Terror-tied CAIR sues to boycott the Jews. True bloody Nazis. The BDS movement is, despite its claims to stand for human rights, a movement that is built on hatred for the State of Israel and for Jews in general. It is a Nazi-like movement to boycott Jewish businesses, just as the Nazis did. So it is not surprising that terror-tied CAIR, with all its connections to Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood, would emulate the Nazis and show itself to be as hateful as they were by attempting to stop a Maryland blocking these neo-Nazi actions against Jews and the Jewish state.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) on Wednesday filed a federal lawsuit against Maryland’s ban on contracting with businesses that boycott Israel, arguing it tramples on the First Amendment rights of a software engineer who advocates for Palestinian Arabs, The Associated Press reports.
Story continues below advertisementThe lawsuit seeks to block the state from enforcing an executive order that Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan signed in October 2017.
The order bars the state from doing business with companies that boycott Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria, and requires contractors to certify in writing that they do not boycott Israel.
The CAIR suit claims the order has an unconstitutional chilling effect on First Amendment-protected political advocacy supporting “Palestine”.
CAIR sued Hogan and state Attorney General Brian Frosh on behalf of software engineer Syed Saqib Ali, a former state legislator. Ali’s lawsuit says the order bars him from bidding for government software program contracts because he supports boycotts of businesses and organizations that “contribute to the oppression of Palestinians.”
“Speech and advocacy related to the Israel-Palestine conflict is core political speech on a matter of public concern entitled to the highest levels of constitutional protection,” the suit says, according to AP.
Raquel Coombs, a spokeswoman for the attorney general’s office, said the attorney general had not seen the suit and does not comment on pending litigation. A spokeswoman for Hogan’s office did not respond to an email seeking comment.
Ali, a resident of Gaithersburg, served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates from 2007 to 2011. He accused Hogan, a Republican, of making an “end around” the Legislature by signing the executive order after lawmakers repeatedly rejected several anti-BDS bills targeting the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.
“This is unacceptable, and Larry Hogan should know that our rights will not be stricken by him,” Ali said at a news conference in Baltimore, according to AP….

I have boycotted all Gyros, stuffed grapeleaves and tabouli, until we reach a Standard, Amoco-able solution in the middle east, and BPrepared for Texaco permian basin shale exports to crash OPEC.

Yeah, we don’t eat Mexican food and yet that doesn’t stop Mexican illegals from coming here.
Seriously, we purposely don’t cater to foreign food and try to be careful with other products.

I guess I can stop holding my breathe for CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood to be investigated for their
terrorist ties. They keep getting more entrenched and you can see the result.

I believe CAIR is committing a Federal felony of sedition by filing this illegal lawsuit per 18 USC 2384! Cannot some citizens go to their headquarters and make citizens arrests of these bigoted prejudiced bastards!

Muhammadist boycott of Israel is not in support of freedom of speech, on the contrary it is in support of the unjust Muhammadist tyranny, in support of the unjust Muhammad-law & war & therefore illegal.
There are people in Muhammadist prisons there that must be freed.

We need to go ahead and designate CAIR and all their Muslim buddies as terrorist organizations and go after them like the enemy they truly are. There should be plenty of room at GTMO for all of them.
