Why do so many converts of Islam “misunderstand” Islam in exactly the same way. The misunderstanders are the left0wing apologists, not the devout Muslim like

Nicholas Young sent money to the Islamic State. he traveled to Libya, where prosecutors say he served with a jihad group. In addition, jurors learned that Young trafficked in Nazi memorabilia that prosecutors say were an offshoot of anti-Semitic views that meshed with his embrace of Islam.

Young, a 12-year veteran of the police force, got 15 years attempting to provide material support to ISIS. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia, outside Washington.
In his 2011 meetings with an FBI informant, Young allegedly said that he used to torture animals as a child and that he despised the FBI. He spoke in one meeting about tracking down the address of an FBI agent and then kidnapping and torturing her, prosecutors alleged.
In the past three years, more than 100 Americans have been charged with trying to join ISIS or are suspected of supporting the group in some other way.

In several meetings in 2011, Young met with an undercover law enforcement officer and one of Young’s “acquaintances,” Amine El Khalifi (photo below), who has since been arrested and pleaded guilty for plotting to detonate a suicide bomb at the U.S. Capitol, the Justice Department alleged.
After Khalifi’s arrest in 2012, Young allegedly told the informant that Muslims should try to uncover the informants who led to Khalifi’s arrest.
Since then, Young has allegedly praised prominent terrorism operations around the world.
Ex-police officer again gets 15 years on terror conviction

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A former police officer who tried to help the Islamic State by purchasing $245 in gift cards will still serve 15 years in prison, even though some of his convictions were tossed out on appeal.
Nicholas Young of Fairfax, Virginia, was sentenced to 15 years last year for obstruction of justice and attempting to provide support to a terrorist group. But the federal appeals court in Richmond tossed out the obstruction convictions in February and ordered a new sentencing hearing.
On Friday, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema reimposed the 15-year term, saying Young’s conduct remains troubling. She said Young’s status as a police officer stood out and that he was “a law enforcement officer who on more than one occasion lied to another law enforcement officer.”
Young was the first law enforcement officer to be charged with a federal terrorism offense. He had been a patrol officer in the D.C. region’s Metrorail system and was known as “Officer Friendly” at the Takoma Park station where he was assigned.
But Young, a convert to Islam, had been under surveillance going back at least as far as 2010. He was friends with Zachary Chesser, another convert who was sentenced to 25 years in prison for trying to join the al-Shabab terrorist group in Somalia and for making threats against the creators of the “South Park” cartoon series for episodes he deemed insulting to the Prophet Muhammad.
In 2016, Young purchased more than $200 in gift cards he believed would be used to purchase mobile-phone apps the Islamic State could use to communicate securely. In reality, though, Young’s Islamic State connection was an FBI informant.
At Young’s 2017 trial, jurors also learned of other troubling behavior: He traveled to Libya, where prosecutors say he served with a militant group that hadn’t been officially designated as terrorists group. In addition, jurors learned that Young trafficked in Nazi memorabilia that prosecutors say were an offshoot of anti-Semitic views that meshed with his embrace of militant Islam. Defense lawyers tried unsuccessfully to keep the Nazi evidence out of the trial, saying it was unfairly prejudicial.
Defense lawyers had asked Brinkema to cut Young’s term to five years. In court papers, defense lawyer Jessica Carmichael wrote that Young is now “66.6 percent less guilty” because two of the three counts against him were tossed out by the appeals court.
Young, before he was resentenced, said he knew he made a mistake but also placed blame on the informant, who asked him to buy the gift cards “and pretended to be my friend.”
“That one small mistake is now defining the rest of my life,” he said.
Prosecutor Gordon Kromberg said there’s no way to minimize criminal conduct that was intended to benefit the Islamic State, and that Young’s ultimate goal was to “send money so fighters could be sent to ISIS to murder and enslave other people.”

How to jump start an Islamic reformation from the USA.
RICO allows the government to follow crime and money. Then, arrest all, and confiscate anything in its path.
You can be sure the movement of money for jihad is widespread. You can be sure the incitement and communication between mullahs and mosques is wide spread. You can also be sure there is foreign involvement. The RICO statutes were made just for this type of activity.
Use a small army of CPAs and attorneys to investigate every jihad attack. Follow 100% of the money back to its source. Track anyone involved, in any way. Then use the RICO statutes to jail, confiscated, and shut down all involved. That includes:
M1 – Shutting down mosques involved in any jihad attack.
M2 – Arrest mullahs involved.
M3 – Follow, and confiscate, all jihad money back to its source.

The whole concept of an “islamic reformation” is nothing but a red herring and a lie, because evil can’t be reformed and after over a thousand years of uninterrupted islamic terrorism, persecution of the unbeliever, slavery, ethnic cleansing and genocide how is it even possible?

Nothing of the sort will happen in liberal-dominated America. People need to understand that Muslims (and indeed illegal aliens) are to liberals what Kaposi’s sarcoma and pneumonia are to AIDS: secondary infections that would not exist if not for the presence of the primary disease, which is liberals. Destroy the primary disease and you can cure the secondary infections pretty easily; ignore the primary disease and it becomes impossible to cure the secondary infections.

Someone like this should be severely flogged—and keep in mind that since corporal punishment was widely used when the Constitution was written and not specifically banned, it cannot be considered “cruel and unusual”. Then he should be hanged or, even better, made to perform the kind of back-breaking manual labor that would kill him in a few years.

It was a big mistake to do away with corporal punishment. Someone like this should be severely flogged, then sent to do the kind of back-breaking labor that will kill him within a few years, with additional floggings for acts of indiscipline. And just to annoy liberal cockroaches, who hate Russia so much, the flogging should be called “the knout”, as in “120 strokes of the knout”.
