The reality is that Noor should never have been a police officer, and only was because he was Muslim. On the force since 2015, he had three complaints against him. He was described by neighbors as “jumpy,” “ill-tempered,” “strict” and “disrespectful of women and blacks.”
Hijab-wearing Mayor Betsy Hodges instituted hiring policies in the police department to prioritize the hiring of Somali Muslims. This at a time when more than 22 young men from the community had left the state to join al-Shabab in Somalia, and roughly a dozen people have left in recent years to join the jihad in Syria, including the Islamic State group. The area in Minneapolis where Muslim killer-cop was recruited and fast-tracked for police work is a notorious hot spot for jihad recruitment.
Justice for Justine has been been a long, protracted road. Minneapolis Somali-Muslim cop Mohamed Noor shot unarmed, pajama-clad Justine Damond to death at point blank range. Damond had called 911 to report a sexual assault behind her home when she heard the woman screaming for help. Mohamed Noor “shot to kill” her when she approached his squad car just minutes after she called 911. Noor refused to talk to investigators when he was offered a chance to do a voluntary interview, and prosecutors wanted to use that as evidence.

Noor is charged with murder and manslaughter.
Minneapolis: Muslim Cop Who Killed Unarmed Woman Says He Shot Her To “Stop The Threat”

This proves the truth of what I have said all along about this case: Mohamed Noor was not competent to be a police officer. If he had not been a Somali and a Muslim, he never would have been on the force at all. Identity politics kills. If there is any lesson to be drawn from the killing of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, that is it. The city of Minneapolis was so eager to have a Somali Muslim police officer on the force that it hired a man who had been found incompetent to hold the job. Even worse, Minneapolis officials did not fire him even when he proved that he was indeed unfit to be a cop.
Fox News has reported that “the former Minneapolis police officer charged in the shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond once put a gun to a driver’s head during a traffic stop and sometimes ignored calls, according to court filings indicating that psychiatrists and training officers voiced concerns about his fitness for duty.”
Not only that, but “[Mohamed] Noor was flagged by two psychiatrists during a pre-hiring evaluation in early 2015. The psychiatrists said he seemed unable to handle the stress of regular police work and exhibited an unwillingness to deal with people.”
The psychiatrists added: “Noor was more likely than other candidates to become impatient with others over minor infractions, have trouble getting along with others, to be more demanding and to have a limited social support network. The psychiatrists said he ‘reported disliking people and being around them.’”
But he was hired anyway. The foolishness of that decision became clear almost immediately.
“In one instance two months before the shooting, Noor reportedly pointed a gun at the head of a driver who was pulled over for giving the middle finger to a bicyclist and then passing a vehicle without signaling.”
The Minneapolis Police Department and city officials wanted Mohamed Noor to succeed so badly, he was placed on and graduated from a fast-track program to get onto the force in the first place. He was the first Somali Muslim on the Minneapolis police force; in 2016, Minneapolis Mayor Betsy Hodges expressed her excitement about that fact: “I want to take a moment to recognize Officer Mohamed Noor, the newest Somali officer in the Minneapolis Police Department. Officer Noor has been assigned to the 5th Precinct, where his arrival has been highly celebrated, particularly by the Somali community in and around Karmel Mall.”
Hodges wasn’t excited because Mohamed Noor had the skills necessary to become a fine police officer. She was only excited because he represented a religious and ethnic group that she was anxious to court.
His competence as a police officer was always secondary to his ethnicity and religion.
Thus he remained on the force even though there were three complaints against him in two years. A neighbor reported: “He is extremely nervous … he is a little jumpy … he doesn’t really respect women, the least thing you say to him can set him off.” When the neighbor heard that Noor was the cop who had shot an unarmed woman, he wasn’t surprised: “When they say a policeman shot an Australian lady I thought uh oh, but then when they said who it was, I was like, ‘OK.’”
None of the indications of Mohamed Noor’s unfitness to become and remain a police officer mattered to Minneapolis officials. They had too much invested in his success to acknowledge that their exercise in diversity and multiculturalism was a miserable failure. Noor was a symbol of our glorious multicultural mosaic. He was a rebuke to “Islamophobes” and proof that what they say is false. He was, for Minneapolis authorities, nothing less than the triumph of their worldview.
Apparently, there was nothing whatsoever he could have done to be removed from the police force — until he killed Justine Damond. But even then, he remained on the force for months after the shooting. Hodges and other Minneapolis officials should be held responsible for this. But they won’t be.

A US cop accused of murdering an Australian woman while on duty cried in court as he testified and said his world ‘came crashing down’ when he realised he shot an innocent woman.
Mohamed Noor, 33, is accused of shooting US-Australian Justine Damond on 15 July, 2017 in Minneapolis.
Ms Damond, a 40-year-old life coach who grew up in Sydney before moving to America, had called police to report that she could hear a sexual assault on a street near her home.
When cops arrived, she allegedly approached the police car in an alleyway and was shot through the driver’s window.
Noor and his patrol partner Matthew Harrity could not revive her.
On Thursday, Noor spoke publicly about the incident for the first time.
Noor testified that he fired to stop what he thought was a threat to him and his partner, Matthew Harrity, after he heard a loud bang on the driver’s side of the squad car.
Noor said he saw fear in Harrity’s eyes and saw that Harrity was trying to pull his gun but was having difficulty.
He described putting his left arm over Harrity’s chest, and seeing a woman in a pink shirt with blond hair outside Harrity’s driver’s side window raising her right arm.
‘I fired one shot,’ Noor said. ‘My intent was to stop the threat.’
When he realised he had shot an innocent woman, Noor said, ‘I felt like my whole world came crashing down.’
‘I couldn’t breathe,’ Noor said. ‘I felt great pain.’
Prosecutor Amy Sweasy attacked Noor in cross-examination, noting that Noor didn’t see Damond’s hands or a weapon.
‘You meant to shoot the woman to stop the threat?’ she asked. ‘You knew you were shooting a person?’
‘Yes ma’am,’ he answered.
Earlier, Noor told the court about his training for possible ambushes, saying he learned that reacting too late ‘means you die’.
He described the unorthodox path he took to becoming an officer – he was working as a pharmaceutical analyst before deciding to switch careers – and then detailed his 29-week cadet training in 2015.
Noor was fired from the force soon after being charged. His lawyers have said he was spooked by a noise on his squad car right before the shooting and feared an ambush.
Noor described ‘counter-ambush’ training that included scenarios such as two officers in a squad car, doing routine tasks, and an instructor yelling ‘Threat!’ The officers had to make a quick decision about whether to shoot, Noor said on Thursday.
‘Action is better than reaction,’ Noor said. ‘If you’re reacting, that means it’s too late… to protect yourself… you die.’
Noor described another training exercise where he was sent to a location, heard gunshots and instead of assessing the threat, he ran towards it. An instructor shot him with a paintball gun, he said.
‘So the point is if you don’t do your job correctly, you’ll get killed,’ his lawyer Thomas Plunkett said.
‘Yes, sir,’ Noor answered….
Prosecutors have questioned the supposed noise, presumably from Ms Damond slapping the car as she approached, by noting that investigators didn’t find forensic evidence of her fingerprints on the car.
They also questioned the timing of partner Matthew Harrity’s first mention of the thump – not on the night of the shooting but a few days later, as he was being interviewed by state investigators.
Neither officer had their body cameras running when Ms Damond was shot, something Officer Harrity blamed on what he called a vague policy that didn’t require it….

Most Muslims do not possess the intellectual capacity to make good decisions thanks to Islamic religious teachings wiring them into paranoid delusions.
Mental illness is not genetic and should not be considered a get out of jail free option. Like all psychopaths, they know better and do it anyway. All criminals, mental illness or otherwise, are fully accountable for their actions.
The conscience is inborn despite most muslims ignoring it. All human intelligence is based on survival instincts which are also the sole basis for our inborn consciences.
We lose trust for those consciences due to life experiences wiring us out of them, which of course Islam does quite effectively, but we are always aware what we are doing is wrong when we do it.
Mental illness should not be a legal defense.

Actually, genes are damaged by exposure to toxins, pathogens, and physical damage from multiple sources of physical abuse or neglect.
Dehydration, sleep deprivation, and malnutrition play a part. Exposure to toxins and pathogens or physical abuse or injuries such physical or chemical brain damage but gentics have more to do with ancestral diet, lifestyle, pathogen exposures, and toxin exposures which are often passed down generation to generation.
Genes do play a minor part but are never ever the cause of low IQ nor mental illness. For example, certain people have superior immune systems so they fight the pathogens they inherit or are exposed to more efficiently, protecting the brain. Ditto for toxin management systems, digestion, and even metabolism.
These advantages can give some of us an advantage in less than idea physical circumstances.
But they are absolutely not why even with these advantages people will still have learning disabilities.
For instance, the islamic culture to fast for one month, avoiding food during daylight, particularly during childhood and adolescence or pregnancy and lactation is a learned form of extreme self harm, interfering with the brain development of it’s practitioners.
This will do more damage to iq despite a genetic advantage to metabolize food and repair the body more efficiently, even with nighttime eating.
Ditto for sleep deprivation which is common to every daycare and school attending child in our society.
And chronic dehydration is also significantly affecting IQ and mental wellness in very hot climates more so than anything so the culture of self deprivation or child neglect related to a lack of clean, abundant, or consistently high consumption of liquids in Africa, the Middle East, and South American or southern Island cultures is responsible for most of their brain damage.
Ditto for alcohol consumption. This is why fetal alcohol syndrome which damages the brains of children permanently gestationally is such a big deal. It’s a toxin. It dehydrates the brain. It’s responsible for malnutrition and physical brain damage due to both accidents and violence.
IQ is definitely not genetic.
It’s epigenetic.

Abnormal wiring which destroys your self care instincts, ie nurturing, is responsible for our conscious “rules” for prioritizing our actions/lifestyle choices.
The less value a bearer nurturer has, the less likely we were appropriately cared for/nurtured, including mutual respect elements of Psychological Equality.
Survival instincts are universally inherited. Rejecting those instincts are why we harm or self harm in any way.

It’s an acquired learning disability.
I assure you my education emphasized that “truth” was impossible without math to support it. The larger the base you work with, the longer period of time the study covered, and the more diverse the people studied, the more accurate these conclusions are.
We studied history from the beginning of present day knowledge of every nation, people, and lifestyle including religion not just these elements.
It would take years of consistent study of thousands of pages of information every week including statistical analysis supervised by actuarial scientists assessing the ethical elements of our conclusions in order to process this to my level of understanding.
I put my information in as simple a format as possible. It takes psychotherapy for years to undo these damaged filters creating a person’s inability to recognize truth when they read it but people with greater levels of Psychological Equality do not struggle to accept nor understand what I am saying regardless.
I also have a photographic memory which enhances my ability to remember the things I have read and make connections.
I do not consume alcohol nor red meat/high fat diets, cigarettes, marijuana, nor any other toxin thanks to my genetic advantages of high metabolism, superior immunity, superior toxin management system, and basically sleep 9 hours or more per consistently so sleep deprivation is not a factor for my short term memory functions like most people.
Certain memory types are responsible for higher IQs but only affect IQ by as little as 4%.
I’m a math and physics genius. Maybe other types. I was only identified as math and physics because of unusual high school experiences when my guidance counselor accidentally scheduled me into a grade 10 physics class second semester which was supposed to be a two semester program.
Almost acing a test my first day of classes which was based on previous semester work set off a chain of events which initially got me falsely accused of cheating until the physics teacher tested me immediately after school with a second test by myself in the physics lab.
I contested their beliefs that I was a math and physics genius based on the fact that the test was very poorly written so most of my answers came from the texts of later questions.
They only saw this as further proof of genius instead of testing issues related to inferior assessment methods.

As for these men you’ve listed, a lot of people misunderstand normal behavior. Honesty is the absence of paranoid delusions.
They did not follow conventional behaviours. That has nothing to do with being mentally ill. It simply indicates that the social community they belong to have fewer normal behaviors than they should.
We have not had a normal society since the Vandals. They were the last known “normal” group.

Oh really?!!! Obviously you know only propaganda based history…the definition of human normalcy is Psychological Equality based upon the definition of intelligence which is moral behaviour, which is the absence of harm and self harm.
Psychological Equality is based on gender equality which is: 1 man+1woman+mutual offspring in self sufficient extended family communities in traditional responsibilities as equals where the child is the highest priority.
Vandals embodied these principles.
This is why they did not form cities. They had advanced, elaborate, interdependent farming communities. They had traditional responsibilities as equals and were the most advanced everything in the world in their day. Unbeatable warriors. Fiercely loyal families. Advanced ship-building and woodworking abilities. Fair. Kind. And slandered by the Catholic Church.
They had no Ownership Issues. This is why it took ages for the Byzantines and the Catholic Church to talk them into fighting in the Crusades against their better judgment.
When they returned and the Byzantines had destroyed their lands, slaughtered their women and children in their lunatic efforts to force Trinitarianism down everyone’s throats, an act only possible thanks to leaving them vulnerable while the men fought the wars in the Middle East instead of the Middle Eastern cowards, which led to them sacking Rome in a day.
They were not drunk. It was the rules of engagement for their day.
They did not harm a single person. They NEVER EVER raped.
They definitely laid waste to the city with permission of the Byzantines because the Byzantines had violated rules of engagement and their promise not to harm their homelands and people while they were away fighting muslims.

I skipped grade 8, took grade 9 and 10 together in one year, 11 and 12 the following year with honor roll marks both semesters. In my place of residence at that time I also took a semester of grade 13 classes but I was only 15 and the the other gifted kids I hung out with began ditching class most days. I finished regardless and was off to university on scholarship, being placed at second year university level my first year.
My photographic memory made it hard for me to be in university as too many textbooks are outdated in undergraduate programs and it was difficult to actually be tested with misinformation without my conscience being rubbed the wrong way.
I did it anyway, providing inaccurate answers where necessary to pass the tests.
For that reason, many people with undergraduate degrees will be under false understandings of accurate information.

Sadly, I feel as if I am watching the destruction of the Greatest Nation in the History of the World!! I do now believe, as the Bible states, that now Satan rules!! (killin’ live babies, killin’ our Constitution, killin “free spech and a Socialist State?) Hope that I am wrong. I served this Country for 8 years. And have seen the greatest generation and now as well as the worst!! It’s people like you and yiyoya and some of the others that give me hope!! Thank you.

Aren’t there other cop-candidates who get refused ? Not everyone is suited to be a cop, right? Everyone who approved this guy ought to be fired: incl.academy people, fellow cops who should have noticed the incompetence, his immediate superior as well as the police chief. How about the ultimately-responsible mayor? She should be history. Maybe this will occur when the family of the deceased sues the tar out of those individuals and the city.

It’s clear after hearing the testimony from both officers, both have been coached to make Noor sound like he was a wonderful partner and one who only wanted to protect his partner. What Noor really proved to be is a trigger happy cop that claims to have heard a noise and did what a trigger happy cop often does. That being to shoot first and try and cover it up later. There’s no way to cover up the fact that a women who called 911 and then comes out to talk to the police ends up being gunned down by this Muslim trigger happy cop. Now wait for the verdict which I’m betting will have Noor getting off with a light sentence of involuntary manslaughter if that.

A lot of questions need to be answered. First why were the headlights of the car not on when they entered the alley? Second why were both cops body cams turned off? Too many reasons to see how the cover up is taking place. The fact that it took so long before Noor was even charged shows how much went into trying to sweep the killing under the rug.

No truth will come from his lips. After close to a week of being pressured, he gave into “hearing a loud noise” prior to the soomawwlee’s deed of murder. I’m still of the opinion that body cameras WERE on … but, due to them being SO incriminating … they were wiped clean and the story was, “weren’t on”. Highly unlikely that any truth will ever be revealed.

The real issue behind this senseless killing – an act of murder – is why the powers-that-be in Minnesota have closed ranks to defend this worthless piece of trash posing as a law-enforcement officer. Noor’s act was/is literally indefensible, yet the city and state authorities are doing nothing to remove this evil man from his job, let alone criminally charge him with murder in the first degree as he deserves. What is going on here? Why are the authorities covering for this man?
This is one American who hopes the Australian government sues the City of Minneapolis and State of Minnesota into bankruptcy – over this outrage.

Those robes make a good place to conceal the goods they are shoplifting. They caught a bunch of them at the Woodlands Mall here in Houston a few months ago and the Muslims threatened to file a civil right lawsuit if the charges were not dropped! In fact, the very presence of muslims in society at large is a security problem. What need was being filled by importing muslims into a Western economy? What value do they add? Before 1965 – 1970 immigrants had jobs to go to and they were highly qualified, they were employed within a couple of weeks and usually earned more than their native peers, going on benefits was unheard of.

All of Noor’s assertions — including that he put a protective arm across Harrity’s chest, that he (and Harrity) heard a thump against the side of the police car, and that Damond raised an arm (which might have held a weapon), that Harrity was having trouble drawing his gun — can’t be contradicted, or disproved, because there were no witnesses to anything he said happened, except by Harrity. It would be interesting to read Harrity’s narrative of what happened, but I haven’t seen any articles that feature his testimony. Harrity’s full, uncoached statement would either substantiate Noor’s claims, or blow them out of the water. Has Harrity been coached to make his story conform wth Noor’s? Very likely. Noor is of the same anti-West, Somalia ideology with Ilhan Omar, and we know what she thinks. Is there an automatic hatred of white blonds that Omar and Noor share, one that wells up at the sight of an infidel and triggers an urge to eliminate it, or punish it (as it does in Scandinavia and Europe, thus the rape statistics there). There is a psychological factor in Noor’s makeup that begs for an examination but is being overlooked and not even raised as a subject to discuss, but heaven forbid! that would be questioning the “morality” of Islam, and that would be “Islamophobic”! The protective submission and deference to Islam by U.S. politicians I think is more corrupting and insidious than is the corrupt behavior of James Comey and the rest of his Deep State pals, who are also legion.
