Report: Obama White House Orchestrated Clinton Email Cover Up

According to newly released emails obtained by Judicial Watch, the Obama White House was tracking a December 2012 Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) records request concerning Hillary Clinton’s unsecured, private email server. These new emails prove that the Obama White House knew about the scandal earlier than previously admitted, and attempted to cover it up.

Months after the Obama White House got involved, “the State Department responded to the FOIA requestor, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), falsely stating that no such records existed.”
Our discovery is centered upon whether Clinton intentionally attempted to evade the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) by using a non-government email system and whether the State Department acted in bad faith in processing our FOIA request for communications from Clinton’s office. U.S District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ordered Obama administration senior State Department officials, lawyers, and Clinton aides, as well as E.W. Priestap, to be deposed or answer written questions under oath. The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
The State Department’s Office of Inspector General issued a report in January 2016 saying: “At the time the request was received, dozens of senior officials throughout the Department, including members of Secretary Clinton’s immediate staff, exchanged emails with the Secretary using the personal accounts she used to conduct official business.” Also, the IG “found evidence that [Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills] was informed of the request at the time it was received …”
“These documents suggest the Obama White House knew about the Clinton email lies being told to the public at least as early as December 2012,” said Judicial Watch in a statement. “A federal court granted us discovery into the Clinton emails because the court wanted answers about a government cover-up of the Clinton emails. And now we have answers because it looks like the Obama White House orchestrated the Clinton email cover-up.”
Hillary Clinton was Obama’s heir apparent to the White House, and in addition to protecting her from the inquiry into her unsecured email, Obama’s Justice Department spied on Donald Trump’s campaign. The origin of this spying is currently under investigation.

Though this article outlines some very serious violations by
the Obama administration, and the underlying facts are likely not in dispute, I
am one of those who believes that it is time to turn the page, with all those
conflicting parties ending the fervent animosity that is permeating this
country now. That divisiveness that exists, which includes the unjustified
dislike of Trump and the obstructionist conduct of the Democratic party, needs
to end. We need to drop the uncivility and start acting as patriotic Americans,
all doing what is best for this country. Our enemies out there are rooting for the
divisiveness to continue. We must not allow that uncivil conduct to continue,
as that, to me, is in our best interest.

That would entail starting from the top…when you have “leaders” like pelosi, schumer, OAC, maxine waters, kamela harris, etc etc etc, it is IMPOSSIBLE to do as you wish.
Only when American citizens see that those in politics that commit crimes GO TO JAIL, will American citizens actually start believing.
While we sit and watch these crooks/criminals get away with breaking the laws day after day after day and you want us to forget and forgive, you are showing your disdain and non-belief that Americans will actually stand up to criminals and demand that they get tried.
I am tired of letting the democrat party try to unravel centuries of work of building a strong country only to turn it over to third-world illiterates.
Sorry, no forgiving on this end.

We cannot forgive and forget and move on.
People have to be exposed and punished for breaking laws and using our DOJ, CIA, IRS, FISCA court, FBI etc. as partisan political weapons. Otherwise our destruction will pick up and their actions will serve as a precedent for more politicalization .

Are you suggesting justice should not be meted out on those who tried to pull a coup on a duly elected President? Have you noticed who is perpetuating the incivility and divisiveness? Trust me, DEMS have no intention of taking your advice even if you want the guilty ones punished. It will only get worse. DEMS and their followers are not patriotic citizens. DEMS and liberals truly HATE the U.S.. You are right that our other enemies are enjoying what is going on because they want our demise too.

I have often expressed my disdain for the conduct of all those out there who have acted with malice, without proof or any justification for their malice, and I have been sickened by those who wrongfully accuse those they do not like of bias, racism or being bigots, conduct I had never seen in my lifetime, and while I would love to have those involved, who are law breakers, prosecuted for their wrongful conduct, I also believe that our ship needs to be righted now, and I am very concerned that things will only get worse, and that is not in the best interests of the U.S. of A. I fear that this country is slipping into an abyss, though i can appreciate how those who believe that justice should be served might be frustrated by the wrongful conduct of the obstructionists and nay Sayers..

Many of us are as frustrated as you are at the escalating incivility. You can’t “right a ship” by ignoring laws breaking and having a two tier justice system. You just can’t ignore that. At some point there has to be consequences for wrong doing. Frankly I am more than weary of DEMS, yes DEMS projecting all the time. I am tired of them accusing Trump or anyone else of what they are DOING or have DONE that is wrong. Things will get worse unless this is addressed. It’s a critical component of “righting the ship”.

Yes, it would be nice to turn back the clock to an earlier era when the majority of our lawmakers loved this country. Unfortunately, we are in an undeclared civil war with the pure evil that infests this land.

Very true. We have too many people out there indoctrinated to hate our country and this fuels the incivility and violence. Also as Christianity declines, there will be more violence. Christianity used to serve as a bumper guard for how people behave. Now God isn’t important to them as it used to be.

Obama won the Presidency because of white guilt over slavery and over 150 years of very real racism perpetuated against Black Americans. His greatest skills were and still are public speaking and running for office. Folks just liked him. It was a triumph for identity politics over qualifications. His primary governing strategy was to exploit and politicize every dept of the Executive branch, even if it was illegal, to further his leftist agenda. He reasoned there was no possibility of being charged with a crime since he also corrupted the Justice Dept. If that wasn’t bad enough, he made an insanely one-sided reckless deal with Iran, the worst terrorist state on the planet. Obama had style, class, but the values of a snake. Psychopath? Maybe. In his 8 years, he did everything possible to further his own selfish career while destroying his own party. To the contrary, Trump is childish, petty, thin skinned yet relentlessly committed to improving our country, defeating our enemies, and not allowing our trading partners to rob us blind. Looks like a triumph of values over superficiality.

Your premise is incorrect. Coming out of the Convention McCain was 5-8% ahead in all of the polls. Then, suddenly,unexpectedly emerged the 2008 financial crisis.The props were pulled out from under the economy in a cleverly executed financial maneuver that enriched the elite, robbed tens of millions their life savings,and elected Obama. It had very little to do with Obama’s blackness. A toothpick could have been nominated and won the election at that point.

I’ve NEVER known a single white person my entire life, who felt guilty over slavery they had nothing to do with! That’s identity politics that means absolutely NOTHING. And if Abraham Lincoln hadn’t won the election because of the Electoral College, we would probably STILL have slavery in this country! It was the Democrats who fought in the Civil War to cling to slavery, not a single Republican was for it. You TRULY need to take an American history class because if you were any more STUPID, you’d be just plain DEAD!

It’s been 2 to 3 years and amazingly NO ARREST of any DEMONCRAP. Plenty of ukcing phony arrest of Trump supporters and as Rush said harassing his family and friends with all kinds of PHONY accusations and innuendos that something was done wrong by Trump & associates.

Much of the evidence indicates the key player was the Puppet Mistress, Valerie Jarrett, the Iranian born Muslim who supervised and controlled every move Obama made in his campaign, his Presidency, and his post-presidency. Jarrett should be the first target of any investigation.
