Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Today’s Congressional Hearing

30

Why is this traitor still in office? If he were a Republican who had tried to do this to a Democrat President, he would be locked up in a maximum security cell right now. If President Trump had an Attorney General, instead of the weak sister Jeff Sessions, at very least Rosenstein would be facing criminal charges by now. The Democrat coup has now been revealed, and yet the perpetrators have suffered no consequences, and many still wield power. This corrupt claque needs to be made to face justice.

“Breaking: Rod Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Thursday’s Congressional Hearing,” by Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit, October 10, 2018:

As we reported earlier today Rod Rosenstein is one of the most conflicted and corrupt officials in US history.

Story continues below advertisement

According to multiple reports, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein has given a verbal resignation to Chief of Staff John Kelly following an explosive NYT report he wanted to wear a wire and oust Trump from office.

Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC), who previously filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, called for the Deputy Attorney General to appear before Congress under oath this week.

But today Rosenstein notified Congress he will not turn over the subpoenaed memos and will not appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday….

Round and round we go. Sessions recused himself, making Rosenstein AG by default. Rosenstein does whatever he wants with NO checks and balances. He can’t release those memos or go under oath to expose the lies and corruption. I wish someone would treat Rosenstein like they treated Manafort and just go into his office, confiscate and expose all of it.

Trust Trump! Consider this ->

Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein Refuses to be Interviewed By Joint House Committee…
Posted on October 10, 2018 by sundance

Judiciary Committee member Louie Gohmert appears on Fox News with Lou Dobbs to discuss how DAG Rosenstein is attempting to delay testimony until after the mid-term election.

From President Trump’s perspective the thorn in his administration has been Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein created the special counsel under fraudulent pretense. That origination material (Ohr 302’s, FISA pages, origination EC, and Page/Strzok messages) is now a risk to the Deputy AG.

DAG Rosenstein does not want his involvement in the fraud to be exposed; hence his request to block/stall/delay the declassification directive. However, at any time President Trump can declassify all the documents and outline the fraudulent basis that originated the special counsel. This is essentially President Trump’s leverage.

The ongoing efforts of the FBI and DOJ to hide their malfeasance, does not interrupt or impede Trump’s MAGA agenda; the special counsel does. Having leverage over the special counsel is more valuable than exposing the soft-coup plotters.

If the corrupt current and previous FBI and DOJ officials are laid naked to their enemies, great; but from President Trump’s unique perspective it does not appear to be a priority.

Exposing the FBI/DOJ dirty deeds is a major priority for a contingent within congress and a multitude of Trump supporters – but for the office of the President, in the immediate future, not-so-much.

When you have this much leverage on someone, you don’t want them to quit. You want to use their damaged and tenuous position to your advantage. President Trump is in no hurry to fire Rosenstein (not yet), because the DAG is so weak and President Trump holds all the leverage in the relationship.

Rod Rosenstein knows what he did wrong; and President Trump knows

The U.S. needs a rogue vigilante group with fine marksmen who won’t turn a hair when a 50 mm dum-dum splatters a few skulls.

If you want them to get the whole disease out by the root then you have to trust the plan. Trust the process. Hold out. If we cash in too fast we won’t win it all and many more criminals will remain undiscovered, at large, and free to continue the destruction of America, our world and all our people.

IF the American voters do what they need to and give Trump his majority, the he will be able to do what has to be done. He has set it all up. It is now up to the people and they must do it in a landslide because the left are cheating the ballot box again. Do your part and your President will do his. Arrests will follow and Military Tribunals will take care of the scum.

Pamela, Rosenstein is a Republican, at least in name. I got called out on it by a commenter on my share of this to a Fb group. Wikipedia and an NBC profile bore out the commenter. So are Comey and Mueller though they’re swamp creatures.

They are greedy establishment globalists. They are part of the uniparty/

Do you remember what Nancy Pelosi said once about political parties?
For ONCE in her life she told the truth. She stated it doesn’t matter which part had control,
the outcome would be the same or something like that. If I can find the quote Ill post it here.

As I posted to a few e-Pals, I think Trump is waiting ’til just after the election (say, Saturday Night, Nov.10 – for a Saturday Night Massacre, Part Deux!!) Then he can get a two-fer out of this: Fire MIA Sessions and Traitor Rosenstein!! How long are we supposed to tolerate the total decadence of this rotten situation?!?

Remember Lindsay Graham and the amazing exchange with Brett Kavanagh on Military Tribunals. I understand they come into effect January 1. President Trump does have a very large brain. He is a very stable genius and is surrounded by brilliant military tacticians. He knows exactly what to do and when to play his hand.
The rest is up to the American voters. Give your President the majorities he seeks and we will see amazing scenes. Jail time for some who’s who’s. Trust your President.

Time for SEAL Team 6 to do to Rosenstein what was done to Manafort. Just raid his office, take everything into custody to include Rosenstein and place all of it and him at Gitmo for safe keeping. And if any member of the FBI or DOJ tries to interfere they can take one for the team; their corrupt organizations.

This may be wishful thinking but if the Republicans do as well as I pray they do this November, Trump will have a mandate and arrest warrants will be issued for many folks who were in the Obama Administration. I know that many in that former Administration committed crimes against Americans. What Trump needs is a mandate so we can politically go after the seditious traitors that were in the Obama Administration

He could have appeared as ordered and plead the 5th. As it stands now he should be arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service and incarcerated until he has a court date to appear before a Federal Judge. That’s the course of action if it was we, who F.T.A. as ordered. Than again were only the ones who pay their salary

AG Sessions did NOT recuse himself from upholding the US Constitution.

Congress can send US Marshall’s and arrest Rosenstein.

Democrats and Rosenstein want Trump to do something to him before the election so they can spin it to look like Trump is at fault. Wait and get him after election.

Rob Porter

However, what kind of weak and gutless governmental system allows a corrupt official like Rod Rosenstein to continue in his office after conducting himself with the dismissive arrogance he does? Who the hell is in charge in the U.S.? What kind of impotent system allows an official to thumb his nose at Congress? This is reminiscent of what occurs in some worthless and corrupt banana republic – and Rosenstein, Mueller, Comey, and Clinton are laughing their heads off while Donald Trump remains impotent in stopping the Rosenstein circus. Jeff Sessions, a miserable, spineless excuse for a man, is only part of the problem, yet he doesn’t get fired.
