The Daily Mail won’t admit it and tries to obscure the fact, but this woman is right. As I have explained many times, sex slavery is sanctioned under Islam. In fact, sex slavery and rape of the infidel is sanctioned and rewarded under Islam. Muslim clerics all over the world confirm the right to have sex slaves. It is in the Qur’an — the word of Allah. Sex slave auctions are rife throughout the Muslim world. There are even sex slave auctions in “moderate” Muslim Turkey. Politicians can keep turning a blind eye, law enforcement can keep ignore it, so this pox on our communities will continue to get worse.

An ISIS ‘wife’ has said Yazidi women can be raped as sex slaves because it states prisoners of war are ‘property’ in the Quran – before admitting she had not read the text.
Story continues below advertisementThe unidentified female was speaking to another woman who asked her about the treatment of Yazidis under the so-called caliphate.
Speaking to a mobile phone camera, she described her interpretation of the Quran as a justification for the rape and murder of Yazidi women taken prisoner as sex slaves, saying because the Muslim holy book defines prisoners of war as ‘property’ they can be treated as objects.
But when pressed on if it does actually states in the Quran that prisoners can be treated this way, the woman replied she ‘did not know much’ about the Islamic text.
In fact, sura 24, verse 33 of the Islamic holy book explicitly states: ‘Force not your slave-girls to whoredom that ye may seek enjoyment of the life of the world, if they would preserve their chastity.’
Another verse extols followers to treat prisoners respectfully and to ‘feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive.’
Some fundamentalist Islamic scholars have argued passages of the Quran justify the keeping and holding of female slaves.
Wearing a black niqab with glasses, she added that ‘it’s not rape in Islam..because they are your property’.
The woman is thought to have originally come from outside Iraq and Syria, and made the comments in a refugee camp in the Kurdish-controlled north of the country.
She said: ‘They were prisoners of war, and they become slaves, it is in [the] Quran.
‘They are property so in Islam you are allowed to use them, it’s not rape in Islam. Because they are your property they are your slaves.’
She then went on to say: ‘If it’s in the Quran then who am I to question [it]?’
When asked if does state this in the Quran, the woman replied while laughing: ‘I don’t know much about the Quran.’…

The polite readers of the Mail by and large will remain a little sceptical about the terrorists claims, mainly because out of ignorance and cowardice, they don’t know enough themselves to argue. Most will probably believe the lies they hear on the BBC about Islam being peaceful before carrying on – waiting to be Islams next victim.

The Daily Mail is not what it used to be and now has an editor that is said to be firmly with the left. I would never buy that rag again let alone fully believe a word that is printed.

Both the OT and the NT (OT essentially Jewish texts, NT essentially Christian texts, but with a heavy overlap between them) speak of slaves and slave ownership. Rules and guide lines are given for how each ought to behave and at no time was mistreatment permitted – it seemed to promote a more employer/employee relationship with a slight twist.
However, our notions of slavery and what slavery actually was in scripture is miles apart in truth and application. Slavery in scripture was the sale/purchase of individuals from one family to another – usually a more affluent family buying from a less well to do family. These slaves had rights and could be redeemed by their family at any time.
Most ideas of slavery in modern thinking, are the kind generated by the Black slave trade (there was even a white slave trade around the same time, conducted by the Muslim Barbary pirates) which saw men, women and children abducted/kidnapped forcefully against their and family wills, and sold into the slave markets.
Scripture throughout the Bible, forbids this, and in OT times, the kidnapper was to be stoned to death ; NT verses condemn it as one of the vilest of sins. Anyone claiming the Bible supported their involvement in this trade had to pervert scripture to justify their actions. OT/NT slave owners were answerable to God for any mistreatment or deceitful dealings.
These texts you reference, are not widely accepted and are even rejected by many scholars as invalid. That doesn’t mean to say that some don’t give them some regard, after all, in man’s hands, all manner of misdeed and wicked tradition can crop up, but it is vital to determine the teaching of the accepted, underlying doctrine. And here again we see a very dramatic distinction between Islam and everything else – a theology so devoid of light it is unaware of its’ own darkened core.

I don’t remember reading about or ever seeing any instances of Jewish sex slavery anytime in my lifetimes memory. Neither have I ever been worried about radical Jews bombing pop concerts or Jews driving into pedestrians in order to kill.

thats because you are extremely historically illiterate, the jews were instrumental in the trans atlantic slave trade. jews have basically controlled the slave trade since the beginning, even in spain they would sell slaves with the muslims, which is they they kicked the hooks out along with the moors.

A dedicated follower of the Caliphate but does not know much about the Quran? Well that is revealing to say the least.
One has to wonder how many of those (especially females) who took a lot of trouble to join ISIS knew much about the Quran Also what if the forces of that captured the ISIS women applied the same treatment to them, would they think it fair?
Imagine the international media uproar if even one ISIS woman was sexually assaulted by a captor.

Most muzrats do not know the koran personally and only know the parts that they are made to learn in the madrasah where they are just taught to repeat it parrot fashion and are only told what the imam want to tell them. The good folks on this forum would no doubt have more knowledge of what’s written in the koran than the average ignorant muzrat.

• A man can marry an infant girl and consummate the marriage when she is 9 years old.

• A woman or girl found guilty of adultery is punishable by death (see “Islamophobia”).
• A male convicted of rape can have his conviction dismissed by marrying his victim.
• Muslim men have sexual rights to any woman/girl not wearing the Hijab (see Taharrush).
• A woman can have 1 husband, who can have up to 4 wives; Muhammad can have more.
• A man can beat his wife for insubordination (see Quran 4:34 and Religion of Peace).
• A man can unilaterally divorce his wife; a wife needs her husband’s consent to divorce.
• A divorced wife loses custody of all children over 6 years of age or when they exceed it.
• A woman’s testimony in court, allowed in property cases, carries ½ the weight of a man’s.
• A female heir inherits half of what a male heir inherits (see Mathematics in Quran).
• A woman cannot speak alone to a man who is not her husband or relative.
• Meat to eat must come from animals that have been sacrificed to Allah – i.e., be “Halal.”
• Muslims should engage in Taqiyya and lie to non-Muslims to advance Islam.
