Imam Shaaban Aboubadria said in a Friday sermon at Masjid Al-Huda Islamic Center in Minneapolis, MN on March 15, 2019 that non-Muslim civilizations know nothing about tolerance and that Western civilization is built on bloodshed, killing, and terrorism. He said that Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi is a “terrorist son-of-a-terrorist” that is carrying out the “Zio-Crusader agenda” of the Zionists and the tyrannical and criminal Templar Crusaders. He added: “When a dog dies, the entire world is up in arms, but when an entire nation is dying – that is an issue up for debate… We went to sleep with the bombing of Gaza and woke up with the crime in New Zealand.” The video was posted on Al-Huda Center’s Facebook page. Is not this a classic case of the pot calling the kettle black! These Mullah’s and Iman’s are totally out of touch with what America stands for. America is a leader with the trait of tolerance, and based on the conduct of the Islamic world, they are leaders in hate and violence. We adore our women and we do not believe that what Mother Nature has endowed them with should be hidden and that they should be treated as second class citizens with no more privileges than farm animals. This type of rhetoric, which is totally inconsistent with this countries mores, traditions and humanitarianism must end, as it becomes speech of intimidation and promotes hate and violence of everything considered sacrosanct here in the U.S.A. Janet, I would like to respond to you with some care.
Yes, of course someone can make a mistake here, and such instances normally should be handled amicably. Admittedly, felix’s actual error in this instance is rather inconsequential- I did not consider his claim a week ago that if was legal in (some unspecified part of) the USA to kill a baby just after birth to be so inconsequential.
What I was really pointing to in this instance was the commenter’s ongoing lack of interest in facts, or, more generally, truth and that his claims should be taken with a grain of salt. If I saw an error like incorrectly describing a politician’s position, I normally would point it out more or less the way you did.
But there is a considerable history of animosity between the “goon squad” and yours truly that causes me to react differently toward them. I have been savaged in the most mindlessly rude manner possible by various “goons”, of which I consider felix to be one. Some of the delectations tossed my way have been “Fick you” (Mahou Shouju), “ITTY BITT spittoon” (Achmed), as well as the more routine “idiot”, “moron”, and the like. Unlike me, they do not even grant that respect to truth to say how I am in error- they simply cast whatever mindless, unsubstantiated broadside comes to their little minds.
The substantive issue that seems to have touched off the crude, hateful tirades directed my way has been a disagreement over who or what should be considered “the enemy”. The goons here universally want to make Moslem people the enemy, whereas as I have repeatedly made the point that Islam is the enemy- Moslems might reasonably be called the first victims of that hate-fueled ideology. But they cannot discuss differences rationally- it can only be intensely personal to them. That is why I reacted so critically to felix- there is simply no call for the goons’ collective hateful rhetoric toward me.
If you are unaware of this history (which I somehow think you have seen), I could understand your irritation with my response. Placed in context, I hope you would find it more understandable. I believe they defile the counter-jihad movement with their hateful rhetoric toward Moslems (I believe, although I am not certain, that felix in particular has called Moslems “vermin” and such).
Perhaps you could direct some of your concern their way?

Muslims or Muslims are followers of Islam. People who adhere to Islam’s tenets, i.e. are Muslims. If you accept the premise that Islam is evil, then the conclusion is logical that those who adhere to its tenets are also evil. You cannot separate one from the other. You can only argue that one does not adhere to the tenets of Islam and therefore is not a Muslim. Islam is not like a Unitarian Church where you can pick and choose your beliefs. Its all or nothing. Verstehen Sie? It’s elemental and called Logic 101. .

No he’s the Attorney General I believe but their governor is a real piece of work. He told the citizens of his state that if they don’t like all the migrants coming into their state then they can get out! 1. They pay taxes that Moslems do not;

4. The above is generally true only of People of the Book. Others- Hindus, Buddhists, animists are completely at the mercy of Moslems, who retain the option of expropriating their property or taking their lives at will. Direct Action Day (16 August 1946), also known as the Great Calcutta Killings, was a day of widespread communal rioting between Muslims and Hindus in the city of Calcutta (now known as Kolkata) in the Bengal province of British India. The day also marked the start of what is known as The Week of the Long Knives.
The ‘Direct Action’ was announced by the Muslim League Council to show the strength of Muslim feelings towards its demand for an “autonomous and sovereign” Pakistan. The Action resulted in the worst communal riots that British India had seen.
The Muslim League and the Indian National Congress were the two largest political parties in the Constituent Assembly of India in the 1940s. The Muslim League had demanded, since its 1940 Lahore Resolution, that the Muslim-majority areas of India in the northwest and the east, should be constituted as ‘independent states’. The 1946 Cabinet Mission to India for planning of the transfer of power from the British Raj to the Indian leadership proposed a three-tier structure: a centre, groups of provinces, and provinces. The “groups of provinces” were meant to accommodate the Muslim League demand. Both the Muslim League and Congress in principle accepted the Cabinet Mission’s plan. However, Muslim League suspected that Congress’s acceptance was insincere.
Consequently, in July 1946, it withdrew its agreement to the plan and announced a general strike (hartal) on 16 August, terming it as Direct Action Day, to assert its demand for a separate Muslim homeland.
Against a backdrop of communal tension, the protest triggered massive riots in Calcutta. More than 4,000 people lost their lives and 100,000 residents were left homeless in Calcutta within 72 hours. This violence sparked off further religious riots in the surrounding regions of Noakhali, Bihar, United Provinces (modern Uttar Pradesh), Punjab, and the North Western Frontier Province. These events sowed the seeds for the eventual Partition of India which, in turn, caused one of the greatest mass-slaughter events that resulted in half a million deaths and made millions either homeless or uproot their lives and flee.

This, of course, was the genesis of Pakistan wherein Muslims were given their own country, an option that was not afforded to myriad other castes, creed, religion or race of British India. And yet, Muslims constitute nearly 200 million of India’s population today.
