GOP House Leadership Launches Discharge Petition To Fight Anti-Israel Movement

3

This is excellent news. The gutless Speaker Pelosi has prevented a vote on the anti-BDS legislation passed in the Senate, out of fear of infuriating her bosses in the Jihad Caucus. In the interim pro-Israel Jewish Americans are being terrorized by the pro-BDS thugs, particularly on college campuses. It’s disgraceful.

The Democrats will often falsely accuse the pro-Jewish President Trump and the pro-Jewish Republicans of anti-Semitism. Let’s see how many Democrats will support legislation to fight the Boycott the Jews Movement, compared to the Republicans. Let’s see how many Democrats in the House will stand up to the anti-Semitic Jihad Caucus. #JEXIT.

GOP House Leadership Launches Discharge Petition To Fight Anti-Israel Movement, Daily Caller, Molly Prince, May 15, 2019:

Republican House leaders revealed the caucus’s strategy to oppose efforts to isolate Israel through the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement amid rising anti-Semitism within the Democratic Party.

The BDS movement seeks to punish the Jewish state of Israel by politically and economically depriving the country for its alleged mistreatment of Palestinians. BDS initially metastasized through college campuses and has been linked to terrorist organizations such as Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP).

The Anti-Defamation League describes the BDS movement as “the most prominent effort to undermine Israel’s existence” and it is now supported by progressive members of Congress.

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy announced Wednesday that a discharge petition would be available to allow members to vote on the House version of Senate Bill 1 (SB.1) with only an absolute majority. SB.1 enables a state or local government to adopt measures to divest its assets from entities using BDS to influence Israel’s policies.

Today Bob Hawke 89 died former Prime Minister of Australia. They say he was the best Labor Prime Minister, garbage to me. Not good timing as it gives a boost to Labor left day before elections as they play on this.

Hawke also supplied Sabre Aircraft to Muslim Indonesia that were used against the East Timorese. He also was a drunk, womaniser also divorced Hazel Hawke for a much younger female Blanche. Hazel put up with lots of his bad behaviour, abuse. He had his good points but to me not good enough.

The Greatest Labor Prime Minister to me was Gough Whitlam who put Labor on the map. Had problems with a few of his Ministers over finances been blocked. Murphy Raids CIA threatened to break with ASIO. Gough also pulled Australian troops out of Vietnam. Murphy Raids come back to the Croation NDH doing terrorist acts against Yugoslavian diplomats etc. One can relate this back to Project Matchbox, Operation Ratlines, Operation Paperclip

Got to support this effort. It not only would be a major put down of the anti-Semitic activity out there, whether or not it passes Constitutional mustard, but it might be the opening for our legal system to consider prosecuting those who spew their hate to promote violence. It will also tell us who within the Democratic party is also guilty of being bigoted and racist.
