Netanyahu urges support for U.S. against Iran’s ‘aggression’

The Islamic Republic of Iran just shot down a U.S drone in an unprovoked attack. ONE country expressed full support for the United States. That country wasn’t Britain, France, or Germany. It wasn’t Canada. It wasn’t Australia. It was Israel. The only pro-America democracy in the Middle East, and the only country in the Middle East that the United States can completely count on. America does not have a better friend than Israel. It is despicable that the Democrat Party continues to denigrate Israel at the behest of the anti-American terrorists in the Palestinian Authority.

Netanyahu urges support for U.S. Against Iran’s ‘aggression’

“I repeat my call for all peace-loving countries to stand by the United States in its effort to stop Iranian aggression,” Netanyahu said in a statement.

By Reuters, June 20, 2019:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday called on the international community to support the United States against Iran as tensions between the two countries escalated after the downing of a U.S. drone by Iran.

“In the last 24 hours Iran has intensified its aggression against the United States and against all of us. And I repeat my call for all peace-loving countries to stand by the United States in its effort to stop Iranian aggression,” Netanyahu said in a statement. “Israel stands by the United States on this.”

U.S. President Donald Trump said Iran made “a very big mistake” by shooting down a U.S. military drone that Tehran said was on a spy mission over its territory, in an incident that fanned fears of wider military conflict in the Middle East.

Asked how the United States will respond, Trump told reporters, “You’ll find out.”

Bibi is playing it very smartly by backing Trump and not taking the lead in the war against Iran. However I am disappointed in Trump’s decision to call off the strike to save 150 Iranian terrorists’ lives. His indecision, flip-flopping on striking Iran is simply telegraphing weakness.

Iran has been testing Trump/US resolve these past few months. The only ones with the fortitude for the battle are the US troops and Bolton/Pompeo. The Mullahs are laughing at Trump’s timidity, they know he doesn’t want to fight which means they can press forward on their nuke program because it is unlikely Trump will act militarily.

In peacetime Trump would make a good president but you need someone with guts of steel during a war. The Mullahs damaged some oil tankers, Trump did nothing. They blew up a drone, they’ve attacked Israel from Syria, Trump does nothing. So what do the Iranians have to do to make Trump act?

I knew this would happen, this is why I was a supporter of Ted Cruz during the 2016 elections. Cruz was clear and adamant about defeating Iran, Trump was always wishy-washy and spoke about getting out of mideast wars and bragging that he wouldn’t have invaded Iraq.

Maybe after the Mullahs blow up an aircraft carrier killing hundreds or thousands of US soldiers then he might act, or maybe not. I think his fecklessness and indecision will cost more lives on our side, but why? Why should some of our people die to justify killing the terrorists in Iran? They are the enemy, you can’t reason with religious fanatics you destroy them.

Time for Israel to take the lead in the war against Iran. The US can provide material support and intelligence.

I think you’re right. Israel’s survival is on the line and while Trump thinks he can gamble with US lives, Israel does not have the same luxury and should strike Iran, the time for action has arrived.

We wasted decades ignoring the Iranian nuclear threat, using diplomacy and agreements which we know Muslims will never honour. Since past presidents kept kicking the can down the road, it now fell on Trump’s shoulders to act but he’s failed so far.

So yes Netanyahu should step up if Trump can’t. However I have my doubts about Bibi as well since he’s allowed terrorists on his borders to fester while the people have been screaming at him to do something.

Hopefully he’s not as weak as Trump. Doing nothing simply means giving the initiative to the Mullahs and they’ll punch back with nukes. There are no do-overs in warfare, one side wins the other side loses everything.
