Poland to Veto EU Sharia-Based Sanctions ‘In Solidarity With Hungarian People’

16

Poland’s governing authorities — specifically, the members of the conservative Law and Justice Party — have announced intent to veto a set of European Union sanctions aimed at punishing Hungary.

What did Hungary do?

The government bucked European Union open borders’ demands.

In response, EU leftists voted for an article that sanctioned the state.

The EU approved sanctions against Hungary.

Looks like Hungary has a good friend in Poland.

More from Breitbart:

Poland’s government, headed by the conservative Law and Justice Party, has said that it will veto proposed European Union sanctions against Hungary after the European Parliament voted in favour of triggering Article 7 against the country for the so-called failure to uphold “EU values”.

Poland’s foreign ministry said in a statement that Warsaw had “noted with concern [Wednesday’s] decision of the European Parliament supporting the motion to trigger Art. 7.1 of the Treaty on European Union against Hungary”.

“Every country has its sovereign right to make internal reforms it deems appropriate.

“Measures taken against Member States lead only to the deepening of divisions within the European Union, by increasing the current distrust of citizens in European institutions,” it added, affirming that Poland will “vote against any possible sanctions” that could be “imposed on Hungary”.

Members of European Parliament voted 448 for, 197 against, triggering the “nuclear option” Wednesday morning which could result in sanctions against the country or ultimately losing its voting rights.

The vote followed a report by Green MEP Judith Sargentini which accused the Hungarian government, led by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s Fidesz party, of interference in academic freedoms and abuse of migrants, amongst other accusations, as a result of the conservative government introducing laws that seek to minimise the influence of foreign-funded NGOs — directly affecting the interests of open borders financier-philanthropist George Soros.

The next step in the process for the globalist, progressive bloc is for the proposal to be sent to the leaders of the EU’s 28 member states for approval where they would need to pass by a four-fifths majority that there is a risk of breaching EU values.

At a later stage, the European Council could trigger a sanction mechanism.

All 18 of Poland’s conservative Law and Justice (PiS) MEPs voted against the measures, with Joanna Kopcinska, spokeswoman for PiS telling AFP that “We are in solidarity with the Hungarian people, who gave the Viktor Orbán government a very clear democratic mandate in recent elections.”

This is the first time that the Parliament has called on the Council of the European Union to enact Article 7; however in December 2017, the EU executive, the European Commission, launched Article 7 proceedings against Poland after the country enacted judicial reforms that the government argues are needed to clear out a system dominated by the country’s Communist era and to tackle corruption.

Both countries — with their conservative, patriotic, anti-mass migration governments — have supported each other against the aggressive diplomatic tactics of the EU with relation to the nation-state’s right to determine its own laws and immigration policies.

In a show of solidarity in February, the Hungarian parliament adopted a resolution in support of Poland, calling the triggering of Article 7 “unjustified” and accused the Commission of “exceeding its powers” saying it has “no right to meddle with the member states’ domestic affairs”.

Although this appears to be a situation that “what is good for the goose is good for the gander,” with these nations supporting each other, I hope that the veto will spark a response from the other nations within the EU that finally accepts the fact that their cultures are being over run by a culture of immigrants that simply cannot assimilate into the European world. Europe seems to be blind to the phenomena that they are facing from these Islamic believers. Hopefully, the conduct of Hungary and now Poland will catch on and enable those nations to directly face the problem they are dealing with and take appropriate steps to militate the issues.

At this point I would support a war if it meant the possibility of saving western nations. If we don’t stop this process of replacing native, white populations, we will fall under global tyranny all the same.

In the US- the State Dep’t accelerated the Refugee AdmissionsProgram bringing in all kinds of third world colors and nationalities. End this bullsh-t program and cut all taxpayer funding to all the contractors; down to 10-15%-starting with the Catholic Bishops and the IRC< followed by the Lutheran evangelists and World Church Service. they are all vultures feeding off the vulnerable.
Let Chobani and the republican businesses start paying livable wages to people who want to work.
As for the EU- "they got to go!"

If Poland successfully blocks the sanctions, expect the EU to change the rules so that they can’t do it again. No worries, though. Poland and Hungary are only staying in the EU for the cash. The minute it costs more to stay in than to leave (a condition that these punitive measures might bring about), they’re out the door.

Islam must be called out for what is is…a political system surrounded by a cultish mystic. It is no different than Nazism. Nazis had their Aryan mystic and Hitler as their supreme being. Islam has its made up god in allah and its supreme being in muhammad. Real religions do not call on barbaristic treatment of non believers. Real religions do not call on barbaristic treatment of women and children. Islam is a CULT and should be treated as such, not protected under the umbrella of religious freedom.comment imagecomment image

By the EU rules, one country cannot resist, but two countries supporting each other do not have to be bound by certain rules. I hope this cooperation of Hungary and Poland continues for decades!

Well that’s pretty much it. To take action against a member state, the remaining members must vote unanimously.

The EU wants to destroy itself, but some of the Eastern countries, who were once slaves of Communism, do not want to lose their countries again. I give Poland and Hungary much credit for seeing the light, and watching the rest of the EU destroy itself from within. The EU was a bad idea to start with, that has only gotten worse with time, because those who run the EU are damning the members countries to Hell.

The EU is a disaster after making bad decisions. The very idea of the EU is to wipe out borders and kill Nationalism. Okay, fine, that is a decision that has to be weighed by every single citizen, not their governments. Seen through its logical conclusion, the EU would wipe out individual countries and unite them all as one.
The problem is that not all of these countries have the same relative wealth. What Germany can afford is not necessarily the same as Hungary or Poland. And Germany and Sweden can’t take their ideas and put them into effect in some countries that are not as rich.
When Merkel of Germany and Hallstrom of Sweden first proposed letting in these refugees, they did not take into account the “Law of Unintended Consequences.” They are not just bankrupting some countries, themselves included, but their crime rates have soared. Rapes and beatings are commonplace in once civilized countries. I for one will never go back to France, which was a one-of-a-kind sort of destination.
They have imported third world people into a first world country, and now they have been transformed. Since Europe has practically banned weapons and self defense, the people suffer. The heads of government are wealthy enough that they don’t worry about preserving their nations, as they were, and letting them slide into the cesspool. The peoples hands are tied. They could not do anything but fall as victims.
