Quds is the Arabic name for Jerusalem. It’s an annual event held on the last Friday of Ramadan that was initiated by the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979 calling for the annihilation of the Jews. More savagery from the 21st century Nazis.
The rioters also demanded the destruction of the United States, burned American and Israeli flags, and also burned effigies of President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. These Nazi-like rallies are sponsored by the government of Iran, and are held in cities across the world.
A number of high-ranking Iranian officials proudly attended the rally in Tehran, including President Hassan Rouhani and Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who John Kerry has been colluding with to undermine President Trump. The Obama led Democrats rewarded this savagery with billions of dollars in sanctions relief and in roughly a decades time nuclear weapons.

Iranians demand Israel’s destruction at annual ‘Quds Day’ riots,

Thousands of Iranians rallied Friday to mark Quds, (Jerusalem) Day, which will see demonstrations and rioting across the Mideast as the Trump administration prepares to offer an Israel-Palestinian peace plan.
The annual protests call for the destruction of the State of Israel and are also held in Iraq, Lebanon and elsewhere, occurring on the last Friday of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
Iran has marked Quds Day since the start of its 1979 Islamic Revolution by the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.
Al-Quds is the Arabic name for Jerusalem, and the Iranian regime uses the day as an annual opportunity to gather crowds for mass “death to Israel” and “death to America” chants.
As rallies began across the Iranian capital, demonstrators set fire to American and Israeli flags, and also burned effigies of President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The rallies will all head to Tehran University, where the ceremony is to end at Friday noontime prayers. Similar rallies took place in 950 cities and towns across the country.
Iran regularly threatens Israel and props up terror groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah with hundreds of millions of dollars in arms and other support so that they can launch attacks on the Jewish state.

Just the other night, I was looking at the increase in earthquakes worldwide. Taxing people more and leveling the global playing field with trade will have absolutely no impact on the weather. Only God controls the weather but the godless environMENTALISTS think they will control it by pushing a third world way of life on the gullible. I thought the article below was interesting. It’s a secular article.

Does this mean a big one is going to hit?

Looking at the numbers shows earth quakes exceeding the average more in smaller intervals. Like birth pangs? Allot of it is falling into place and this appears to be just the beginning of it.
BTW the earthquake information was from a secular website. USGS was created by an act of Congress in 1879, USGS has evolved over the ensuing 125 years, matching its talent and knowledge to the progress of science and technology. USGS is the sole science agency for the Department of the Interior. It is sought out by thousands of partners and customers for its natural science expertise and its vast earth and biological data holdings.

The electric car issue in Australia as the left tries to turn power generation to solar and wind and close down all coal, gas powered generation plants.
You got the question of huge power Lithium Iron batteries and the removal when they expire. Wind and solar may not work on all days when cloudy and no wind blows. The cost to all to bring this in. The black outs from shortage of power, especially when all return home to plug in, then airconditioning, or heating loading
Would need I think for fast charge a three phase system, new metres, most have single phase to homes. In Australia we do but not far from power poles.
All parking bays will need to be converted to charging bays to stop the mass line up to charge.
Electricity bills go through the roof, many more going cold or cooking, Food prices would have to rise especially at restraunts

It always makes me laugh. These mindless environmentalists do more damage to the environment than normal people. Disposal of lithium batteries is a problem and as you noted, solar power is not reliable. The massive expense of converting to this with such a low return is insanity.

Report: Obama Administration Alumni Advising Iranian Regime on Dealing with Trump

The Daily Beast reported Friday that former members of President Barack Obama’s administration are advising the Iranian regime.
Betsy Woodruff noted (original quotes):
As the Trump administration sent warplanes and an aircraft carrier to the Persian Gulf, a small group of former Obama administration officials reached out to their contacts in the Iranian government, including Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. Their message to Iran: Don’t take Trump’s bait. Stay calm.
Conversations between former Obama officials and Iranian government officials have been ongoing since November 2016.
Th Obama alumni are also reportedly passing messages from the Iranian regime to congressional Democrats:
Three Obama officials who worked closely on the Iran nuclear deal, one of whom is still in touch with Iranian government officials, traveled to Capitol Hill to brief congressional Democrats about the situation. Those former officials said would not say if they passed information from Iranian government officials to members of Congress. Rather, they said they focused on educating members about their experience working with Iranian leaders and how Tehran reacts to economic pressure.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein is already known to have met with Zarif, and was seen with his contact page open on her cell phone.
Former Secretary of State John Kerry, who led the negotiations that produced the Iran nuclear deal, is known to be meeting with Zarif as well — which President Donald Trump said earlier this month should have earned him prosecution under the Logan Act.
The Logan Act bars private citizens from conducting official diplomacy. It is rarely enforced, though it was used by former Obama administration officials to investigate former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn for conversations he had with a Russian diplomat during the presidential transition.
A Republican staffer told Woodruff that Democrats’ diplomatic strategy is to “divide and isolate the Trump administration just as the Trump administration was trying to re-establish deterrence with Iran.”
Some Obama alumni are also thought to be encouraging Iran to stick with the nuclear deal and to wait out the Trump presidency.
