The news media has devolved from communication outlets to deliver news to public relations arm of the radical left/Islamic movement and destroyer of those in opposition to that very movement. Ilhan Omar should never have been elected to Congress…… had the people known.

Story continues below advertisementThere’s a reason we call it the “Democrat-media complex.” A 2016 email posted to Twitter this week indicates that a “fixer” for terrorist-loving, America-hating, anti-Semitic Democrat Representative Ilhan Omar admitted getting the Minneapolis Star-Tribune to kill or squash negative stories about Omar.

On June 14, Powerline’s Scott Johnson noted (Emphasis added):
It has now been a week since the Minnesota campaign finance board released its incendiary findings in the matter of Ilhan Omar’s 2016 campaign for the state house. The Star Tribune has published one story noting the board’s findings that Omar filed joint tax returns in 2014 and 205 with a man to whom she was not married while she was legally married to another man. Over what period of years did Omar do so? The Star Tribune hasn’t asked and Omar isn’t talking, but her refusal to respond to the Star Tribune on this point would be a story all by itself. Indeed, If Omar were a Republican, you can bet it would be.
He also referenced the email mentioned above:
I am thinking you will have to stick with us for the good stuff, such as this quotable quote from Omar crisis manager Ben Goldfarb in the Omar campaign emails produced to the board and filed under docket number 35): “Someone should reach out to talk off the record [with Blois Olson] and shut down [his coverage of Power Line’s initial post on Omar] as we do with the Strib [i.e., the Star Tribune]” (page 22).
Johnson also noted (Emphasis added):
The emails are all dated August 14 and 15, 2016. They follow my initial August 12 Power Line post. The Star Tribune’s Patrick Coolican covered the story on August 16 and August 17. In a matter of days team Omar put the fire out.
Johnson also posted a redacted 44-page email file he said was “produced by the Omar campaign committee under docket file 35 in the Minnesota campaign finance board case.” Those emails can be seen below:

Why do tyrants always corrupt the media?
– because tyrants must lie to keep power
– they always act in their own self-interest [by definition]
– and therefore they do not act in the public’s best interests
– and the public does not like selfish subjugating tyrants

Oh, bad guys get indicted all right
– to be fair, the conservative media
– mainly focuses on threats to the Democratic Republic
– so we focus on the Islamists or Marxists who avoid punishment
– because they are a threat to society
– but if a bad Islamist or Marxist breaks laws and goes to jail
– we ignore that, because that is justice, and the rule of law
– and instead we focus our attentions on violations of justice and the rule of law

Well that was the point, wasn’t it. Surely there are laws against what Islam is and does, and against Congressional candidates with divided loyalties guilty of open racism. But they are not enforced.

nothing new here. we haven’t had a free press in nearly 100 years….it is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the democat-muslim party. tell me, who shot JFK? any fool can watch the zapruder film and tell that the top half of JFK’s skull was blown off by a round hitting him in the forehead and blasting his scalp back onto the trunk of the car….that was what jackie was crawling out of the car to try to retrieve. that movie was made available to the public around 1974. have any of you ever head of anyone in the democrat-muslim media watching that film and screaming to the world that the warren commission report was a complete lie?
