Israel has been pounded by rockets from Hamas and Islamic Jihad. Four Israelis have been killed and thousands have been forced into bomb shelters, including young children.
These tragic events did not prevent the Jew-hating Rep. Rashida Tlaib from condemning the media’s coverage of the latest round of Palestinian terror against Israel. The mainstream media will only rarely expose (at least partially) Palestinian terror and barbarity that is often inflicted against innocent Israelis. However, Tlaib considers these rare occasions of such exposure to be dehumanizing to Palestinians.

These outrageous comments from Tlaib should not surprise anyone. Rep. Rashida Tlaib is a product of the Palestinian education system, despite being raised in the United States. Hatred of Jews and the dehumanization of Israelis is taught in Palestinian schools and mosques. Jihad terror against Israel is encouraged in most (if not all)segments of Palestinian society. Any condemnation of such terror is considered to be blasphemous.

Tlaib blasts coverage of Gaza attacks, calls to free Palestine, Israel National News, David Rosenberg, May 5, 2019:
Freshman Democrat Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib excoriated Israel and news coverage of the ongoing wave of rocket attacks on the Jewish state while calling to “Free Palestine” in a tweet Sunday.
Tlaib, who represents Michigan’s 13th district in the US House of Representatives, blasted coverage of ongoing rocket and missile attacks by Hamas and other Gaza-based terror groups on Israel, calling the news reports on the attacks “dehumanizing” to Palestinian Arabs.
“When will the world stop dehumanizing our Palestinian people who just want to be free? Headlines like this & framing it in this way just feeds into the continued lack of responsibility on Israel who unjustly oppress & target Palestinian children and families,” Tlaib tweeted, adding “#FreePalestine.”
The comments came Sunday in response to a tweet by Yousef Munayyer, executive director of the US Campaign for Palestinian Rights.

Far-left Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ilhan Omar (D-MN) attacked Israel on Sunday and defended the Palestinian terrorist attacks that targeted Israel over the weekend.
The Jerusalem Post reported that approximately 700 rockets were fired at Israel from Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip and that the Iron Dome intercepted approximately 173 of the rockets.
“Terror groups Hamas and Islamic jihad in Gaza have fired over 700 rockets at Israel since Friday, killing four Israelis and wounding dozens,” The Jerusalem Post reported, adding: “Defiant Hamas and Islamic Jihad officials said on Sunday that they don’t rule out the possibility that the current round of fighting in the Gaza Strip could lead to an all-out war with Israel.”
“The latest round of violence began two days ago when an Islamic Jihad sniper fired at Israeli troops, wounding two soldiers,” Reuters reported.
Omar and Tlaib, who are both well-documented anti-Semites, rushed to attack Israel and defended the terrorism that was being carried out against Israel.

The education system has failed the public with the children and young adults no longer mandatory for all to study American Government and American History but brainwashing about Islam is allowed! Sickening as the nation is invaded with each presidential administration doing useless wars slowly bankrupting the government as the mostly foreign owned FRB is now insolvent! Rumor is that China now owns about 10% of the FRB! But she’s condemned Omar for saying sone antisemitic things… not because they were antisemitic but Nancy believes the Democrats shouldn’t be so open about their agenda. The only one she’s kind of out down was AOC for her GND. So she clearly is on board with the antisemitic agenda though I’m not sure she knows the true Islamic agenda. We also see all the antifa fascists use the heckler’s veto… but not just antifa, hiding behind their masks, there was that gay politician who was using “his” 1st Amendment “Rights” to attack an old lady and some teens standing outside an abortion clinic who offered $100 dollars to dox the teens… why dox them? To threaten and harass them at their home like what happened to Tucker Carlson.
We are seeing Leftist accuse anybody who is critical of Islam of Islamophobia, a made up term to silence critics of Islam. Much of what the Leftists do is a Trojan horse to dismantle the 1st Amendment… thank God we’re not as far gone as some other nations but we’re getting there. Trying to approach the continuing problem that is based on the belief by the so-called Palestinians that Israel was created by the prevailing nations after WWII, and is therefore an “occupier” of Arab land, is like trying to swat a fly without a fly swatter. The impossible question, without any fair resolution. Even though I recognize that the Arab world chose to side with the Nazi’s, and that they accept a belief system that promises death to those of Jewish persuasion and to Israel, it boggles the mind to find a legitimate solution to this continuing conflict. Obviously Israel should remain as a viable nation, as those people have contributed immensely to humanity, but one cannot simply avoid the claims, whether fallacious or not, of the Arab world as it relates to those who now call themselves “Palestinians.” The answer should be that the Arab world should absorb and provide for people of similar mindset and beliefs. Yet, the world seems unable to accept that as a resolution of this continuing conflict, which seems to be the direct result of Arab animosity and aggression. That is the direction the world must go to ever be able to bring any measure of peace to the Middle East.

As you state, they aren’t after the “freedom” that we think of when that word is used. Arabs, aka Palestinians, in Israel have more freedom than those in Gaza and the West Bank. They have true freedom of religion which you don’t see in any of the surrounding Muslim countries. For example when people think of Arabs, they don’t think of Christians because the Christians were either run out, killed or eventually submitted and converted to Islam because of the religious persecution.
So you are right… the freedom they seek is the freedom to annihilate Israel and murder Christians.

Nobody cares what Tlaib says. Ignore her. The real problem with the NYT headline is that it once again describes Hamas terrorists as “militants”. That’s pure propaganda. The US, Canada, and even Europe have classified Hamas and Islamic Jihad as terrorist organizations. That’s a fact. If the Hamas members are merely militants than the seventeen 911 terrorists are also just “militants”. The NYT has a simple rule. If Islamic terrorists attack Israel, they’re militants.
