Pittsburgh Rabbi Receives Hate Mail From Leftists For Welcoming President Trump to Synagogue After Massacre (VIDEO

Pittsburgh Synagogue Rabbi Jeffrey Myers revealed on Tuesday on an appearance with CNN that he received tons of hate mail simply because he previously said he would welcome President Trump to Tree of Life Synagogue.
Story continues below advertisementOn Saturday, police responded to a mass shooting at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh.
46-year-old Trump-hater, Robert Bowers ran into the Synagogue Saturday screaming “All Jews must die!” as he shot and killed nearly a dozen Jewish people in cold blood.
On Monday, Rabbi Jeffrey Myers told CNN’s Alisyn Camerota that President Trump is welcome at his Synagogue, refusing to cave to the prodding anchor.
Now leftists are sending Rabbi Myers hate mail…
‘Those emails also contain hate. It just continues in this vicious cycle. We need to be better than this.
‘We can be better than this,’ Rabbi Myers told Camerota.

Throughout its 5 minutes of broadcast time on this subject, ABC Nightly News displayed in large letters across the screen “CONTROVERSIAL TRUMP VISIT” because protesters were complaining about the timing of Trump’s visit (they would have complained about ‘timing’ whether he visited 1, 2 5, 0r 10 days from now), and Trump’s comment that Churches and Synagogues should defend themselves. So what else should we expect from a liberal City that elects a leftist Mayor who mocks the idea of Churches and Synagogues defending themselves?
ABC could have instead had large letters across the screen that said “TRUMP COMFORTS MOURNERS”. But no, ABC News has to take the leftist low road and promote more hate.

Well, one reason commonly provided to your question is “it’s tradition”:!
Many Jews fell in love with FD Roosevelt. That was extended for generations beyond WW II.
Still, one must wonder why a sensible Jewish person would even think of supporting a party that hates Trump, is scathingly pro-abortion, pro LGBT, anti Second Amendment and that, in actuality, did nothing to facilitate containment of the Holocaust until our troops arrived at the extermination camps.
Jewish leadership shares its responsibility because since WW II, it has been poor to the core.
Meanwhile, conservative, well-educated Jews continue to warn their brethren of the evil of the Democratic Party, an effort largely without much success.
The Pittsburgh rabbi is a fine example of Jew hatred of an apparently thoughtful, conservative Jew.

I don’t know. Friends of ours, his wife is Jewish and he is Catholic are great to be around BUT you can not bring up politics with his wife present. Her husband is a Republican and very conservative and she is a liberal Democrat. She truly becomes a different person – totally out of control with pure HATE towards any Republican. Outside of that subject, she is kind, quick witted, generous etc.. It’s the craziest thing. Why would anyone defend something they wouldn’t do and they don’t agree with?
She often disagrees with the left but vehemently defends them. For example, she would NEVER have an abortion, but she will not tolerate anyone being denied an abortion. She will tell you how it violates Judaism and smile when talking about how the Jews grew their population in Egypt while enslaved even after being told to not allow male babies to live.

She is all FOR open borders and protecting the “persecuted” but since we value their friendship beyond politics, we avoid asking her about Nehemiah and the WALL. It’s bizarre but they are nice people and we enjoy their friendship but politics and certain issues are TABOO – especially President Reagan.

I have always viewed liberals as very shallow and emotionally driven people. In the past there was restraint and some level of civility. I don’t see any of that today and I don’t see it letting up. The DEMS must be smashed as a party so they can regain some sanity.
