CRAVEN QUISLINGS: Netflix BANS comedy show critical of Saudi Arabia in accordance with sharia law

32

Like Facebook, Twitter YouTube, Google and other left-wing driven major media/entertainment giants, Netflix has adopted the barbaric, oppressive supremacist speech codes under Islam law. Cultural dhimmitude. Netflix pulled an episode of of comedian Hasan Minhaj’s show “Patriot Act” in accordance with Saudi Islamic law, an article of the country’s anti-cyber crime law. But other comedy shows, like Bert Kreischer, who shouted “kill all the Jews,” enjoy free speech protections.

You can see now how a vicious, genocidal ideology takes hold of otherwise regular folks, and why, for example, Germans started turning in their neighbors, friends, etc. in the thirties. Slowly but surely, subtle but monstrous acts of cowardice and inhumanity are normed and accepted, until reason, decency and humanity become the enemy.

What’s interesting is CNN’s reporting of this story. They appear to be critical of Netflix, waving the free speech flag. But few networks are as sharia-compliant and jihad-promoting as CNN. They attacked me after a Muslim cell tried to assassinate me in Garland, Texas at our AFDI free speech event, and they ban my colleagues and me from their network. The hunchback can’t see its own hunch.

Netflix’s balancing act: Saudi law vs freedom of speech

By Hadas Gold, CNN Business, January 3, 2019

Though Netflix has not released specifics on the number of subscribers in the country, the recent controversy over its removal of an episode of comedian Hasan Minhaj’s show “Patriot Act” is throwing a sharp spotlight on how media and tech companies balance artistic freedom against local laws, and their business.
Last week Netflix pulled the episode for viewers in Saudi Arabia after officials there complained to Netflix that the episode, first posted in October, violated an article of the country’s anti-cyber crime law.
Netflix said in a statement that it supports artistic freedom and only removed the episode for Saudi viewers because of the valid legal request.

“It doesn’t mean we agree with these laws,” a spokesperson told CNN.
Netflix is focused on expanding Internationally, pouring money into original content from around the world made in local languages. It’s already available in every country and region around the world except China, Syria, Crimea and North Korea.

Saudi Arabia is a relatively new country for Netflix, as the company only expanded there three years ago. But Guy Bisson, a London-based media industry analyst and research director with Ampere Analysis, told CNN Business that the region in general is an important area for streaming video.

“The Middle East is going to be one of the big focus markets for that local production because it’s clearly a potentially lucrative and large market for them,” Bisson said.

Netflix said Saudi Arabia cited Article 6 of its anti-cyber crimes law, which states that “production, preparation, transmission, or storage of material impinging on public order, religious values, public morals, and privacy, through the information network or computers” is a crime, according to the Financial Times, which first broke the story.

But it’s not clear yet which aspect of the law Minhaj’s show broke. Minhaj spent considerable time criticizing Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and the government’s handling of the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, and questioned whether Saudi Arabia, which contains most of Islam’s holiest sites, properly represented Muslim values.
“What makes this different is that it’s not immediately obvious why it breaches the particular law they said it does, and it’s obviously a political issue as well — and that’s a slightly different matter,” Bisson said.

Netflix is not the first tech company to run up against local laws and customs as it tries to expand globally.

Google, for instance, has recently come under fire for a secret project to build a censored search engine that could provide the company a way to appease Chinese regulators and get back into the Chinese market. And like Netflix’s recent situation, Google has removed some content, publicizing some data about which countries have requested it remove content and the general reason why in a transparency report. Netflix does not post a transparency report.
And Netflix already complies with certain regulations in other countries. New Zealand, for example, banned a documentary about suicide called “The Bridge” from being shown outside of film festivals. The documentary is not available on Netflix in New Zealand, though it is available in other countries.

Some countries are even using laws to keep that production local — another regulation with which Netflix and other media companies will have to contend. EU lawmakers recently voted to require that video-on-demand services ensure at least 30% of their available content is European-made.

Mary Ann Halford, a former 21st Century Fox executive who worked on that company’s international operations, told CNN Business that Netflix had little choice but to take down the “Patriot Act” episode.

“If Netflix had taken it down across the world then that would be a major issue. I don’t think Netflix had much legal room in this particular situation,” said Halford, who now works as an adviser at OC&C Strategy Consultants.

Halford said the only way Netflix could effect change in Saudi Arabia is by staying in the market. The sacrifice of one episode in the country might be worth it to keep the rest of Minhaj’s show online there, she said.

“They could risk being shut down in Saudi Arabia, and I don’t think doing that advances Netflix’s interest,” Halford said. “One of [the United States’] greatest exports is American culture, so I don’t know why we’d want to stop doing that. And listen, this comedian will still be seen.”

Indeed, as Minhaj himself tweeted on Wednesday, it’s likely far more people now know about the censored episode and his show than before the incident.

Saudi Arabia enslaves Africans in emulation of unjust Muhammad who started the global African slave-trade by saying his unproven deity had turned Africans black so Africans’ descendants would be slaves to Arabs & Turks.
Africans are enslaved in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Yemen, Kuwait, Lebanon, Bahrain, North-Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Mauritania, Niger, Somalia, Nigeria & elsewhere.
Trump is selling weapons though to Saudi Arabia.
People have their relationship with Muhammadism & think they’re experts, while Saudi Arabia enslaves Africans, kills & tortures atheists & cuts off clitorisses in accordance with the unjust Muhammad-law.

Netflix personifies media cowardice and biases. View any of the movie media platforms, they all cater to the Leftist-Progressive, Islamic doctrines. Truth has no platform, only those embracing those mentioned above. If the truth or facts are not factual, no problem, fabricate fake news, storyline to dupe the imbecilic and gullible viewers. Nazism and the Communism utilized the Big Lie; the malevolent design of the Liberal-Fascists is the dumbing down of the Proletariat or the Volk; after all, it worked decades ago for those mentioned totalitarians and others.

The dumbing down of the masses is not a new endeavor throughout the West; it has been ongoing for decades. Most unsettling, those in charge are succeeding by the denial of intellectual integrity within our educational system and most damning, the denial of those individuals whose diverse politics or faith are no accord to the aspirant Bolsheviks. The First Amendment, hence, is denied to those, not of Liberal/Fascism’s Big Lie diktat. Cravenness is on page 58, the second paragraph of the Leftist’s, How to be a Good Leftist, Handbook.

When Netflix put the Muslim Marxist Obama and his wife on their payroll to “create new content” I knew this was where Netflix was going….additionally they put Benghazi Liar Susan Rice and Obama’s second wife, Jarrett, on their Board…..it was inevitable.
Then they raised their monthly subscription to pay them…
I saw enough of Obama’s ” content” for 8 years I don’t want to see any more. After being a member for 8 years….I closed my membership…..as has thousands and thousands of others…

Okay…that’s fair….but from our side of the road…I’m a consumer…I was a member for 7 years….based on the selection of good entertainment that I was enjoying…..they made quite a few moves over the last 2-3 years that is disturbing to me….including raising their prices to pay Obama and Michelle to “create new content” on Netflix….and pay Rice and Jarrett to be on their board…I saw enough of Obama’s “content” to last me to my grave.

Now, when you open Netflix there are all kinds of banners and promotions that are visually disturbing and nothing I would ever care to watch….so I exercised my rights to cancel them….
…my primary concern is how is this “content” going to effect and motivate young people who have no sense of history and our country? The young are so gullible and dumb now….
He was the most divisive President in history and set race relations back 40 years….we now have anti semitism on every campus around our country and young people all too quick to riot…. when is there going to be a “movie of the week” glorifying the Dimms’ Antifa? I promise you, that is not far away…..along with other societal destruction films and sitcoms…

Apparently you’re a hater. This is not a wise comment board for you to be on, people don’t like haters and will simply block you, as I’m about to do. Go repent for your hate.

The true CONMAN that was in the White House, was the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on this country. He was nothing more an illegal alien who overstayed his student visa. And my guess is that you voted for him – twice.

So, just as I thought…you are a libtard troll who has no idea what you’re talking about because you get your talking points in an email every morning from a Hillary/Hungarian Billionaire foundation….
Just so you know…everyone in my family…young, middle age, and old voted for President Trump…..and we dance a jig every single time he wins for America…and you know how we know how much he’s winning? We count the amount of trolls on each story….the higher the number the more we know he and we are winning….and the only thing you are “commander” of….is the toilet of where the Globalists are circling the drain….and your dreams of destruction of America is gurgling away under President Trump and the American people. BLOCKED, JERK!

Netflix did’nt ban the feature here – saudi arabia regardless of how fuc-ed up their decision maybe has the right – in THEIR country – to deem whats exceptable.THATS what we need to focus on is what and who the saudi’s truly are and from there do everything to prevent their stone age ideology from gaining a foothold here – or should i say more of a foothold – as they already have a foothold here thanks to the numbnut nitwits leaving the barn door open..

Please don’t forget the Netflix-Obama connection. I have heard there are some outstanding shows on their network, but I can’t support anything connected to that traitor.
When Muslims are in the minority, they try to get people to accept them gradually. They try to be community organizers and such and build popularity. They may also make contradictory comments, so you can believe what you want. When their numbers grow, they become less conciliatory and more demanding. So it develops, but people still want to keep them happy and ignore the situation.
I don’t ever expect to subscribe to Netflix. They keep getting more expensive, and their shows are not drawing anybody new. I suppose in the future, they will become less and less competitive and people will wake up to a reality that the media duped them.
