This is what the Democrats do. They tried to destroy a man’s life and career in order to gain control over the Supreme Court. Now that they have failed, they question the legitimacy of the Court itself. This is just like Hillary Clinton castigating Donald Trump for refusing to say he would accept the election results no matter what happened, and then turning around and spending the next two years questioning the election results and embroiling the nation in controversy over ridiculous conspiracy theories involving the Russians. Holder, like the entire Obama team and its boss, is a disgrace.

Obama-era Attorney General Eric Holder reacted to the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court Saturday by questioning the legitimacy of the court and arguing that it needed to regain the nation’s trust.
Story continues below advertisementHolder — who served as the nation’s top lawyer under former President Barack Obama from 2009 to 2015 — said the treatment of former Supreme Court nominee Merrick Garland by Senate Republicans, as well as Kavanaugh’s confirmation, meant the legitimacy of the court was in question.“With the confirmation of Kavanaugh and the process which led to it, (and the treatment of Merrick Garland), the legitimacy of the Supreme Court can justifiably be questioned,” he tweeted. “The Court must now prove – through its work – that it is worthy of the nation’s trust.”…
Obama nominated Garland to fill the seat of Justice Antonin Scalia after Scalia’s death in early 2016. But Republicans held the Senate and refused to hold hearings for Garland, saying that it should wait until after the 2016 election. When President Trump took office in January 2017, he instead nominated now-Justice Neil Gorsuch.
Democrats have accused Republicans of “stealing” a seat that belonged to Garland, while Republicans have said that there is a long-standing tradition of not confirming nominees during a presidential election year….
“As you lament the Merrick Garland outrage never forget that McConnell and R’s did not fill lower court seats for YEARS,” he said. “Those are the seats being filled now. Use the rage of today to get people out to vote and be rid of these people. Your voice matters. Your vote counts. VOTE!”…

This is too good. Former AG Holder was held in Contempt of Congress. Remember that? As the DOJ is the body that is to investigate, charge, try and convict. The DOJ REFUSED to do any of that … Holder committed perjury, in front of Congress. Again, the same story.

Lessee, that’d be 1982 or so. End of next month, Lord willing, I’m the big 80 and things are kinda dim, but thunk back to then — the family and I were transitioning from upstate Illinois to Colorado Springs. Rented a house here, got a job with TRW and THAT’S IT. And we ALL know that woomens never lie (unless, of course, it’s handy or they’re getting paid).

It should be noted that the practice of not filling an SC vacancy in an election year is commonly known as the “Biden rule”.
In view of the government gun-running scandal “Fast & Furious” and the attempt to circumvent the Second Amendment with “Operation Choke Point”, I began to question the legitimacy of the DOJ. That is, until I realized the fault lay with Holder himself.

After President Trump’s nomination of Kavanaugh, and the damaging display of unethical and unconstitutional behavior by democrats, we are left with a centrist supreme court judge that will most assuredly vote with leftist judges at least part of the time.
Being as Trump’s first nomination appointed to the court, centrist Neil Gorsuch, has already cast a vote siding with the left, unless God intervenes, the constitution will continue on it’s path of becoming a mere memory.
So what is leftist Eric Holder whining about? I guess democrats want ANTIFA members on the supreme court and are willing to go to war to get that. They wont settle for the current slow, occasional take down of America. They want it’s destruction NOW! Obama was their man to do it, but the moral majority prevailed.

Eric Holder? I remember that name. He’s the pencil necked goofball that allowed rifles to be “walked” to Mexico to the cartels to gin up more support for gun control measures here in the US. A Border Patrol agent and numerous others were murdered by these firearms. They continue to show up to this day in numerous criminal cases. His opinion of Supreme Court Justice Brent Kavanaugh is invalid.
