Democratic congressional candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has no problem blaming right-wing media for Saturday’s synagogue shooting, but supports an Israel-hating fellow Democrat for Congress.
Just hours after the horrific attack on a Pittsburgh-area mosque, the 28-year-old former bartender tweeted that conservative media “amplify + provide platforms to conspiracy theories that target different groups (immigrants, Black communities, Jews, Muslims, LGBTQ+, the poor), then weave that hate together,” adding that “The violence this week isn’t an accident.”

But while she’s willing to peddle her own theories about a right-wing plot to use new media to drive people to acts of violence, the candidate has her own record of amplifying legitimate anti-Semites.
As pointed out by conservative columnist Seth Mandel, Ocasio-Cortez has also previously lent her support to fellow Democratic House candidate Ilhan Omar.

Omar has recently come under fire for her tweet in 2012 that said “Israel has hypnotized the world” and “may Allah awaken the people and help them see the evil doings of Israel.”

Omar later doubled down on her statement, claiming that “drawing attention to the apartheid Israeli regime” is not anti-Semitic.
This comes as little surprise, seeing as Ocasio-Cortez is a card-carrying member of the strongly anti-Israel Democratic Socialists of America. She also accused the Jewish state of committing a “massacre” when defending itself from a Hamas attack disguised as a protest. She later backtracked on that a comment.
All of these points in the track record of the successor-apparent to Rep. Joe Crowley, D-N.Y., are documented facts, which a lot more than one can say about her unfounded speculation about conservative media.

Can you provide some or a single line to make your point? Or provide a brief summary and or analysis? I tried looking up the speech and had difficulty finding it. I found one analysis that commented on his focus on the UN and prosperity for the world. It sounded like a reference to world Communism but I still could not find the speech itself. Enlighten me.

Why is this insane individual even given a microphone. Just who listens to her and thinks that is rational thinking. It used to be that bartenders had a decent amount of common sense. Not in this case. She’s not even mildly attractive, so she can’t even rely on that. What is most sad, is the fact that a person like her has gotten as far as she has in today’s society. Instead of being sent to the nearest state mental hospital, where she so desperately needs to be, she is held up as some sort of savior. Sick!

I think that she is too dumb and too uneducated to even realize herself that her attitudes and opinions are anti-Semitic. I think it is because anti-Semitism ingrained itself into Western Civilization and like institutionalized fraud and corruption it is difficult for those affected by it to recognize it. The history of the Jewish people is not taught in school. Even when I was a student and they actually taught Western Civilization, Jewish history as part of WC was completely ignored. I had to teach myself by reading and reading and reading. But I suspect that is too much effort for OccCo.

Men are the most vulnerable because of their protector personas, being frustrated that they can’t protect their daughters, children, wives, sisters, mothers from the sickening way women are treated by that belief system including putting them into hideous outfits and degarding them publicly with Islamic clothing. It’s distressing just to look at them!
We are far, far too vulnerable already thanks to Feminism destroying femininity and demonizing motherhood and having children! We are NOT strong enough to deal with Islam in our society.

Weakening the family, outsourcing kids so you can go to work has really hurt the family. More kids have troubles when they aren’t given the proper attention by their parents. The idea that “quality” time takes the place of always being there doesn’t work out so well. Kids don’t schedule their feelings for when a parent finally has the time for them = on a weekend. A great vacation doesn’t make up for all the time you didn’t spend with them nor does showering them with material things. That’s not a relationship. When kids are growing up it is their parents that matter the most to them. Put your kids first and do with less until they are older!
Roles are being reversed. Females are playing male roles and males are playing female roles.
Now the godless want to take us to a whole new level and have MALES mutilate themselves to try and look like they are females and vice versa. This is how sick our society has become.

Actually, the LGBT are all psychologically male. The bearer nurturer identity requires a male-female pairing. They’re rejecting the bearer nurturer. Sadly, adoption is also a psychological male supremacy issue, robbing a child of their natural parents, so just because they nurture doesn’t mean they aren’t male supremacists. Cutting their penises off actually guarantees that they can never impregnate a female and create a bearer nurturers persona, and by posing as sex objects, something entirely psychologically male, just as providers as male, they supplant females because they believe they are superior to biological females and are “better” women than biological females. The bartender speaks… Does anybody really listen? Regarding social media platforms, of course they amplify. It is a digital age. But here is what I believe.
I believe that freedom of expression brings societal homeostasis.
By allowing each individual to have a voice, Americans find distinct
“communities” whose company they enjoy; find challenges to our own
thoughts and preconceived ideas (many installed in childhood by our
parents); and the sensible are also more readily able to spot
insensible fools.
The foolish, whilst feeling empowered within their digital spaces actually undergo a process of
marginalization of themselves as they increasingly not only refuse to
leave the reservation, but then refuse to leave the small corral in
which they have placed themselves. Locked up instead of open range.
They just do not grasp it.
Freedom of expression is a win-win situation. It is a winning proposition for rational, intelligent human
beings. And it is a winning proposition for those who congregate with their fellow jesters. Keep’s ’em out of the way for the rest of us.
Under the Big Top – the bigger picture presents as one of healthy society. In America, we have the healthiest of democratic societies. MSM would try to tell us otherwise. So would Communist-leaning bartenders.
Saturday – one man attacked a synagogue. The rest of us? We engaged responsible behavior. The statistics continue to be pretty darn good regarding 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights with regard to healthy human interactions in America.

I was fortunate to have been brought up as a conservative. Having seen relatives work hard for what they have and then repeating the same for our lives, I had trouble grasping why others couldn’t do this. I didn’t start out with a silver spoon in my mouth and neither did my kids. I am personally put off when I see others make a career out of being on charity when they are perfectly capable of supporting themselves. These GoFundMe pages often disgust me. I see abuse going on there… What ever happened to people having some dignity and pride and preparing for a “rainy day”?

Same here. I worked my way through college and one semester, lived in a large shed behind a home. Cot. Clothes rack. One lightbulb hanging from the ceiling. No bathroom. But I made it, with dignity intact and self-respect.

I lived at home but started working at age 12. I had to get working papers and began paying for clothes, shampoo, car insurance etc. and even had to save and pay for half my college and a first car. My parents paid the other half of my college bill. If I could have paid for all of it, my parents would have required that. My parents weren’t “wealthy” but I still had NO ACCESS to low interest loans after I was living on my own with an apartment lease – they still looked at my parent’s income when I was going for another degree. That boggled my mind since they were not supporting me at all living on my own.
I had been saving while working full time after earning my first degree but needed a little more to finish off the second degree. So I had to take out a bank loan, with the promise to pay after six months of graduation while I went to college full time, supported myself and worked two jobs. It was busy.
I shared an apartment with friends to cut back on expenses. My car was a nightmare! It was a 1970 Hornet. The body was in good shape but the design was fatally flawed. The entire undercarriage would get wet if it rained hard enough and stall out and I would have to go through puddles and flooded areas to get to work or school. I still shudder when I think about that car. Eventually I did replace it but it took time when money was so tight. It drove like a truck – no power steering or power brakes etc… It did have air conditioning, automatic trans. and heat but no radio …eventually I installed an 8 track stereo radio with speakers. those were the days… You simply did the best with what you had and could afford. Other people were doing the same.
I never would have wanted to be dependent on anyone and I also didn’t have the luxury of being dependent. We had pride and dignity in those days. This celebrated victim hood really disgusts me. BTW, I also don’t care if others did BETTER than we did. It’s okay – as long as they worked for it too. People like the Clinton’s and the Bush’s disgust me. They are very ruthless people and their “wealth” was ill gained at the expense of others.

I did not hear that but, certainly falls in line with something he would say. ANYTHING to make them look like their situation is life and death and make Trump look like a dictator. He can set up tent cities, he can feed and clothe them, he can ‘expedite’ their claims. It won’t make a bit of a difference. The ‘other side’ will claim that Trump didn’t feed them, separated families, etc. We just bought a 14,000 strong illegal ‘immigrant’ problem that will not go away. Ever. Meanwhile, tent cities are popping up in cities like Minneapolis because mooslimes are given head of the line privileges in housing, etc. Will this situation be any different? I don’t think so.

Yes. That was in the same speech where he said, “Americans don’t put children in cages”. However, if you’ll recall, the pictures of “children in cages” were from his administration. Of course, none or the newspapers or television stations that showed those pictures … and when it later came to light that it was during obimbo’s time … ever published a correction or retraction. That might have made obimbo angry.
