Pure evil. Israel is being relentlessly demonized by the Left. This is the result. Not since pre-Holocaust times have the Jewish people required the security of a Jewish state. And Poland should start worrying about the Jew-hatred in their midst and less about the truths being spoken about their antisemitism during the Holocaust.
Residents of a small town in Poland on Friday marked Good Friday by making a large doll of Judas Iscariot, depicted with long nose and Haredi attire — classic anti-Semitic tropes, beating it up, hanging it from a tree and then burning it.

This occurs on the backdrop of Poland passing the Holocaust law last year, which originally established fines or a maximum three-year jail term for anyone who refers to Nazi German death camps as Polish or accuses Poland of complicity in the Third Reich’s crimes.
Because clearly, antisemitism is not an issue in Poland.
Israeli’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yisrael Katz, recently said that “the Poles suckle antisemitism from their mother’s breasts.” These images will do nothing to dispel that idea.

While this is obviously offensive to many, no one has been killed or hurt by it and compared to the damage done by islam and the left it is trivial. Right now we need unity in Poland, Hungary and Italy and the west and frothing at the mouth over this just plays right into the hands of the enemy. Wrong and stupid but no more. To expect everyone on the planet to like everyone else is ludicrous as best.

The last thing that we need is a Poland/Israel split. Poles have been anti-Semitic for centuries like all Slavs. It is NO excuse and it wont go away just because you don’t like it. I don’t like Catholicism and yet we need them as allies. think! You are being ludicrous by missing the point. The west is near to being on its knees we do not need idiotic splits. Jewish critics of Poland are always quick to pounce on Poland and accuse Poland of “anti-semitic” this and “anti-semitic” that….while ALWAYS IGNORING anything good Poland has done for Jews. Like ALLOWING MOST of the world’s Jews to live in “anti-semitic” Poland for ONE THOUSAND YEARS (when every nation was rejectingJews). And despite MOST European nations today being anti-Israel/anti-Jewish….Poland a couple months ago WENT OUT OF IT’S WAY….to HELP Israel and America…. by holding a Pro-Israel Pro-America conference in Warsaw. There is a war on just in case you did not know it and those who sit on the moral high ground in a war ALWAYS lose. If you go to war you do so to win and one of the reasons why the west is losing is because people like you have tied the west’s hands behind their back. You can fight a war for moral reasons(which is why we must win) but you cannot fight a war vs religious or ideological fanatics, by taking the high moral ground as it just has you killed. Perhaps you should study war e.g., the WW2 pacific and east front campaigns to see how far the moral high ground would get you. If the west wins we can resume our morality stance. if we lose there wont be any except sharia and that is scarcely moral. People like you are the cause of the problems undermining the west.

Just as Christians fall under the banner of Christianity, atheists fall under the banner of the Religion of Atheism. Some atheists are not evangelists, just as most Christians are not evangelists. However, the religion of Atheism has a far higher percentage of evangelists than Christianity.

There are many religions that have no actual book, defining them. Many indigenous animist religions, too numerous to count, have no “bible”. The Religion of Atheism has tens of thousands, if not millions, of evangelists. And, outside of mohammedanism, the most fanatical of worshippers. As a Christian I was taught by the church that we Christians stand side by side with our Jewish Brothers and Sisters. We also were taught to never turn our backs on Israel.
I hope whatever ritual these Polish people are doing is not because he is of the Jewish faith, but because of what he did to Jesus.

The effigy was clearly labeled/identified as JUDAS. So the Judas effigy was attacked because of what he did to Jesus not because he was Jewish. Poles surely know that Jesus was Jewish and they love Jesus.

There were more Poles who saved Jews than any other group. Also, they were tormented by both the Nazis and the Soviets. So while some may have engaged in anti-Semitism, many were very heroic and risked their lives saving Jews. There are many who died taking this risk. We should not generalize about them.

Yeah right. I’ll bet this “prominent historian” is another one of these anti-Polish historians who use Soviet anti-Polish propaganda to degrade Poland. And Poles fought on every war front in WW2 killing tens of thousands of Germans. Far more than the Jews….criminal Poles killed. And according to the Israeli War Crimes Council…..no more than 0.1% of the Polish population collaborated with the Nazi Germans…..despite the fact that Poland was the ONLY Nazi German occupied nation where if you were SUSPECTED of NOT HELPING the Germans kill Jews….the German authorities would not only kill you….but your whole family!!

Can you read? Are you blind? I NEVER said Poles did not collaborate with the Nazi Germans/kill them. I stated how the Polish government REPEATEDLY ADMITTED to how individual (criminal) Poles collaborated with the Nazi Germans. And YES Jews did directly and indirectly help the Nazi Germans round up Jews. And it’s NOT me saying this…..it was Jewish historian Hannah Arendt and other Jewish historians who said this. That’s the antique source of Jew-hatred by Christians. Do they depict Jesus with a long nose and Jewish attire because after all Jesus was Jewish. If he hadn’t been crucified and then resurrected, there would be no Christianity. We have a Judeo-Christian Western Civilization which is threatened by the followers of Muhammad. We need to remember it is very easy to manipulate one’s opinion with images and made up labels attached to it.
It is really not as scary as you might get the first impression after watching the video. I’m not religious, I’m Polish and I never had anything against Jews. The video refers to a ritual – Judas is a name, a name of someone that just happened to be a Jew, it’s not about Jews it is about the Judas, Judas the traitor. Judas doesn’t mean Jew in general.

Hi lam polish who think that those kids do not know anything . I wonder who is or are adults who organised this idiotic event.As pole who lived in Poland for 33 years can tell you – my generation new everything what happend to jews during german occopation. There is beautiful Polin museum of Jews in Warsaw ,Jewish festival in Krakow. Polish people are custodians of jewish martytdom in europe (koncentration camps).
