California Governor Gavin Newsom posted to Twitter Saturday warning residents to “know their rights” over the threat of planned Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids Sunday.
In the video, Gov. Newsom said to, “know your rights, learn more about your rights, legal protection, know that you should continue to camp, summer school, know that you should feel confident going to work, we have your back.”
The governor continued on to say that anyone fearing the planned Sunday raids does not have to open their door without a signed warrant, has the right to a lawyer, and has the right to remain silent if contacted by ICE.

Newsome should be arrested and detailed by Federal police. If an average American pulled off his pandering with lawlessness, the paddy wagon would be waiting.
The President needs to take a much harder stand against elected officials of high rank, including governors and Congresspeople, who blatantly perform acts of treason against the Constitution and nation of the United States. Quickly.

-You do not have to open the door—you have the right against unlawful searches.” Um, Im no lawyer but, the right against ‘unlawful searches’ only applies to citizens. It is an outright lie and an affront to suggest illegal aliens have the same rights as citizens. Gov Newsome, is the WORST gov this state has ever had. Possibly, the worst this country has ever seen. By encouraging illegals to break the law, he should be tried for treason. Where is the Justice Department? Why are greasy, vile politicians like him allowed to continue one more day in office with this garbage.

What is the point of citizenship and national sovereignty if anyone in the world who sneaks across borders has the same rights as citizens? I don’t think they do, maybe it will take SCOTUS to resolve.
Medical care, free education, free attorneys, driver’s licenses, amnesty, path to citizenship, catch and release are all magnets attracting dissatisfied people from around the world.
We absolutely need mandatory E-verify with strong enforcement, including employers to prison. And all benefits should be ended. No more anchor babies and fake asylum procedures. End chain family migration- the American people do not split these families- it is their choice! And it should be a felony to assist illegals in any way, including activist attorneys and Soros disciples.

Emperor Gavin The First needs to be among the first wave of California Public Officials arrested and incarcerated pending their arraignment for Sedition and Treason for being in a state of Rebellion against the Lawful Authority of the US Federal Government.
The arrest of the ringleaders, which include most of the elected officials and management level bureaucrats at the state level and the corresponding officials at the county and city level just in California would quickly take the wind out of the sails of the rest of the insurrectionists across the nation.
Have Federal Marshals do this, with Federalized National Guard providing support an hour before the first wave of ICE Raids in a major California City and many will start to self deport rather than face being run through the legal system with the possibility of being identified along the way for various crimes or being included in a new DNA database that would make it difficult for them to legitimately enter the US at a later point in time.
We have to gain control of this situation NOW, before California turns itself into a disease factory and becomes a danger to the rest of the nation requiring drastic and draconian quarantine measures to prevent the further spread of the third world diseases that are already incubating there.

Why even worry about California any longer? It is lost until a final catastrophe hits the state and it comes begging for assistance. Kick its members out of Congress, stop subsidizing the budget, stop all contracts with companies in California and generally impose a state of quarantine Commiecrats and the fools who elected them. All illegals rounded up in the other 49 states, excluding NY who gets the same treatment and bussed to California where they are wanted and appreciated and supported.
