Thank Gd. Finally, some reality and logic. The ADL is furious, because it just put out a spurious report claiming that white supremacists and “right-wing extremists” were far more of a threat in the United States than Islamic jihadists. Such reports always ignore the fact that Islamic jihadis in the U.S. are part of an international organization, while white supremacists are just a handful of lone nuts. They also ignore the numerous failed plots, which Geller Report readers but few others ever hear about. The DHS is doing the right thing: focusing on the real threat. Expect the enemedia and the left to howl.

Amid reports that it “disbanded” the unit that was focused on domestic terrorism, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is admitted Tuesday that it has “restructured” the team that once fed information about domestic terrorism and white supremacist groups to local police departments.
Story continues below advertisementDHS is now acknowledging changes in its intelligence gathering, as some former department officials tell CBS News that the unit at issue wasn’t disbanded but “gutted” at the worst time – just as threats from domestic terrorists and white supremacist groups increased.
Late last month, in response to a CBS News report on the issue, DHS would not address questions about whether the unit had been “gutted.” However, the department did insist that it “is committed to combating all forms of violent extremism, especially movements that espouse racial supremacy or bigotry.”
On Tuesday, the department was forced to address the issue again after The Daily Beast reported that DHS had disbanded its domestic terror intelligence unit. DHS now says the unit was restructured last year, but its top intelligence official disputes accusations that DHS has decreased its domestic terrorism-related intelligence gathering.
“The Office of Intelligence and Analysis has significantly increased (up 40-percent) tactical intelligence reporting on domestic terrorists and homegrown violent extremists wanting to commit violent acts against persons or property,” Under Secretary David Glawe told CBS News. “Violent extremism to the homeland with triggers such as radical ideology white supremacy is an absolute top priority.”
Last month, Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said Islamist militants and those they inspire are the primary terrorist threat to the United States. But she added: “We should not—and cannot—ignore the real and serious danger posed by domestic terrorists.”
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) released a statement Tuesday saying that DHS’ action “defies logic.” Jonathan Greenblatt, the ADL’s CEO and national director, also accused the Trump Administration of “chipping away at our nation’s ability to address a deadly serious national security threat: right-wing extremism.” …

Not true. We seniors and elderly can’t get out in street rallies for obvious reasons….but we do write and call representatives and give to the election campaigns of Conservative candidates.
Our generation did our part protecting America….we handed it off to the last two generations who voted for the Criminal Clintons, the Bush Cabal who were in bed with the Saudis, and then the Muslim Marxist Obama…
Now our country is filled with Soyboys, militant anti-male females, and dangerous illegals, drugs killing our young, birth rate is down, and all of them getting “triggered” if someone speaks out about the above….to the point that colleges made “safe rooms” for the little darlings so they could watch kittens playing.
We’ve got anti-Americans in our Congress….we’ve got so many foreigners here that will NEVER ASSIMILATE. They came here to destroy us and our country to turn it into another Europe….which is collapsing as I write this.

All good points, and I would add a revisit to the Holy Land Foundation materials that laid out the stealth subversion of America through ALL of the 3 and 4 lettered Islamic groups spread all across the country and still in full operation, but as you say, there are enablers who bury stuff and who obviously do not have America’s best interests at heart. Mueller was FBI head during those trials, and even though plenty of guilty verdicts and 9 prison sentences spoke of the validity of the case, he disbanded the Fed’s anti-terror division and all related materials were destroyed – nothing to see here folks!
