Iranian Official: Iran Will Put America In ‘Garbage Bin Of History,’ ‘Erase’ Israel ‘From The Face Of The Earth’

Former Iranian Minister of Defense General Hossein Dehghan, currently an advisor for defense affairs to Iranian Supreme Leader Khamenei, says that Iran will put America in “the garbage bin of history” if attacked and will eliminate Israel from “the face of the earth.”
Story continues below advertisementThe Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) reported that Dehghan made the comments on June 20 in an interview on Al-Nujaba TV (Iraq).
“It has become clear that what is important to the (Americans) is to protect the lives of their soldiers, and the equipment in their bases in the region,” Dehghan said. “They know full well that most of those bases are within the range of our missiles, and that our military can totally obliterate those bases. They consider this even before they take into account the lives and property of their allies.”
“Trump proved once again that he is merely an agent of his administration’s interests, that a war in this region would not be a walk in the park, that the United States is by no means ready for war, and that is completely understands how strong Iran is,” Dehghan continued. “What we understand from the behavior of the Americans is that they fear very much the break out of a war in the region. They are not ready for this, and they cannot assemble an international coalition, because there is no U.N. resolution to begin with. They don’t have global legal consensus to do this.”
Israel has realized that this war would not be a walk in the park. The flame of this war will move immediately to Israel,” Dehghan concluded. “Israel knows that Iran will erase its entity and uproot it from existence in case of a war. In my personal opinion, this war will not take place – not because America does not want war, but because Iran is strong enough to engage in confrontation. Iran would achieve a great victory, and America would find itself in the garbage bin of history. There would no longer be an Israel on the land of Palestine. We would totally erase it from the face of the earth.”
Dehghan’s remarks come as Iran, the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism, has continued to escalate tensions in the Middle East by attacking multiple oil tankers and shooting down a U.S. military drone.

If a real confrontation begins with Iran, it would be over within one week. All the Mullahs have supporting them is the Revolutionary Guards – the Iranian SS elite army. Israel and the US would deal Iran a crippling blow very quickly. The Iranian boast of having missiles that will defeat any assault on them is mostly bluster.
Their missile technology is still in it’s infancy and would prove to be ineffective in an assault against them and the Iranian infrastructure.

I believe Iran recently bought the most advanced SAM batteries Russia has to offer. For Israel to launch airstrikes against Iran would be a tough proposition. The range to anything of note in Iran might be too great for Israel’s fighter-bombers to make even w/drop tanks and aerial refueling would be out of the question because it would have to take place over other islamic states between Israel and Iran.

At the pass of Thermopylae, an earlier Persian stated that he would “darken the sky with Persian arrows” if the one hundred Spartans blocking his way did not surrender.
The rest we know.
I look forward to the sky darkening over somewhere in Iran when an American missile lands among the IRG corp lifting them to eternity blocking out the light.

The only comment that I believe is appropriate to make in
response to this rhetoric being spoken by these present leaders within the
nation of Iran, is to the affect that what his comments prove is that the
nation of Iran must overthrow the tyrannical despots who are unable to
understand what the concepts of peaceful and fruitful coexistence is all about.
That would be the only salvation for the people of Iran. Every effort by all
nations should support the replacement of that regime, as it is in the best
interests of both its own citizens and all free world societies and of those
countries that practice peaceful co-existence and understand that tolerance and
good neighborliness is to be constantly practiced to bring stability to this
planet.

Screw this guy and the camel he rode in on! Iran loves to run their mouths about how powerful they are and how they’re going to destroy Israel but they know that there will be hell to pay! It’s kind of like when a bully picks on the little guy until he brings his big brother with him the next day and then they’re not so tough. They know how tight the US is with Israel under President Trump and that really pisses them off especially when the President makes it clear what he thinks of terrorist Palestine!

dad1927: We can’t afford to; wars cost money………BIG money………. and our country is so broke that our government has to borrow money from other countries to WASTE! We have now long been the greatest debtor nation in the world and have a national debt that is so high that we will NEVER be able to pay it off!
