RIOTING FOR DEATH: Mass Muslim PROTESTS break out after Pakistan’s Supreme Court acquits Christian woman on DEATH ROW

70

Thousands of Muslims in Pakistan have taken to the streets for a second day to violently protest the acquittal of a Christian woman convicted of blasphemy. Asia Bibi spent eight years on death row for a bogus charge of “insulting the prophet Muhammad” before her acquittal on Wednesday.

Asia Bibi was convicted of “blasphemy” after she went to get water for her and her fellow farm workers. Two Muslim women refused to drink from a container used by a Christian, and a few days later she was accused of “blasphemy.” She was convicted and given the death penalty.

Muslims mounted rallies against the verdict, blocking roads and burning tires in protest as they demanded she be executed.

Protesters have blocked at least 10 key roads in the country demanding the woman’s execution, according to reports. Video footage showed huge crowds blocking a motorway linking Lahore and Islamabad. Several vehicles could be seen on fire.

Further proof that the extreme and most brutal of Islamic law is not merely wielded by the few, but is demanded by a majority of the ummah (woldwide) Muslim community). The savagery of the Pakistani governance is not separate and apart from the people, but a reflection of Islamic traditions and mores. Islamic history has more than its share of overthrown Muslim leaders who did not adhere to the most brutal and extreme system of governance on the face of the earth, the shariah.

Pakistan’s Supreme Court acquitted on Wednesday morning Aasia Bibi, a Christian accused of blasphemy eight years ago.

, Samaa, October 31, 2018:

Pakistan’s Supreme Court acquitted on Wednesday morning Aasia Bibi, a Christian accused of blasphemy eight years ago.

The trial court and Lahore High Court’s verdicts sentencing her to death have been overturned.  The court has also ordered that she be freed immediately if she isn’t wanted in any other cases.

The verdict on Aasia Bibi’s appeal challenging her death sentence was announced at 9:35am. The special bench hearing the appeal consists of Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Mazhar Alam Khan Miankhel. The full verdict can be read here.

“As noted above, no one could be allowed to defy the name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and be left unpunished, but there is another aspect of the matter; sometimes, to fulfill nefarious designs the law is misused by individuals leveling false allegations of blasphemy,” read the court order.“Stately, since 1990, 62 people have been murdered as a result of blasphemy allegations, even before their trial could be conducted in accordance with law. Even prominent figures, who stressed the fact that the blasphemy laws have been misused by some individuals, met with serious repercussions. A latest example of misuse of this law was the murder of Mashal Khan, a student of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, who in April 2017 was killed by a mob in the premises of the university merely due to an allegation that he posted blasphemous content online,” read the court order.

“It is to be noted that Islam as stipulated in Holy Book Quran teaches us, amongst many other virtues, to live in peace and harmony, with compassion and love to our other fellow human beings. It is however to be kept in mind that unless proven guilty, through a fair trial, as provided for in the Constitution and the law, every person is considered innocent, irrespective of their creed, caste and colour,” read the 56-page order.

“Moreover, it is also pertinent to mention that awarding a sentence is the duty of the State and no one else has the authority to take law into his hands and punish anyone on his own.”

The court added that there were many discrepancies and inconsistencies in the statements of the prosecution’s witnesses.

Case history

On October 8, a special three-member bench headed by Justice Nisar reserved its verdict after hearing the final appeal against the execution of Aasia Bibi. The appeal challenged a verdict of the Lahore High Court handed down in 2014 to uphold a trial court’s decision to sentence her to death.

It was Aasia Bibi’s last chance to appeal her death sentence. If the court did not rule in her favour, her only chance was to appeal to the president for clemency. The court had said that the media cannot discuss or comment on the matter until its final judgement is issued.

A case was filed against Aasia by a prayer leader in the village of Katanwala in Nankana Sahib.

The prayer leader said Aasia had confessed to committing blasphemy during an argument with a Muslim woman over a bowl of water. The allegations are that Asia made comments during an argument with three Muslim women while they were working in a field in Sheikhupura. She was asked to get some water but the other women said she was unfit to touch the water bowl as she was Christian. The women later went to the prayer leader to complain.

She was convicted and sentenced to death in 2010 and has been in jail ever since.

A right wing political party issued calls to its supporters a day earlier to emerge at morning prayers. It asked them to head to the streets in case a protest is called. The administration in Sindh has, for one, issued a security alert to law enforcement.

Police presence was increased at entry and exit points in Islamabad. Entry routes to the Red Zone were blocked with containers. The police is prepared to seal the Red Zone at a moment’s notice.

Security at the Supreme Court was also put on high alert, with a heavy presence of Rangers and police both within and outside the Supreme Court.

This case is linked to that of Salmaan Taseer, the governor of Punjab, who was killed by his bodyguard Mumtaz Qadri. The assassination took place on January 4, 2011 in Islamabad. Salmaan Taseer had visited Aasia Bibi in a jail in Lahore and had received her petition for mercy. He had called for the blasphemy law to be amended to prevent it being abused.

The head of the right wing political party that has been following the case closely arrived at the Punjab Assembly before the verdict was announced.

The Supreme Court Bar Association election is scheduled to take place today (October 31) and this is likely to have a bearing on the presence of the legal fraternity in and around the court premises.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of the MMA and JUI-F, has expressed his reservation on the verdict and urged party workers to come out and protest.

From blog by Sami Aldeeb – “Dr. Zakir Naik has spoken on many aspects of Islam and is known for his authoritative viewpoint on all things Islam. He has said some of the most outrageous things going, yet the world hardly notices him. He recently said that the movie Gravity should be condemned because it showed the earth as spherical, not flat.

Not long ago, he also stated that a man can have sex with a sheep or goat as a way of dealing with his “lust.” Essentially, this allows the male Muslim to have sex with an animal (beastiality) if a woman is not available. There are a few conditions though.

1. the sheep or goat must be killed afterwards because it is now tainted, and
2. the meat cannot be eaten by the people in that particular village though it can be sold to a neighboring village
I’m wondering why the animal is tainted after a Muslim man has sex with it? If this is acceptable practice under Islam, then why must the animal be killed? It simply doesn’t make sense. Then again, telling Muslim men that’s it okay to have sex with an animal doesn’t make sense either, but that’s just me.”
Pretty sure this is from hadiths, not chapter & verse of the koran, Mr. Bacon.

It’s perfectly legal to murder Jews, in Jordan. Israel, of course, wants Jordan to overturn that law … but … no dice. From the Geller Report, just a few days ago (October 27, 2018):

“This law permits the murder of Jews and Israelis to go without punishment if it is proven to be part of the “struggle against the occupation.” This Jordanian policy bore fruit very quickly. On May 13, 2017, a Jordanian citizen carried out an attack in Jerusalem in which an Israeli policeman was stabbed and severely wounded. The terrorist was shot and killed. After the incident, the Jordanian government attacked Israel. Jordanian Information Minister Muhammad Muamni said, “the Israeli government, as the force responsible for the occupation, bears responsibility for the shooting of the Jordanian citizen.”

Not that there is need of confirmation that Islam is a cult of ignorance, bigotry and a myriad of other psychosis; however, the rioting for the death because of the acquittal of this Christian woman upholds the truth, Islam is brutal, murderous and dwells in the dark age. Nor is Pakistan the sole breeding ground of this insidious cult feigning religion. The EU, Britain, the entirety of the alleged Western Democracies are incubators for this nihilistic malignancy. Sharia Law virus-like has latched onto the lifeblood of the world’s once upon a time Democracies; unless common-sense with a heavy dose of fortitude prevails, the West is (censored).

I think that this may be real end game for this poor unfortunate woman. I doubt that the Muslims in the Pakistani courts have suddenly become benevolent towards Christians. I think that they’re hoping that mob justice will see Asia put to death and keep their hands clean so the Pakistani government doesn’t have to deal with the political blow-back for officially executing her.

In the case of Aasia Bibi, while working in the fields she was asked or volunteered to go and get water for the group, but once she returned the other women who were Muslim, realized that Bibi had taken a drink herself. This article says that Bibi was thought “unfit to touch the water bowl” in actuality she was deemed “unclean” because she was a Christian.

When an argument ensued, the other women accused her of committing blasphemy. Which is why the court found their story did not stand up, because it was done purely out of spite.

The idea that someone could be accused of blasphemy for being unclean, is one of the unjust and supremacist aspects of the Pakistan justice system. In this case the Pakistan Supreme Court has corrected this error. But there is another case, where a Christian couple, who narrowly avoided the death penalty for blasphemy, were sentenced to 25 years each on a lesser blasphemy charge, for simple touching the Koran with unclean hands, i.e. as Christians. They came into possession of a Koran, because as good Christians, they were helping their Muslim neighbor store his belongings. The only reason the poor Christian couple did not get the death penalty, because their Muslim friend came to court in their defense. And the court decided that they did have malicious intent, but since they blasphemed anyway, touching the Koran with unclean or non-Muslim hands, they were given the stiff 25 year sentences.

Commonsense should have told the judge, in the Christian couple’s case, to let them go. But this is the pressure they are facing. When the couple were acquitted of the first blasphemy charge that has the death sentence, the Muslim lawyer who brought the case against them, threatened to take the law in he own hands. [and there is a Muslim lawyer association in Pakistan who are completely radical, they blockage courts and prevent other lawyers from defending Christians, as was the case when a 12-yr old Christian servant girl was raped and murdered by her wealthy employer.] Don’t know if this Muslim lawyer worker for the prosecution, but was known for high profile blasphemy cases – shouts across the courtroom, that they will kill the Christian couple, no matter what happened – when he thought they might walk free.

This was an open threat in a court of law, and judges are probably under enormous pressure to find a guilty verdict.

It’s completely wild wild west up there and maybe the new president Iran Khan who spent a lot of time in the west is bringing some order.

::

One Pakistan case, to do with honor killing. A girl who is a medial/nursing student, married her doctor or medical student friend from school. But her family had married her off to someone else, in her absence, back at the remote village. It all makes it to the High Court, because they are accusing her of adultery. [They have several high courts in Pakistan.] While in court or in the foyer, the girl’s brother bludgeons her to death. And under Islamic law, all the family has to do is to forgive the murderer and the father instantly reached out and says he forgives the son. And the matter was considered over. Shocking!

We have to be thankful for the freedoms we have. And push back against anyone trying to erode that freedom. Most people in the west understandably, can’t know what Muslims mean when they say they want sharia law. The Marxist Left see Muslims as victims and believe sharia law should be pushed on an anti-racism or civil rights platform. Laws that are themselves racist and discriminatory and would limit all rights and freedoms outside of the practice of Islam. Just as any apartheid system, non-Muslims would live as these Pakistani Christians do, as inferiors to the Muslim population.

Over 70 percent of the population of Pakistan are inbred (medical fact well documented). Most of the poor have 1st cousins marrying 1st cousins and so on, this has led to mental and physical issues. Poor or no education, except for the cult of Islam makes these people a mob of sheep, easily led to violence.

USA truly needs to stop diplomatic relations with Pakistan. Pakistan is a supporter of Islamic terrorism.
