The move came just hours after US-led coalition air strikes intended to pressure the militants targeted the area on the banks of the Euphrates River.
At least 36 trucks and two buses were seen leaving the area through a humanitarian corridor from the militants’ last patch of territory in the remote village of Baghouz near the Iraqi border.
They were escorted by gun-mounted trucks belonging to the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
As the convoy passed, automatic machine gun fire could be heard in the distance and coalition aircraft flew overhead.
Some 300 IS militants, along with hundreds of civilians believed to be mostly their families, have been under siege for more than a week in the tent camp in Baghouz.
The Kurdish-led SDF surrounding the patch of land have been unable to carry out a final assault on it because of the presence of the civilians.
An SDF spokesman, Mustafa Bali, said there were coalition air strikes and intermittent clashes earlier on Friday with the militants, which were meant to pressure them into allowing the last civilians to leave.

Have you heard his 2019 State of the Union address? He is not perfect and none of us is.
What I think is great about him is that he is intent on fixing the home problems first. Reciprocal trade tariffs are a fantastic idea.

well, i have no way to verify if you are jewish or not, u see jihadi will tell lie as easily as breathing. and low wage jobs lead to larger jobs, thats how economies work. as far as the witch hunt investigations go, he has been cleared by the senate, and muller investigation is reported to be anticlimactic… meaning after 2 1/2 years of investigating and millions of dollars spent they found nothing. The only real investigation that will be worth anything will be the investigation into FISA abuses and how a corrupt fbi got the investigations started by fake dossiers.

As for no Russian collusion, all these Trump people were convicted or indicted over lying about Russia. So, I’d say, literally, the jury is still out. You were probably one of the people calling for the Clinton’s head over Whitewater, when the special prosecutor spent millions and took several years to investigate, and came up with literally nothing. We live in a country where people with a good business acumen can make money. its also what made america a super power, u act as if business people who found success are evil or something. ISIS was a JV team according to Barack Hussein Obama, and they grew and grew into a large army of killers, with an empire of land in Syria. Under Obama, a new califate was created. The Jews and the left loved Obama, while this crisis grew and grew.
Donald Trump said he would defeat ISIS, and people scoffed. ISIS, as a land occupying force is gone, but the Jews and the left give him absolutely no credit. They continue to spew hate at him, as if they are sorry he was successful at anything at all.
Russia, is an unfriendly country towards the U.S., and the President who has been called a pawn of Putin, since he was elected, has put more hurt on Russia, than his predecessor could have imagined. When Trump speaks privately to Putin (as most Presidents do), he is attacked viciously for not letting everyone know exactly what was discussed (no trust at all). But, when Obama was caught on an open mic, telling Russia’s President, to tell Vladimir, “I will be more flexible, after my reelection,” the left and the media, were silent in their questioning on what he meant when he said that. When Obama told Mr. Romney, during a campaign debate, that Romney was stuck in the cold war that ended 20 years before, after Romney said that he considered Russia to be
a major problem, once again the left leaning media, never bothered to look further into whether Obama had some connections to Russia, that should be looked into.
When Hilary Clinton’s State Department approved the sale of 20% of America’s uranium supply to Russia, and shortly thereafter the seller’s, who benefited greatly from the sale, gave the Clinton Foundation $140 million, there was very little investigation by the media, and no criticism from the left, for what looked to be a quid-pro-quo, to any casual observer.
Instead of thanking President Trump for keeping his promises, the media and the left, continue their onslaught against Pres. Trump, his family, his friends, and those who supported or voted for him. This is a time in history, that will be seen as a disgraceful time in America.

I hate to disagree about The Obama’s legacy being dead as there is the Dim-ocRAT Party with its controlled US House of Reps to continue where The Obama left off! We have seen this kind of thing before. If we had handed these ISIS fighters over to the Syrian government, you would get your wish, Pam Geller, but this evacuation means they will be allowed to regroup somewhere and continue doing their deal especially if the Dim-ocRATs come back which I fear they certainly can with the brain-dead voters we have in so many US states!
The Kurds have been promised their own country somewhere since the 1920s. The one way we could/should justify staying in Iraq and Syria would be to help those people organize their own sovereign State which we should do! Bet in exchange for statehood, they would recognize Israel too! At least then our reduced troops would be amongst a friendly population and not on their own!
The rest of Syria should be led by the Druse Assad family who are probably the best you are going to get vs Jihadis there! As for Iraq, remember Kuwait everybody? I say divide Iraq up between Kuwait, a Kurdish State that crosses into Syria and an interior Iraqi Kingdom of some kind ruled by the family Sadeem Hussein kicked out and let’s all call it a day! Our main concern should be keeping anti-US Jihadis away not encouraging Muslims to have democratic States where the majority of Islamics who support Sharia rule as that is what their religion tells the majority of them to do! Why are we surprised by what they do?
