Last words of French Minister: Our biggest fear is that Salafists win the next elections
By Abdelhamid Kaddour, Voice of Europe, 24 October 2018:
Patricia Balme, an ex-journalist, revealed on CNEWS what Gerard Collomb, France’s ex-Interior Minister, said to her during a private breakfast, three weeks before he left his job.
In a TV debate about the Islamisation of the Seine-Saint-Denis department, Ms Balme dropped a bombshell which basically turns Houellebecque’s fiction “Submission” (in which Mohammed Ben Abbes, an Islamist candidate, wins the French Presidential election) into real life.
“I was lucky to have breakfast with Gerard Collomb, three weeks before his departure, and indeed, he found it intolerable that the public officials and executives don’t take care of this matter [Seine-Saint-Denis’s islamisation]”.
She then drops the hammer: “What we fear the most for the next municipal elections is having Salafist mayors”, she said Collomb told her.
This information was kept from the French public even though Gerard Collomb hinted at a similar scenario, during his farewell speech.
“I went to all difficult suburbs, the situation there is very degraded (…) today, we live next to each other, and I’ve always said it, I fear that tomorrow we’ll have to live face to face,” Collomb said almost three weeks ago.

Your contribution supports independent journalism
Please take a moment to consider this. Now, more than ever, people are reading Geller Report for news they won't get anywhere else. But advertising revenues have all but disappeared. Google Adsense is the online advertising monopoly and they have banned us. Social media giants like Facebook and Twitter have blocked and shadow-banned our accounts. But we won't put up a paywall. Because never has the free world needed independent journalism more.
Everyone who reads our reporting knows the Geller Report covers the news the media won't. We cannot do our ground-breaking report without your support. We must continue to report on the global jihad and the left's war on freedom. Our readers’ contributions make that possible.
Geller Report's independent, investigative journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we believe our work is critical in the fight for freedom and because it is your fight, too.
