(CNN) President Donald Trump said Sunday the US would “devastate Turkey economically” if the NATO-allied country attacks Kurds in the region.
“Starting the long overdue pullout from Syria while hitting the little remaining ISIS territorial caliphate hard, and from many directions. Will attack again from existing nearby base if it reforms,” the President tweeted on Sunday.
He added, “Will devastate Turkey economically if they hit Kurds,” but followed up in a second tweet, “Likewise, do not want the Kurds to provoke Turkey.”

It’s a stark threat toward an ally in the region that has partnered with the US in the fight against ISIS. Turkey views some Kurdish groups in the region as terrorist organizations and Kurds make up the majority of US-allied fighters operating in Syria in the civil war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
CNN reported on Thursday that the first US military ground equipment has been withdrawn from Syria, according to an administration official with direct knowledge of the operation.
Last week, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan publicly lashed out at US national security adviser John Bolton for saying the US withdrawal was contingent upon Turkey’s pledge not to attack US-backed Kurdish fighters in Syria once troops leave.“Bolton made a serious mistake. If he thinks that way, he is in a big mistake. We will not compromise,” Erdoğan said.
“Russia, Iran and Syria have been the biggest beneficiaries of the long term U.S. policy of destroying ISIS in Syria – natural enemies. We also benefit but it is now time to bring our troops back home. Stop the ENDLESS WARS!” Trump continued in the second tweet.

Never understood how we could remain allies with both the Turks AND the Kurds, to be honest, seeing as they are both mortal enemies.
Would be so much better if both peoples could return to their ancestral religions (shamanism and possibly Zoroastrianism).

There will come a point hopefully sooner then later that the free, non Muslim world will finally realize that the best policy is to leave Muslims of all mutative expressions to their own devices…
The rational thing to do would be to implement a strict immigration policy (closed borders, merit only immigration, first / second offence deportations etc) in the west and let the primitive savages sort out their problems on their own…

Kurds are Muslims. The the majority of Kurds are Sunni Muslim, belonging to the Shafi school. There is a small minority that is Shia Muslims. You would think that the different sects would be united fighting ISIS. LOL!
They fight ISIS as well as differences within schools of Islam.
In Turkey it is estimated that 96-98% of the people are Muslims. Kurds form the largest minority group in Turkey. The most popular sect in Turkey is the Hanafi school of Sunni Islam. There are also some Sufi Muslims. So within sects of Sunni Islam they still can’t get along because they adhere to different schools of Islam.
ISIS is inspired by a sect of Islam known as Wahhabism and of cource that is the dominate sect of Saudi Arabia. You just can’t win with these people! If they aren’t fighting the infidel, they aren’t fighting different sects of Islam. If it is the same sect, they are fighting the different schools of Islam within the same sect. It just goes on and on and on. The sooner we get out of there, the better off we will be.

Great post Felix. While I wouldn’t want to see one single human, whoever they are suffer or die because of an evil ideology, in the real world, we have no choice but to treat all Muslims as enemies.
Now if it was up to me, I’d invade all Islamic states, ban Islam and re-educate Muslims to become just like us in the West. I’d also eradicate all the terrorists and radical Muslims who want to force Islam on us.
That would be the only way to create a world without Islam with the least amount of bloodshed. I’d do the same to Muslims living here or go with the easy solution of deporting them all except those that leave Islam and pose no danger to us.
But history repeats itself and just as with Nazism, when the Muslims start slaughtering us non-Muslims by the thousands or millions, then the world will rise up and destroy Islam.
Though perhaps because of the internet, we now get the information at lighting fast speed so hopefully millions of people will wake up, vote for anti-Islamic parties who will then ban Islam and deport Muslims. Geert Wilders and the like are just a stone’s throw away from being PM in their country so it could end more peacefully.
However if the masses don’t wake up then the cancer of Islam will continue to metastasis and keep destroying more lives. Also it’s been said that the global Muslim population may double later this century. So just imagine a mass murdering cult of rapists outnumbering us and taking over the world, if nothing is done to end this contagion on our planet.
To your point, I’m inclined to agree with you. Though I wish our leaders had the wisdom to realize Islam is the problem and work to eradicate it globally, I don’t see that happening in this decade at least.
So you’re right, either let the Muslims kill each other off and just leave and keep them out of our countries or if we were a little more sympathetic, we could arm/back the most liberal pro-western Muslims groups to wipe their radical brethren.

It’s been going on for over 20 years with every President since then. Hillary Clinton started that while Bill was President. Hillary did it for money. Muslim, Huma was an intern assigned to her. That’s how it started.
For Trump it is called being diplomatic and we have to deal with Muslims here and in the middle east. Isolating our selves is not good policy if you want to have influence with them.
I am also totally in favor of the Saudi Arabia military contract. Trump is right. Either China or Russia would get it so it might as well be us. We have control over it…. Let Saudi Arabia have a larger role with Muslims. Let them fight one another.

Ban Islam
Islam is the root cause for the Muslim problem. The others are enablers of the disease for various unhealthy reasons. Within the Muslim community of any sect, it is like a family recipe that is passed around and handed down to each generation. You are not allowed to leave Islam so it continues. The enablers here hate our country and absolutely despise our Judeo Christian roots so pushing Islam gives them joy. We have freedom of speech and freedom of religion that is being abused in a subversive way.
The U.S. haters dominate U.S. academia. There are very few conservatives in academia. Lets say you have a normal person teaching in K-12 – they may not agree with all they are required to teach but to get tenure, they are pressured to go along with it. Money matters. They’d rather have tenure then hoping their contract is renewed each year. With tenure, less work is required too. Unions came along because of resentment. They believed they are training students, unappreciated and they go on to make allot more money than they do. Now that is not so true. Teachers can easily make more than their students due to tenure and collective bargaining through unions and do less for it than a teacher in the private sector. Their healthcare are pensions are better in most cases than the private sector. So all the incentives are there for that agenda.
The idea of small classrooms in the west is ridiculous. It’s just another excuse to do less work and be responsible for more people. Parents love it because they think their child gets more individual attention – they don’t! In most public schools and I am sure in many private schools, they pass them along. In contrast, Pacific Rim countries have large classes of kids but their culture is different. Learning is like a religion to them and parents really push their kids. It’s a well known fact that they are more competitive. The last two years of their high school is equal to the first two years of our college/university here. You can see on a world wide IQ map, they are superior to the west. The U.S. is at the bottom educationally speaking. Even Europe does better than we do now. Common Core exasperates it more with pure propaganda.
I could go on and on but the root cause with the Islam problem is those that hate our country and want the transformation that Obama wants. As churches fall away, they too contribute with humanism instead of Christianity. It’s a multi-prong war going on. Evangelicals are huge on being climate change warriors. The hook drawing them is they want to be “good stewards of the earth.” They teach junk science so that enables the environMENTAL agenda and that’s nothing more then dressed up redistribution or Marxism and for the atheists and agnostics it become their “religion”.
So you have warriors for communism and Islam who aren’t Muslim terrorists but all working together to bring about our demise. They may not even realize it. They have been brain washed. Maybe we are saying the same thing with a different slant. We need to get rid of Devos as Secretary of Education. She is a wealthy social do-gooder that is very misguided. Hopefully with the GOP having control of the Senate and an allowance for RINO votes we can get her out of there.
I do see another point in what you stated … we are weaker as a nation through being less knowledgeable about our nation and about who the real enemy is.

That would surely be WW3 and it may come to that… We ‘d be fighting the middle east the EU and Africa for sure. Who would believe Macron would need protection from the U.S. what an outrageous and insulting tweet that was directed to Trump.
Till then Trump has no choice but to deal with them and do as much as possible to stop them from coming here as refugees and keep that travel ban in place. He has been successful with that. The swamp is not cooperating with him on the Islam issue. We desperately need immigration reform based on merit – that would eliminate nearly ALL Muslims and of course third world parasites.
Never forget they know flat out communism doesn’t work. So they modified their system to be more of a socialistic communism to gain access to the global market. Deng Xiaoping started their market reforms back in the late 1970’s and 1980’s. It was his clumsy way of putting China first and “socialism with Chinese characteristics”.
Remember this? “It doesn’t matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice.” They were experiencing a ‘brain drain” to the west and needed to stop it and raise the country’s standard of living. They were very impoverished. Now that has dramatically changed. In a few years they will rival the U.S. economically and militarily Trump is trying to change that.
Look what China is doing about the Muslim problem today. Clearly we can’t get away with that in the U.S… I’d prefer we deport ALL of them. China is still a communist country. They don’t have Muslim terrorist attacks. I purposely chose Aljazeera since they are pro Islam.

Same here bro, the only place I want Islam and Muslims is in our history books as a lesson about the dangers of evil ideologies like Islam, Nazism and Communism and to defeat them before they do that to us.

So before we can even think about deporting all Muslims, we need to throw the traitors out of power and vote in like-minded anti-Islamic people who’ll fix the problem.
Excellent article on China’s treatment of their Muslims. You’d think they were Nazi Germany the way they’re being portrayed and yet the Muslims themselves were admitting they were planning terrorist attacks but have been changed thanks to the re-education they received.
What China’s doing to Muslims is far kinder and gentler than what Muslims would do to the Chinese if the situation was reversed. We should learn from the China example rather than denounce them.
But we do have the option of simply declaring Islam a threat to our country and just send them all back, I prefer that solution because I personally have no sympathy for 99% Muslims except their daughters and ex-Muslims who were forced into it by birth and are trying to escape this death cult.
Yes the US is very lucky to have Trump. He’s not perfect and while I wish he was as informed about Islam as most of us here are, he’s still a thousand times better than Hillary who’d flood the US with millions of Muslim/African rapists/terrorists like Merkel did to Europe. Hopefully other western nations do the same and vote in people like Trump as well.

At the same time it is stupid to count on Turkey to finish off ISIS. It will not do it. When ISIS had control of oil fields in Iraq, Erdogan’s Turkey permitted ISIS to export its oil through Turkey. Turkey provided ISIS with food, and there were instances of the Russians wiping out ISIS and Turkey’s convoys when Obama was doing little to nothing about destroying ISIS. Erdogan and Turkey are treacherous scum, so the U.S. needs to eliminate what remains of ISIS before it entirely pulls out of Syria.

The sooner the better that Donald Trump realizes that Erdogan and Turkey are treacherous allies.

There are more than 10.000 hezbollah fighters en thousands of Iranian guards and al Qud forces totalling 20.000 pro Iranian fighters against Israel in Syria alone.
There are tens of thousands of ISIS jihadis in Syria and Iraq.

He promised to bomb the shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitt out of ISIS and get out of these endless Muslim wars and he is doing just that. That was another reason I voted or him. It’s a waste of our time, human life and money to be endlessly fighting these people over there. We get nothing out of it.
We just simply disagree. These are never ending wars and we have absolutely no national interest in them. We drill for our own oil, we have become less energy dependence on unstable Muslim countries thanks to Trump and it’s time to leave. Saudi Arabia sees the handwriting on the wall and trying to open up to other sources of revenue other than oil. Let the Muslims fight it out. The Kurds will be backed by Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia and Turkey hate each other.

Even when we pull out of the middle east they will still attack us and people are voting them into office.
The EU is no longer an ally with a few exceptions like Poland and Italy. It’s tragic the EU is supporting Iran and Islam.

We need Congress to make an amendment that only 3rd generation Americans who have grown up in our country can hold office and have a way to throw any judge who does not rule according to our Constitution, as it is written and intended by our founders, off the bench.The same goes for Congress. They take an oath, then disregard it. Voting Congress out just doesn’t cut it anymore because they still have time to do a lot of damage.
All judges and members of Congress must be fully audited and forbidden from receiving payment for speeches or money from any lobby. Congress must live in their districts and must not be allowed to run for office until they have lived at least five full years in said state. They all must work full time and all perks should be eliminated. They should never have any special benefits their fellow Americans don’t have.

I like that! If I could add that anyone serving in government has to put their investments in a blind trust would also help stop insider trading and bribery. Notice how DEMS and RINOS go down there and leave very wealthy.
I remember Dick Army. He got fed up and retired for the right reasons. He had to resort to dancing with the stars to make a few bucks before he situated himself in the private sector. In the end, he wound up being a lobbyist too! That is where the money is. Once “serving” representatives should be banned from lobbying or being paid to consult in companies as they still get classified information.
All these ideas are great but the corrupt politicians will never vote themselves off the gravy train. It’s past being greedy. They re literally selling out their country too!

That is why they need to be audited as soon as possible. Results should be made public immediately. They just need a little arm twisting. At this point in time much of Congress equate themselves with God and that must stop.

I would agree but when it is here, in the U.S., I don’t want someone I love being a casualty of someone else’s stupidity. Their stupidity affects all of us. If the result would only happen to stupid people, I could live with that. Also seeing people like Hillary or Obama beheaded wouldn’t outrage me….but they are well protected and at the moment have nothing to fear and keep cheering on the insanity.

He needs to actually devastate them, not just the economy.
Erdogan sees himself as some kind of caliph, and I’m sure he thinks this is his big chance to get it rolling.
Leaving turkey in charge of anything to do with this is a big mistake.
