Thousands of supporters booed and chanted “shame on you” after the decision High Court ruling was announced. The UK clownocracy is making a free speech martyr out of Robinson. Just this week, the UK courts released with no jail time a violent Muslim who terrorized the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, threatened to shoot and stab ‘English Pigs’ and attacked police, branding the officer who arrested him a ‘racist white c***’.” And jihad inciter Anjem Choudury is out and about exhorting to infidel murder. But Robinson is the problem.

TOMMY Robinson WILL face retrial over a contempt of court charge, High Court judges ruled today.
Crowds of supporters booed and chanted “shame on you” after the decision was announced at the Old Bailey – one that could put the EDL founder back behind bars.
Tommy Robinson successfully appealed against a 13 month jail sentence for contempt of court – but now faces a retrial over the same charge
Tommy, 36, was surrounded by hundreds of fans as he appeared at the Old Bailey todayRobinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was jailed for 13 months last May after filming people in a criminal trial and broadcasting footage on social media.
The footage, lasting around an hour and a half, was watched 250,000 times within hours of being posted on Facebook.
But a contempt finding made against Robinson was quashed by the Court of Appeal in August and he was freed from prison after serving two months of his sentence.
‘NOT CONCLUSIVE
Today two judges gave permission for a new case to be brought against him, following an application by the Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC.
The 36-year-old, from Luton, could be sent back to jail if he is again found in contempt, which carries a maximum sentence of two years.
Andrew Caldecott QC said the court should give “due weight” to Cox’s assessment that fresh proceedings are “in the wider public interest”, but that it is “not conclusive”.
The case against Robinson is being pursued on the basis he allegedly committed contempt by breaching a reporting restriction, breaching the rules covering court reporting and common law contempt.
Mr Caldecott said that in correspondence, Robinson’s solicitors had submitted several written applications for why the contempt of court shouldn’t be pursued.
These include the “exceptionally arduous” conditions of imprisonment he has already endured, a “medical matter”, delay, and “cost to the public purse”.
‘GREAT CONCERN’
The reasons made for the ruling will be revealed at a full hearing on July 4 and 5, the court heard.
Mr Caldecott said the Attorney General considered Robinson’s conduct during the Leeds Crown Court trial to be of “great concern”.
He told the court that in one part of the broadcast, Robinson said of a defendant: “Harass him, find him, go knock on his door, follow him, see where he works, see what he’s doing.”
In another passage, Mr Caldecott said Robinson discussed how his video would be shared and “hopefully millions” of people would see it.
The barrister said: “The Attorney General is extremely concerned that conduct of the kind, particularly in those two passages seen in the context of the wider video, should in any way be considered as acceptable.”
Attorney General Geoffrey Cox QC announced earlier this month that it was in the public interest to bring fresh proceedings against the former English Defence League (EDL) leader, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon.
It was due to take place in March but was postponed following a request by Robinson’s lawyers.
Robinson’s footage was filmed during one of a series of trials of a Huddersfield grooming gang, which was covered by strict reporting restrictions banning publication of any details until the end of the final one in September last year.His appearance today comes after the North West MEP candidate was left drenched by milkshakes on two consecutive occasions while campaigning for the European elections.

If Mr. Lennon is in jail it will be difficult for him to win his bid to become MEP. What better way to eliminate your political opposition (i.e. to islamisation and the EU) than to imprison it? The hounding of Geert Wilders in the Netherlands always smelled of similar targeted persecution.

Anne Marie was outside the court yesterday supporting tommy with the rest of us. islamophobia is not a law as yet. A pressure group of moslems led by a Muslims labour mp have been trying to make “islamophobia against the law but was thrown out of parliament just today as being detrimental to free speech. At least Some sanity survives In British Parliament.

I hate to say it but it’s difficult for me to understand Tommy Robinson, maybe because he speaks too fast or my English isn’t too good. I still respect his courage and conviction though, he’s like a lightning rod for government persecution. I’m glad to see Ann Marie Waters is standing up for him. I used to like Paul Weston too, but he seems to have disappeared.

I don’t understand the UK’s court system. In the U.S., we can request/demand to be tried by a jury of our peers for a bloody traffic ticket. However, even for an offense that can carry a two year prison sentence …. he cannot get a jury trial. Strange brew.

Double jeopardy now exists even in the US. If the state courts free a person, there’s always a federal charge that can be dug up if the fascists don’t like the verdict. No double jeopardy disappeared along with the right to be secure in your home, illegal search and seizure, seizure of property without due process, etc. It’s called lawfare – something like what was used against Trump when they didn’t like the verdict of the voters.

Good morning Felix. double jeopardy is an odd one. Contempt of court can be criminal but in general is a civil offence, double jeopardy does not apply for civil cases. The power of the truth Tommy is exposing is opening up the corruption from within our government and legal system and they will try anything to stop it.
But this loathsome slug geoffrey Cox QC MP wanker, is sadly my constituent mp, who lives no more than 15 miles away in a very white priveledged country town called Tavistock in west Devon UK. Now I am not slurring white priveledge at all but outlining that he does not live within the sound of a mosque or any muslims or migrants because his town is too expensive and exclusive.
I work in the court system and was at trial a couple of years ago when I exposed to the judge, that the opossing solicitor had in fact hidden evidence and manipulated the witness statement in order to deliberately mislead the court. I tried to bring a motion of contempt against the solicitor. The judge ignored me, even after repeated assertions of the fact. The judge then with no where to go, hurredly left the court. I was later informed that the judge and the solicitor were members of the same lodge and I was not.
I wrote to Cox in 2008 on the legality of selling non stunned halal and kosher meat to non muslims and non jews. i knew it was illegal but wanted him to confirm. He wrote back to me and said I may have a good point in law and would get back to me. He knew immediately that I did. It took repeated letters to extract an answer, which I never got. What I did get was a banning order from him. I was told he would not entertain any further correspondence on the subject with me. So what can you do, when, you cannot request that the laws of your country are upheld through democratic diologue because your country favours the repugnant religious rights and animal abuse over its own indigenous peoples rights.
It is illegal in the UK to sell non stunned halal and kosher meat to non jews and non muslims.
Our corrupt government which Cox is entrenched in, have decided they can be selctive what laws they impliment and what laws they don’t.

All of islam is unacceptable because it is a geopolitical cult of conformance or death that respects no higher law than shariah law and will not stop until it achieves worldwide dominance (that’s what it means by claiming to be a “religion” of peace).
For example, the Saudis have never been our friends – after all they are musselmen. They have always been just using us and eventually want to either convert us or k i l l us (e.g., 9/11). We should cut them loose. If they ever cross us again we should turn Mecca and their black stone of death into a shining sea of glowing glass at the height of pilgrimage.
A lot of decent people who happen to have been born into islam are secular moslems who truly reject violence. Some of them then escape the insanity of islam by coming to the West. They may even go on to be decent citizens their entire lives.
However, they are still dangerous because they will never openly oppose islam and, worse yet, they carry the meme of islam like Typhoid Marys and infect others who then may go on to kill in the name of mo’bomb-head (pieces of pork and pig snot be upon him).
Anyone who adheres to islam, even a little bit, should never be allowed to enter the USA.
Know this, there is no such thing as a good moslem. There just are inactive and active moslems, but they all carry and spread the evil meme of the totalitarian, anti-freedom, violent cult of conformance or death that is islam. Expel all non natural born Citizens who adhere to islam, including the insidious “Typhoid Mary” silent carriers of the evil meme. I dont often post twice but this is the most dictator style action I have seen. Contempt of court is an odd one. He may not be able to request a jury trial if the judge deems it potentially dangerous for the jurers, or any other excuse they consider. The law is complicated for a reason.
Our sad and corrupt government and the police covered up the pakistani grooming gangs activity for over 10 years until Tommy Robinson exposed it.
Our government were caught with their hands in the sweety jar.

Why is this article even published? What relevance does it have to any happenings today?
This was not a good idea, It makes this site seem sensational, dragging up dirt more than a year old for no good reason. No one hates our judiciary or islam more than I do but giving this a re-run does no good at all.
