights” because he’s been told to “go back to where you came from”

Fox News correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera butted heads with “Fox & Friends” host Pete Hegseth Friday for defending President Trump’s “unforgivable” tweets directed at four Democratic congresswomen of color.

Sunday, Trump tweeted that Democratic representatives Ayanna Pressley, Ilhan Omar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rashida Tlaib — known as “The Squad” — should “go back” to the countries of their ethnic origins. During a rally in North Carolina Wednesday, a fired-up crowd chanted “send her back” for 12 seconds when Trump mentioned Rep. Omar.

“I was appalled. I think that it was un-American. It was an attack that was a nativist, xenophobic, racist attack,” Rivera told Hegseth. “‘Go back to where you came from’ is the old racist trope that all of us ethnic or racial minorities have grown up with at various times. It is unforgivable at this day and age.”
