‘How Can You Recognize a Jew?’ Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri in Crudely Antisemitic Outburst,

By The Algemeiner, May 30, 2019

Nabih Berri, the powerful speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, reached for one of the ugliest antisemitic stereotypes in the book during a media interview on Thursday that was ostensibly about the maritime border between his country and Israel.

Asked by newspaper Al-Joumhouria about his recent discussion of the issue with visiting US Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY), Berri explained Israel’s position on the maritime border as fueled by the supposedly Jewish obsession with money and wealth.

Said Berri: “Someone was once asked, how can you recognize a Jew? The answer was: It’s simple. If you see a pregnant woman, get close to her and toss a piece of gold next to her, or at her feet. If the fetus jumps out of his mother’s womb and grabs the gold, you know that he is a Jew.”

In remarks that were translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), Berri continued: “The Israelis want the oil [in the Mediterranean] and want to produce the

The mark of the tyrant
– is hatred and subjugation
– and just as they oppressed the ancient Isrealites
– tyrants are still the worst enemy

Berri is an Islamist Tyrant
– Lebanon has NEVER made peace with Israel
– and even the Lebanese Christians are brainwashed against Jews
– if Israel wanted peace with Lebanon
– they would offer a peace treaty
– with Hezbollah expunged from Lebanon completely
– otherwise, warfare will continue
– the 2006 Lebanon war would not have been stopped by Trump
– the quotation, “When someone says they want to kill you, believe them.” ~ Elie Wiesel
– is consistent with Trump thinking

I don’t believe Lebanon took part in the 1967 Six Day War or 1973 Yom Kippur War against Israel.

Lebanon has never suspended its war declaration against Israel
– and they have never signed any kind of of pace treaty
– and with an outstanding declaration of war
– Lebanon is vulnerable to Israeli attack at any time
– they rely on Israel, their sworn enemy
– to be ‘nice’

Sometime in the 21st century the islamic state of Lebanon was used to fire Katuysha type rockets against Israel. I believe Israel responded with air strikes against the areas where the rockets were thought to have been fired from.

I think you mean the 2006 Lebanon war
– Katusha and Grad missiles [Russian designs]
– were mainly used, and Israel quickly obliterated Hezbollah positions
– but the MSM thought Israel was ‘mean’ for ‘over-responding’
– and as often happens in Israel, Israelis were their own worst critics
– Lebanon 2006 was messy, with Israeli soldiers lost uselessly
– casualties were actually small, but they were grievously missed
– and Hezbollah actually got babies from the morgue
– who died of natural causes
– and held them up as ‘victims of Israel’
– and the stupid MSM lapped it up, especially Reuters
– after that, Reuters was in scandal, crashed, and was sold
– to a bunch of Canadians
– who have only improved the brand slightly
– with a lame set of ‘publication ethics’
– that their own staff often ignore

Lebanon is vulnerable you say? Who are the countries doing the direct attacking in the middle east? Is it Israel or Lebanon or the other countries and terrorists attacking Israel? SO Israel defends itself against Rocket and missile attacks from Lebanon and Hezbollah and you say Lebanon is vulnerable. It happens all the time. A country or their terrorists supporters launches Missile against Israel without warning and Israel fights back and defends itself and Israel is the aggressor according to news media and people doing the attacks. The Muslim countries have vowed to destroy Israel and the USA. IS that hard to understand? “When someone says they want to kill you, believe them.” ~ Elie Wiesel

Mark
– yes, I agree with all that you say
– 2 points:
– 1. Israel is stunningly patient. I would never be able to muster enough forbearance to endure Islamists who make a game out of violating all the Geneva conventions on war. In my book, if the enemy breaks all the rules of war, then there are are no rules of war to worry about.

– 2. Technically, Israel benefits somewhat from Hezbollah. They create a huge political traffic jam in Lebanese politics. And while the stunningly sectarian politicos of Lebanon are gridlocked in hating each other…
– Israel gets to concentrate on other problems

Lebanon is D-O-N-E. It was once a Christian country and Beirut was called the Paris of the Mid-East and now it’s nothing but yet another totalitarian, theocratic, religious apartheid muslum sh!ttystan.
