The criminal sanctions should be raised to a First Degree Felony; mandatory jail time of not less than 10 years without the possibility of parole; severe financial penalties; and denial of any opportunity to work at any level of government as well as voting. And a lot of publicity ….

So glad to have left Broward county in the late 80’s. I could sense a turning back then. Now they are going full-bore socialist and Islamo-pandering. Remember too: Broward is the home of the Sheriff’s Department that failed to act in the Parkland High School shooting.

Then the cop nailed for being a coward had POLICE GUARD HIM and his home when he RETIRED when nailed. And there’s evidence of trucks unloading unknown deliveries in the dead of night. And there’s evidence that the Thug B*tch in charge has destroyed votes in the past and now refuses to provide an answer as to how many votes have been cast in her county.

Trump has said that caravan members will not be given asylum because they rejected asylum from Mexico already. So they can go to the ports of entry and 100% will still be rejected, maybe after a few months of living in tents. He had better stand FIRM on this or they will keep coming!

Trump / GOP MUST push for robust voter ID laws including a minimum of 5 year in prison for any one (specific voter or otherwise) involved in voter fraud
A person like Brenda Snipes, if found guilty of election fraud, should be sentenced for 10 years in prison
+ Any ballot that is proven to have been tampered with by a specific party that actually won that ballot, would automatically lose X 10 the winning gap votes (fraudulently “won” by 10K votes gap > lose 100K votes if proven guilty with election fraud)
+ A campaign caught committing election fraud must summarily pay x 2 of ALL election contributions, half to the federal government as a fine (+ covering additional expenses derived from the fraud) and half to the opposing parties, for restoring equity purposes…
+ Any candidate of a campaign that has been proven to be involved in election fraud would be barred for 5 years from running for ANY public office, unless he is directly involved with the fraud and can be criminally indicted

Disgusting! But the educational system must be shockingly poor if it allows people to do that. Where I grew up students did not see the test before it was put in front of them. When you completed the test it was taken from you and marked by teachers or profs somewhere to which we did not have access. Nobody had a chance to ‘doctor’ things.

Snipes has been allowed to violate election laws for years because she is black, which is common practice. You have to understand the racial dynamics in Fl – deep south state – high volume of blacks – massive republican/white ‘slavery guilt’ which democrats propagate, then take complete advantage of. Republicans leaders are also unethical, having uncharged federal violations. The bottom line is the unethical republican elite loathe charging the unethical elite on the other side of the isle for fear of having their own crimes exposed. Btw, Florida is the only state I know of that actually orders a public school class to be taught, with a state law. It is the law in Florida that Black History must be taught in every school. This was an agreement make by the state in a slavery restitution package.

This is happening over and over, and seems to involve the same people.
Federal courts need to oversee the elections to make sure the civil rights of voters aren’t violated.
Federal Marshals need to be observers at elections to assure civil rights of all voters are respected.
There needs to be investigation of the Democratic party, since it appears there could be intentional violation of laws. If so, then RICO statutes could apply, and the Democratic party would need to be under judicial oversight, similar to labor unions when there is racketeering, and school districts, to make sure that civil rights of all citizens are honored.

I live in the South Florida area and find this to be an embarrassment. We know that ordinary people make common mistakes, but when they have a history of errors, it is time for a replacement. Dr. Brenda Snipes has done this before, and if left in office, she is sure to do it again.
Florida politics is all over the spectrum.
South Florida is the same as the North Eastern United States. We have wealthy Liberals, just like New York. Some 50 years ago, Democrats ran all over the place, and they had no interest in being politically correct. They were openly racist, but they ran everything.
At one point, Broward and Palm Beach Counties were deserted. Then the areas built up very fast with retired New Yorkers and they made a political impact. We now live in a mini-New York, and that is changing the voice of Florida. Warfare became lawfare. Now everything must be “settled.” after a legal review.
Counting votes are like counting your change in the market or a bank. Once you walk away, you assume everything is over but the waiting. We have early voting from 7 am to 7 pm for about ten days, and those votes could have been recorded on that very day. You just don’t release the results until the election is over. Up to half of our votes were cast early. This should not be a problem.

This is the same jurisdiction where the vote count in the 2000 election was questioned. Gov Jeb Bush terminated the supervisor of the elections in Broward County. My understanding is he was replaced by current supervisor who already attempted to cheat in the 2016 election. So, who to blame? If you ask me we should blame Gov Scott (who I wish to win) cuz he’s done nothing to Snipes for previous violations. She shld have been LONG terminated but she’s STILL giving authorities a bunch of BS. C’mon Rick, DO SOMETHING, you’re still the governor
