A loud explosion was heard near the pyramids of Giza, as a blast hit tourist bus. Many dead and injured in the spot, according to Egyptian media.

You know what I find hilarious? That show House Hunters International where all those bright eyed young singles and couples are moving to Paris, Brussels etc to enjoy all the wonderful attractions there. Given that the episodes we are seeing in Oz are several years old, I wonder how many of them are still excited to be there.

It may have been a similar show or the same but one was featured with a retired white couple leaving a beautiful home, I think they were from Texas, to move to Belize! They wanted to live a cheap, carefree, bohemian lifestyle! The scenes they showed of the nearby town were horrendous but they were thrilled because they planned on living in a beach house. They seemed to have no awareness of crime!

My last one is finishing up at a University. Like other parents we visited colleges and universities and went to seminars. One seminar we went to was Johns Hopkins University. Belize and other violent countries in Africa were places they encouraged students to do volunteer work or a destination to go for “study abroad”. Knowledgeable parents questioned security and safety. The guy presenting of course reassured them and babbled on about how valuable the experience is. Some parents walked out. If we were not present to hear this, I wouldn’t believe it second hand from someone else. It’s true! Allot of this “higher education” capitalizes on ignorance and this wander lust yearning. In my day, kids weren’t thinking about this. They were hitting the books and striving for a good position after graduation.
We stayed and asked about the employment % of those graduating from JHU. Back in 2016 it was less than 10%, and of that many stayed to work at the University as their first job. Their curriculum is a mess too but I’ll leave it there.

Rick Steves’ Europe programs on PBS are nothing but propaganda about Eurapia. He never mentions anything about the muslum no-go zones across Swedenistan, Francistan or the United Kaliphate. Now a museum, the mine’s attractions include dozens of statues, three chapels and an entire cathedral that has been carved out of the rock salt by the miners. When I started seeing the first pictures and stories of Muslims pouring into Germany, the UK, France, Italy….I knew then I would never see Europe…so much for my bucket list. I’d like to see true figures of the decline of tourism in Europe and Scandinavia….Poland and Hungary are holding fast and may be the one shining light in that hemisphere….

Funny I dont think these countries care about tourism anymore. Makes you wonder where theyre getting money from now. Look at the state of Paris, Id love to visit there but not the way it is now. I am thankful Trump is pulling them OUT. There is no national interest there. In case you hadn’t noticed, Trump did just what you claim to want. Afghanistan is another country we need to leave. This was a coptic Christian country until about 640 when sunni islamic forces took the country over and apart from a few christian areas, approx 5 to 15% it is islamic.
The problem is the devil is within. It was not that long ago that a crazed muslim gunman attacked and killed people in morroco, yet dumb people still go there and spend their money there. Time to ban all tourism until guarantees can be made on safety.

Our government DOES advise Americans when they travel, where to go and where not to go. IT IS A REQUIREMENT. All travel agencies MUST, by law, warn their customers. And, when you buy your ticket at an airline, THEY MUST, BY LAW, tell you about that country you are going to.

They have destroyed archaeological treasures in Afghanistan, Iran, and Syria. The Saudi government does not allow any type of archaeological excavations, and if they controlled Egypt they would set about dismantling all traces of Egyptian civilization. The Egyptians make hundreds of millions from the tens of thousands of tourists who visit. More than enough to annihilate the extremists among them.
